Do not pass this by if it’s in your location/price range. It feels inviting and has gracious spaces for gathering in groups small and large. Dreamy kitchen. Bedrooms each comfortable and pretty. We saw javelina, birds and planes landing amidst the desert flora. Entirely lovely seating, gathering and playing areas. Every space feels welcoming. If this gets to the owner, thanks so much for allowing me in to take a quick view. I was almost dancing when I left because your house is so wonderful!

Coyote Crossing was absolutely perfect exceeding our expectations.
The home is beautiful and spacious having many gathering spots for guests to spread out and enjoy themselves either individually or collectively. With 8 persons in 5 distinct family groups, the 5- bedroom layout was ideal and each guest loved the privacy of their room as well as either private or semi-private bathrooms.
Common spaces made for great interaction opportunities as smaller groups of people could take advantage of both indoor and outdoor activities (pool table, pool, tennis/pickleball court, ping pong, foosball) whereas more private and very comfortable areas exists for those whom wanted to sit, chat and catch up with family members. Every guest absolutely loved the home's layout, decorative features and comfort.
Also commented and loved was the surrounding environment - the peacefulness of the area is fabulous - either indoor or out, serenity was abundant and very much enjoyed and appreciated by all.
The home's functionality was very high with only one minor point away from perfect. HVAC was flawless, each room/ space very comfortable throughout the stay. The kitchen/ butler kitchen/ pantry amply stocked with kitchenware, convenience and utility items and thoughtful touches making the kitchen the family gathering spot with plenty of space and very enjoyable.
Garage remote openers didn't work the only negative.
We'll be back for certain!
Thank you Coyote Crossing - we loved our stay.

Lovely large home, plenty of room for a group, we had tons of space for the 6 of us. Home has 3 separate bedroom areas with 5 overall bedrooms, works great with groups. Outside area is beautiful with great views of mountains, and in a private outskirt of NW Tucson. Saw a lot of wildlife right by home, including coyotes, owls, mule deers and quails. We loved our trip, and will rent this home again. (Only issue Vacasa didn’t let local group know to heat pool ahead of time, owner did stop by to apologize for that)

This property accommodated our group perfect. We enjoyed all of the activities/entertainment spaces (pool table, ping pong, tennis court, swimming pool and spa) to the fullest. The kitchen was perfect and well stocked with spices, pots/pans and utensils for all of our group meal preparation. We will definitely recommend this property to friends.

The property is very nice but you are isolated. The tennis court is not well kept and the pool/hot tub never got heated. Indoor appliance need to be checked for safety issues. Lots of bolts missing on refrigerator, springs on dishwasher are off. Very dangerous! Refrigerator fell on my daughter. Communication with this company is non existent after they get your deposits. DO NOT PAY FOR HEATING POOL/SPA. House itself is large and accommodates large parties. Very disappointed with managing company.

The house was fabulous. We had 2 families and everyone loved all the different options to enjoy, such as ping pong, foose ball, the pool table, not to mention the pool, hot tub and tennis courts. It is in a private location, but not far away from everything. The house was clean and in great shape. Had plenty of room for everyone and the layout works well.

This is a great home with plenty of room. We had 9 people who stayed with us here to celebrate a 70 year wedding anniversary.
From the size of the home to watching planes take off and land at the private air strip, the pool and tennis court, this home offers something for everyone. We played tennis, Pickleball, pool (billiards), ping pong and spent time in the pool. Close to some really nice golf and attractions as well.
Loved our time with family and the management company was fantastic to work with and very accommodating. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking to relax and spend time with family and friends.

Awesome property, especially for tennis players. Our entire USTA league team stayed here for southwest sectionals (held at El Conquistador, only 15 min away) and we won the tournament! Having the private tennis court really helped with pre match practice and acclimation to high temps and altitude change. Spa was used frequently and perfect for post game recovery. BBQ grill was great and the kitchen was very well equipped to handle cooking large meals. Central open floor plan was large and comfortable. Plenty of games and activities to do. Wasn’t flawless, but Vacasa was pretty good responding to issues (empty propane at arrival, unexpected road work closed the only road in/out of property). Will definitely stay here again when we return.

Golf Trip with 8 Men
This is a very nice house for a large group. Beautiful setting. Great Set up. Very private and seclude. Has everything. I was frustrated with Vacasa at first because they did not answer messages I left on VRBO. I had to contact direct but once they gave me a number to text they did an excellent job addressing my needs. I would suggest higher end furniture outside and more sitting space and a little nicer cookware and utensils. We spent over $5,000 for a long weekend and expect high end but all in all very satisfied with property and service.

Lovely home
Beautiful vacation home with lots to offer for all ages. Clean and well appointed. Would definitely return for another stay. One negative: the dishwashers are a hazard. Very heavy doors with no stopping mechanism landed on our daughter’s foot and caused instant bruising. Although there were signs posted stating to be careful, repairs or replacement are needed for safety concerns.

A wonderful home for a family gathering!
We stayed here for four wonderful days and nights with our four adult children and their significant others. The property is amazing. We loved the tennis court, pool and spa, ping pong table and pool table. The kitchen had double of everything - refrigerator, stove, etc. We made two nice meals and also found two lovely restaurants nearby. We would recommend this property to anyone. It exceeded our expectations!

Our stay
This home is beautiful. It has lots to do, and lots of space. Very big kitchen, well appointed. Pool table, ping-pong table, foosball, swimming pool, hot tub. We loved our stay, except the app for heating the pool did not work, or the spa. The response from Vacasa was super negative, and nonexistent. This put a big damper on our visit.

Perfect Private Resort
Stayed here with 4 other couples (10 people total) for a long weekend getaway in the sun and this place was perfect! We made use of all the amenities - tennis court (great for pickle ball too!), pool, spa, pool table, HUGE kitchen. The location, scenery and property grounds were also amazing, and it was fun to watch the planes land on the nearby airstrip. The location is perfect - far enough out of town for peace and quiet but close enough to town to enjoy what Tucson has to offer. One tip - The spa is a little tricky and talking to the maintenance person on the phone was really helpful since he walked us through the steps. He was very responsive. One suggestion - The pool area is so beautiful, and needs more than two lounge chairs so that more folks can get that "resort-like" experience. We will be back next year!

Family Vacation
Overall, my family thoroughly enjoyed the amenities at the vacation rental. The kids love the tennis court, ping-pong table, and foosball table. The only issue was that the hot tub/spa was not working. The kids were disappointed as they had all brought their swimsuits. The Internet went out at least once. And Some simple staples were missing from the house. One example being there was a bag of coffee left for us however no coffee filters. Very minor. Overall the vacation rental offered us an amazing experience and great memories.

Better in Person!
This home has a massive interior space. Even with the maximum number of guests we had plenty of individual places to hang out. The views from the patio, pool and tennis court were spectacular. The beds were comfy. We truly felt like we were at a resort.

Beautiful Home - Don't Stay In Summer
The house is beautiful and spacious and the amenities inside are exceptional. However, the air had not been turned on before we arrived at 4p, so it was 84-86 degrees in the house until past midnight. Brutal. The air conditioning is undersized for the whole east side of the house, including 2 bedrooms, bathroom, dining and portions of kitchen, and never got below 82. West side got down to 76 sometime in middle of night. East side of house never got below 81. Pool wasn't prepared for our arrival, so there was a dead packrat in the skimmer. Was swollen and coming apart so it had been there for a while. There was algae on the pool surfaces and floating in the pool. Vacasa was out twice, once Friday, once Saturday because of the air conditioning issues (and hot water issues-not as big of a deal in the summer, but hot water never got above tepid). They agreed the AC system was undersized for east side. They offered us extended stay until 5p on Sunday. That was nice of them, however, too hot inside to stay.

Oasis in the desert
This house is absolutely gorgeous, it had everything you could think of just like in your own home. Comfortable and spacious. The Arizona wildlife, Quail, Roadrunners, Lizards, frogs, etc., was a site to see. My kiddos never ran out of activities, between tennis, swimming, foosball, ping pong, and chess they were well occupied. Would absolutely stay here again. I wish I could give it a higher rating then a 5.

Oasis in the Desert
Coyote Crossing was a terrific selection for our family to spend 10 days working and studying remotely! The house appears to be recently remodeled with new furniture and accessories. Everything we desired was provided as was well equipped with household and athletic options. For those who like to venture outside, the Catalina State Park is 20 minutes away with great trails. Grocery stores and restaurant options are 10 minutes away. The drive to Congress Street or UofAz in Tucson is about 30 minutes. House is in a remote location which is a great get-away. We expect to return in the future!
