Gracious living overlooking the golf course and direct access to Back 40 Bike Trail. This updated 3 bedroom 2 bath home is open and stylish. The garden sunroom across the back of the house has large windows with a wonderful view. The BED SWING could provide sleeping for 2 additional guests, or just a relaxing spot to read or listen to your favorite music surrounded by greenery and a botanical atmosphere. Comfortable furnishings with a king and two queen beds, this house is also furnished with everything you need past personal items and food. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet.

For a family of 5, this stay was perfect! Great location and great space! We also enjoyed the quiet nature and wildlife in the backyard (cats, deer, groundhogs, and lots of insects)!

This was our first time to the area so we did not know what to expect or where to stay. Gracious Living was a very comfortable stay in a nice neighborhood. The only disappointment was that the fireplace was not working and it was quite a cool weekend so it would have been nice to have.

I was so excited to have the whole family(except for two grandkids in Ohio) under one roof for several days. It had been over 20 years. I have three sons and one has been in the military as a Green Beret which made it difficult for "together" vacations. We came for the eclipse. But to have our gathering in such a beautiful place was outstanding! The house was so well equipped with everything we needed, and to be able to bring our "fur babies" was the cherry on top. We had a wonderful time together.Thank you, Vangie!

Really like the Bella Vista neighborhood and area in general. The house is elevated overlooking part of the golf course. We had deer run through the yard, enjoyed the fire pit one night, and lounged on the hanging bed with a view of it all. Very relaxing.

The property was good. Vangie was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We thought the deck was not in very good condition and probably needed to be rebuilt.

This is a great house that is beautifully decorated. The extra bed in the sunroom was great for an additional sleeping spot. Plus my granddaughter loved the "hanging bed." The living room is spacious with an extra long couch. Perfect location between Bentonville and Bella Vista. Host responded almost immediately to every question. Highly recommend!

My wife and I were very impressed with this rental property. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood with beautiful view from the sunroom. Both kitchen and bathrooms had all the amenities you could possibly think of. The recliner couch put me to sleep the first night we were there. Master suite is terrific with a very comfortable bed. Cannot wait to get back to this property as time allows. I made the mistake of leaving an appointment book then I needed to complete the year. The owner was kind enough to send it to me before I started the next week.

We loved our stay at Garden on the Green. So clean, well equipped, and quiet. We spent hours in the garden room and loved swinging and napping on the rope bed! Everything was tastefully decorated throughout the house. It was easy to get to Crystal Bridges and various restaurants in Bentonville. I hope we will get back here soon!

This house was so gorgeous, fully stocked, and the perfect location for my family. We were able to use the garage to park our motorcycles and enjoy homecooked meals after a day of seeing the beautiful countryside. I would definitely recommend to others who are interested. Vangie was a wonderful host.

This was the nicest property that we have been to. I didn’t realize that the shower products were provided for us, that was a blessing for us, riding our motorcycles. The garage was huge and allowed us to park our motorcycles in and keep them safe the bed was comfortable and I love that they had extra blankets because the air conditioning was very cool, we didn’t get it enjoy the fire pit or the barbecue grill, maybe next time. If I were to go back to this location, I would definitely rent this house again.

Great home in a quiet neighborhood! 15 minutes from downtown Bentonville, this home offers a great place to stay for a family traveling with family pets. Definitely recommend if you do not mind a small drive into town.

Everything needed was available in this rental. Some basics in the pantry like olive oil, salt and pepper etc was a bonus. It was unseasonably cold when we visited sadly but we loved our stay. Firelace 🔥 was cozy. Would love to come in the summer for biking. We did some hiking and visited Bentonville and The Crystal Bridges Museum, AMAZING.

House was very nice - in a beautiful location' off the beaten path to get there, but in a nice neighborhood. Owner had a spare tank of propane in garage which was needed for gas grille.

We were extremely happy with our stay here!! House was clean, beds were comfortable and everything we needed was at our fingertips! Slept 8 comfortably! Nice Veiw of golf course but on the edge of the woods to we’re we had two young deer visiting morning and evening!
