It features large sliding doors that provide access to the magnificent covered patio and lounge area overviewing the pool area. Look over the magnificent Salina water banks and enjoy your private sunset while you have dinner on the large table by the pool.
The porch connects the open living room-kitchen-dining area to the pool deck, boasting a combination of comfortable lounging furniture to enjoy and relax even more.
From the porch you can enjoy distant views of the popular Palm Beach Strip and the Salina Water banks.
There is a nice dining area and the fully equipped kitchen is a gourmet chefs' delight, offering every modern appliance such as a 5 burner stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and much more.
The home has a laundry room with a washer/dryer combo.
This beautiful villa offers 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with a TV, a closet and ensuit bathrooms. One has a King bed and the other room has 2 queen beds. Both bedrooms are very modern, each with its own charm and appeal.

Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. We rented a car and hopped all around the island. The location of the house was near a lot of things we wanted to do for restaurants and really close to a few nice local beaches we loved. Very quiet neighborhood tucked back. House had great stuff for beach - chairs and coolers with ice packs in freezer. The pool is not big but it was perfect for afternoon dip or night swim for kids. Great outdoor area to relax. House was very clean, pictures of rooms were accurate. Kitchen had a good amount of kitchen supplies and pots and pans. No meat thermometer if your grilling to keep in mind. Things that could improve home, new sofa in sitting area (could feel springs) and fixing security system. But overall, our family of 4 really enjoyed the house as a part of our trip to Aruba. One thing to keep in mind which we did not know, the heating system is powered by solar. So if you have a cloudy/rainy day you might not have hot water to shower which we learned. So rare for island so we would book again without concern but just something we wish we knew for that day ahead of time.

I can’t say enough good things about this home. As soon as my husband and I pulled in the driveway all we could say was…WOW! The pictures online do not do this house justice. We will book again on our next visit to Aruba. Daniel was a pleasure to work with. This house is immaculate!

The house is clean and is well stocked with necessary items. Its location to attractions on the island could not have been better. Daniel, the property manager was very helpful and attentive to any request. The pool was perfect at the end of day to relax and enjoy sunset.

Everything about this property, (other than the sofa which was not the most comfortable) was spot on….location so close to Eagle, Palm, and Arashi beaches. Property was immaculate, in a quite neighborhood. Management was always available to answer any of our questions.

The house was great but the pool and deck were amazing. Enjoyed barbecuing and watching the sunsets. It is close to beaches and restaurants. Everyone is so friendly and we felt completely safe everywhere we went. Loved it so much that we have booked this rental again for next year. Only one complaint and that is I wish there were measuring cups and a baking sheet for the oven.

From the moment we entered this property we were so relieved and happy that this house was exactly as advertised and even exceeded our expectations!
This was our 6th time to Aruba but our first experience with VRBO and it did not disappoint in the least!
Such a nice spacious main living area with large sliding doors enable you to connect the inside with the outside. It was perfect for preparing meals and watching the grandkids at the same time.
The bedrooms/bathrooms were situated on opposite ends of the main area so that was well thought out as well.
We really enjoyed the outside living area with the large table to have our meals and the bbq.
The landscaping was beautiful and the pool was the highlight, especially with the Grandkids.
We had rented a vehicle for the two weeks we were there and it definitely came in useful for grocery shopping and touring the island and visiting all the many beaches that the island has! (The beach chairs and cooler were very much appreciated for these excursions)I
if you did not want to rent a vehicle it cost about $10 U.S. to get to the busy Palm Beach area where many of the restaurants and shops are located, besides Oranjestad.
Grocery delivery is also an option.
The air conditioning system worked very well too and you could adjust the temperature in each of the 3 rooms individually to your preference.
I also appreciated the great detail to attention & design.

The property was absolutely gorgeous! It had everything we needed! The location was perfect to beaches and attractions! It was a wonderful place to relax after coming home from the beach. The Marin team was wonderful to work with.

The property was in a great location, beautiful and everything we needed was provided. It was great having a private pool to relax in in the evenings after our adventures each day. We appreciated having a cooler, beach chairs and beach towels for everyone. Another bath towel and wash cloth per person would’ve been nice. Our only real concern was having to be worried about our electricity usage on vacation, as we have never experienced this before. So when we left for the day, we would turn off everything including the AC to conserve and then ended up sweating while getting ready to head out to dinner each night. Then one night the power went out completely for a couple of hours and the house got really hot making it impossible to sleep for a while.
But overall I would recommend staying at this beautiful house.

Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. The grounds are beautiful, the patios and pools are perfect, the inner living area is spacious and so well decorated and appointed with everything you could possibly want or need. The pictures don’t do this home justice! We will definitely book this property again and can’t recommend it and the Aruba management team that welcomed us enough.

This was one of our favorite vacations - ever - and the house was a huge part of this. First impressions were fantastic; this is simply a beautiful property. We were impressed by the attention to detail, the beautiful pool and patio area, the spacious open floor plan of the living room and kitchen area. The kitchen is large and well stocked. Excellent appliances, coffee maker, electric teapot, toaster, microwave. Great assortment of glassware, dishes, utensils, even Tupperware. Large gas grill on the patio, all the grilling tools you need - even skewers for grilling shrimp! Very nice large wooden table and chairs and four sturdy lounge chairs by the pool. Bedrooms are large and nicely furnished, spacious modern bathrooms and showers. The room next to the kitchen has a washer/dryer combination, cleaning supplies and beach chairs. Every room is beautifully decorated, from our first look we simply loved the house! The neighborhood is very quiet, friendly people, lots of birds. The house faces west, towards Palm Beach and the hotels, and you have all day sunshine by the pool. Location is excellent, short drive to several beaches, and many excellent restaurants. Check in/out was warm and friendly, quick and efficient. We loved our Aruba vacation, and would positively stay in this property again.

Daniel met us at the villa exactly on time. We had requested an early check-in due to a flight conflict.
The villa is outstanding. Exceptionally clean and without blemish.
It’s interior is spacious and stocked with every amenity one would want.
Outside is a private pool and lounges.
Beds were very comfortable with quality sheets.
The property is quiet without incident.
Overall, I would rate this property as exceptional. Next year we will definitely book a Marin property. Many thanks to Daniel— a true joy and tremendous ambassador of the Marin group.

My husband, another couple and myself all visited this property and it was amazing. Before arriving they were very responsive to my questions and the concierge service was the best. They prepared a birthday ballon bouquet for my husband’s birthday and made sure it was delivered prior to our arrival. It was just what I asked for. Then Daniel, met us for check in and ran everything down for us. The space it’s was perfect for 4 people. The pool and deck area was the most relaxing space, and my personal favorite. Also, it was close to everything. It took us less than 20 mins to get anywhere we wanted to go on the island. We couldn’t have chosen a better location to spend our weekend getaway.

Wonderful stay! Great communication from hosts, well stocked home, beautiful indoors and out! Location was minutes away from amazing beaches and restaurants options. And the home had everything we needed for the downtime in between exploring the island and all it has to offer. This was our first trip to Aruba and we could not have hoped for more.

This house was just perfect for us. Clean, easing driving to beaches, and everything you need. The location is great! We loved the openness of the house and the openness and views of the property. It was so relaxing to wake up and be able to sit by the pool and drink coffee or relax in the morning. Management was exceptional. Aruba is a great place, people friendly, and the food amazing. We visited many of the beaches and rented a jeep to do the east side of the island. Would easily choose to stay here again. Thank you so much!

We absolutely loved our time at Casa Mia....and will undoubtedly return!! The house was beautiful, inside and out. The views from the outside pool and deck were just fabulous. We spent a great deal of time outside. Having said that, the house and furnishings were beautiful and clean too. The kitchen was well appointed too! Thank you for all you do, and for sharing the house with us!

Wonderful house for our family of 6 Aruba vacation
This house was perfect! The open kitchen/family room with 2 large rooms attached was an ideal set up. It was great coming home from the beach and relaxing in the pool. Palm Beach was literally a 4 minute drive from the house or a 12 minute walk. Daniel, who checked us in and out was also great! I highly suggest renting! Thank you.

Wonderful vacation spot
Everything about this property was wonderful! The communication prior to our departure was clear and informative. Daniel, the property manager, continued to communicate well with us through WhatsApp (download before leaving your home country!) while we were in Aruba. We only used the master bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was the perfect size for us (2 people); we used a floating chair we brought ourselves which was nice to have. The pool water was always a good temperature! The kitchen was well accommodated with dishware and cookware. Only coffee and sugar are provided in the kitchen as far as food and drink. For groceries, we recommend the Super Do It & Groceries store down the street (NG’s is closer but 2x the price). Noord Pastry is a 15 minute walk with delicious coffee and baked goods. If we return to Aruba with a group of 6 or fewer, then we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Home on Aruba
This was our third time staying at one of Jose & Ritx properties and this one did not disappoint. They are great hosts and everything you need is taken care of. The home has a great location in Noord. The best views from the patio of all the places we have rented there. Close to restaurants and beaches. You will need a car but driving on Aruba is a breeze. The patio, pool area and grill got plenty of use after long days at Arashi beach for swimming and snokeling. I hope you enjoy your stay at Salina Cerca as much as we did.

Memorable vacation
This was a once-in-a-lifetime vacation as we celebrated my in-laws' 50th wedding anniversary. The photos don't do the house justice. It's even more beautiful in reality and very spacious. Daniel, the property contact, was kind, patient, very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs.
The house is accessible for people with mobility issues, as everything is on one level. The neighborhood is quiet, yet very close to all the major hotels and restaurants.
We hope that we will return to Aruba and Casa Salina Cerca, soon!

This home is located in the more relaxing Northern part of Aruba. Easy to get around and amazing views. In a small and safe neighborhood and very clean. Our family of six had plenty of space and the pool was a great spot to cool off!
