About this house rental

Recently renovated, clean and spacious home with a private heated pool and a relaxing backyard. Ideal for a sunny getaway! The house has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. Fully stocked kitchen, outdoor grill, new furniture and new comfortable mattresses for a good-night's rest. Located in a convenient neighborhood where everything is less than 10 minutes away.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Absolutely NO PARTIES or events will be tolerated. No more than 10 people in the house. This will be strictly enforced.

POOL heating charge is $40 per day - need 3-4 days advance notice. (Heated water temperature is dependent upon ambient temperature. Exact water degrees can’t be guaranteed)
Early check-in and Late check-out fee is $40 - based on availability.

This property is located close to everything that we need to do while we were visiting family for a wedding. We had previously lived in the area and the location was super convenient to everything that we needed to do. We will book it again. The next time we need to be in town.

Very nice and cozy. The pool was dirty when we got there, however the host responded quickly and got it taken care of! The location is also great!

The big 14 for a family member. Although a heatwave was happening, we swam in the morning and evenings and thoroughly enjoyed the indoors during the heat of the day. Games, movies, naps. Property was well stocked with essentials.

Loved this house. We have 4 kids all under 10 yrs. There was a pack-n-play amd bunk beds. Plenty of room for the whole family. We were abke to swim in the pool every day. We grilled out with some friends one day. We will look jere first the next time we go to Phoenix!

We used this space for me and my bridesmaids to get ready the day of my wedding then for me and my husband on the wedding night. Great spot, beautiful home. The homeowners were very communicative and easy to work with

Very clean and central location. Owners are very polite and accommodating. Ended up not leaving by check out time due to baby sleeping and owners were understanding. Nice area and pool was awesome. Kids loved it. Definitely staying here again.

Our son and daughter in law live in Gilbert while he is in dental school. Both sets of parents from KC and Houston met for a long weekend and stayed in this VRBO. House and pool were perfect for us spending time with each other. The house was exactly as described and was very comfortable

The house was in a great location. Close to grocery stores, nice neighborhood. Easy check in. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We were down for a High School state meet and was much better than a hotel. My only suggestion would be have 2 single twins in the 3rd bedroom instead of the bunk beds. The beds were small for older children. But overall the house was great. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Clean, quiet, family oriented environment! Great place for kids and adults as well, very easy to communicate with the owners. Everything you could ask for and more, kids absolutely loved the slide. We can't wait to stay here again! You won't regret staying here!!

The house is great. There are just a few minor things to consider. For example, the rugs could use more vacuuming, and there are dusty spots - particularly on the light fixtures and some surfaces. Also, please labels the location of the garbage bags as they were a bit difficult to find.

The place was a good place to stay my kids loved the slide and pool. Everything was clean. The only complaint I have is that the master bedroom was hot, the air didn’t blow in that room and the fan was not helping. And the master bathroom toilet water stopped flowing through the toilet so we had to pull water in the back to get it going again.

The house was spacious, clean, plenty of items (sheets, extra pillows, towels, etc), barbecue available, quiet relaxing outback. Kids enjoyed the pool also. Owners very responsive with any questions. Located close to stores, restaurants, drugstores. Recommend this house

We chose to stay at this house specifically for the pool. A warning that it is approximately 30 minutes to get to any of the touristy attractions of Phoenix, however, it was worth it for us. The house is very well stocked with everything you can need (i.e., tons of everyday pantry items), and everything is labeled in the kitchen. The pool slide and basketball hoop were big hits with my family. It was very quiet neighborhood. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the blackout shades also contributed to a great nights sleep. The host was very communicative and helpful. This was one of the best houses we have stayed at in our extensive travels. Would highly recommend and want to stay again in the future! Thanks Olga!

My husband and I traveled to the area for baseball spring training and found the area to be convenient and quiet. You are nearby several great places to eat and a grocery if you decide to cook. The house was clean and the bed incredibly comfy. We appreciated the special touches like well stocked condiments and coffee. If we are ever in the area again, we could definitely see ourselves staying here!

The place was a nice home. The pool was awesome, but there were things missing like the remote to turn on the ceiling, light and fan, the microwave handle was broken, the spice area in the cupboards was filthy, underneath the rollabout cabinet I had to sweep and scrub. It was very dirty. We were able to use the garage, but we’re not provided a garage door opener so one of us had to run it around the front door and in an open the garage every time we came and went. The next-door, neighbors yard is a terrible eyesore. The beds were super comfortable, which made our stay pleasant. The cabinet was provided with kettles and frying pans, but they definitely need to be replaced. Over all the location was awesome. And would I stay there again possibly yes.

This is the second time we have stayed at this location. It was very nice the first time we had to be in the area again so we noticed it was available again. We knew the area and liked the property the last time so we booked again. Very nice quiet place to relax, easy to find and there is everything you need around you in the neighborhood.

Responses were very quick. Location was great to bars and activities. We paid to have the pool heated and it was great choice because it made it warm enough when it got chilly in the evenings. The only thing that I would like to see is a couple more kitchen items (hand mixer, more than one cookie sheet, etc.) but it was nothing that we couldn’t work around and definitely did not keep us from having a great experIence. Would definitely stay again.

This property was perfect for a long weekend and wedding that we attended. Close to shopping and the wedding venue, easy navigating where we needed to go. The pool was incredible, clean and great toys for the kids. Comfortable, clean rooms and the Pack 'n Play with mattress worked great. Definitely recommend
