My son is getting ready to deploy and wanted to see his Grandmother before leaving. This was the perfect spot to meet halfway and spend some time together.
The only recommendation I have is that rug pads or rug tape is needed on most of the area rugs. My elderly Mother slipped on a corner of one of the rugs and we knew that she would need to be extra careful. We actually pushed the rug around the bed, in her room, underneath the bed to prevent a slip and fall. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We enjoyed this roomy 2 bedroom condo with additional bunk bed space for kids. It is located in the heart of the Biltmore Village making it easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. There is plenty of parking out front. The entrance to the main estate is around the corner.
The condo is very large and has been updated for the most part. However, the living room furniture is a bit worn and could use replacing. The tables are a bit worn as well.
Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed the condo.

We were extremely pleased with what this condo had to offer. You don't realize how spacious the condo is in the pictures until you open the door! I was shocked at how large it was and Location was perfect and allowed for an easy walk to restaurants and shops.

Very spacious, clean, convenient. We visited The Biltmore 2 days, great location, 5 minute drive to gate. Walking distance for restaurants & shopping in the Village.

All lamps with dim bulbs so hard to read. Mold in Master bath shower. No coffee maker filters or dishes soap. No lamps beside chairs in living room for reading. No directions or guide for televisions.......didn't know how to find particular stations.BUT, we love POSH and have stayed there 4 times earlier and would highly recommend it to friends

Our family loved staying here! It was walking distance to a bunch of stuff and Finch's grocery right around the corner was great for snacks between meals. Super clean spacious place, thanks!

My family of five had a great stay. The condo is nice and clean.
The listing was inline with what we experienced however, there were a few things that were needed and a few concerns.
Things that would have been nice to have were, a large frying pan and a cookie sheet.
Concerns were associated with utilities and safety. The heat was insufficient in the guest room and there was no heat in the extra room. The space heater was on 24/7 on high and made little difference. The hot water heater would only allow for three short showers which required some extra time and strategy with a group of five. Also, it would be nice to lock the front door from the inside when going to bed for the evening. This would help with piece of mind despite the two other doors and codes that are present.
Addressing these items would make for the perfect experience. We had a great stay.

A little tricky to find the parking lot at first but very convenient to the village and other things in Asheville.
Bedroom and adjacent bunk room quite cold compared to the rest of the unit, but the space heater provided helped some. The fireplace was wonderful and toasty.
Would be nice to have some basic Asheville literature, games or things to make the place feel a little more homey. Putting some additional lounging space (couches and chairs) instead of a second dining table would be helpful. Overall great stay!

Great location and size of condo is amazing. There were some opportunities to be cleaner, the one bathroom door sticks and it’s hard to get open. The other bathroom the toilet whines for a while really loud after you flush. The 2nd entrance from the back stairwell to the apartment seemed easy for someone to break into as it was a lever handle. And the front door was a double door easy to bust into also. It made us nervous honestly and we wouldn’t stay there again for that reason. Otherwise it’s a great location and size, modern and quiet.

The condo is renovated and pretty with lots of space. It’s located close to the Biltmore and made it easy to visit there. It was easy to access the building and condo. It’s not well insulated from noise from the neighboring condo. Made 2 of our nights very unpleasant. The master shower leaked terribly so we noticed management.

Highly recommend this place. It's in the heart of Biltmore Village and close to the Estate - and everything else in Asheville. Lots of seating for colleagues who stopped in for a couple of meetings, beautifully appointed, quiet and safe.

This location was perfect. Great for the Biltmore Experience. The condo unit was huge and very clean. The host was very responsive. . . 5 Stars for everything. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. We will be staying again and going with a group since this condo was so spacious to accommodate more people. We even saw a pretty large bear in the parking lot in front of us!!

Location is ideal for exploring Biltmore village area and going to the Biltmore property. Condo is VERY spacious, the pictures don’t do it justice. So nice to be able to walk anywhere in Biltmore village for food, beer, and shopping.
We have a toddler and there is a nice playground right across the street.
We had a great time at this condo and highly recommend!

The property was clean and spacious. This is the second time we have booked a property managed by Towns Property and they are consistently clean, comfortable and well appointed. Our stay was at the beginning of March and the room with a bunk beds is far from the hvac unit so it stayed fairly cold, but the provided space heater kept that space at approximately 60-65 degrees. The remainder of the condo was a very comfortable temperature even with the many windows which provide ample natural light for each room. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. I would like to have some kind of dead-bolt lock for the door and if you have kids be warned that the lever-style handles are easy for them to operate. We had to constantly watch out for our two-year-old attempting to leave the condo as the front door is centered in the hall between the living space and kitchen so it is impossible to be far from the door if you are not in one of the bedrooms. Overall an excellent stay.

Spacious living space. The master bedroom remains cold no matter the heat setting but the extra comforter solved that issue for us. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and walkable access to shops and restaurants.

We’re from Beaufort, SC and our daughter and husband from far north Illinois. We get together in the fall for about a week, driving destinations since Covid.
This is a charming, spacious unit steps away from Biltmore Village, but tucked away from the crowd. There are just 8 units in this converted hospital, so it’s very private. We travel with three small dogs and there was plenty of grass for them to wander on leash.
The two king size suites were perfect for two adult couples. Good TVs, comfortable living space and plenty of room to spread out. This is one of our best vrbo rentals and we’ve done at least 20.

The rental process from VRBO was relatively easy. The amount of the admin fee added on to the rental fee was a little surprising. The unit was clean except for the master bath shower. Lots of mildew in the tile grout. The sofa in the living room needs to be replaced. Very uncomfortable to sit on while watching TV. Other than those two things the unit was very nice. We would defintely recommend it to friends.

This place is perfect - very clean, spacious, modern, and easy location - minutes from downtown Asheville, Biltmore, hiking, and whatever groceries or other supplies are needed.
Excellent choice!

I searched for accommodations where five family members (two households) could be in an area of Asheville that we prefer and yet not in two hotel rooms. We wanted to enjoy each other's company in comfort. I felt like I lucked into the vrbo listing and trusted that it would be fine. It was more than fine; it was perfect. The renovated condo was quite spacious and lovely, well stocked, and comfortable. We loved that it was in a large historic building in Biltmore Village, so convenient to a favorite restaurant (The Corner Kitchen) and great shopping. I highly recommend.

Biltmore Village
The condo is everything that it said. In addition, it is within walking distance of the Biltmore entrance but you need to use a car to get around the 8,000 acre estate. However, the Biltmore Village is walkable with great places to eat and shop
