Very nice and convenient and would stay there again

The location was perfect. We could walk anywhere we wanted and we had a view of the train and shops from our room

Our tv wasn’t connected to the internet and a repairman never came But we were able to get all major networks and all HBO channels. No Nexflic The Inn was nicely decorated and well staffed. A very well kept Hampton Inn We would definitely stay there again.

One of the only hotels in the area - met a need, but would not recommend.

Staff friendly and helpful. Facilities clean

very expensive for a mid-range hotel. Bed was not very comfortable. Sheets, towels, and blankets were warn and not very functional.

The room’s cleanliness was fine other than my ac unit would create a slight mildewy smell when the ac would run. It was a pricey stay for a just an average hotel chain, but I understand that you are mainly paying for the convenience of location.

A delightful stay in a wonderful downtown area.

A nice variety in a clean, well-maintained area. Plenty of comfortable seating.

I would like to see hard-boiled eggs as an alternative to scrambled.

Very lovely hotel with a friendly staff and a great location.

The location was excellent. The hotel was within walking distance of all of downtown. The room was lovely and very clean. Very modern with a beautiful bathroom.

The pillows really need replacing. They were so flat I had to use the little cushion off the chair. Made my neck sore the next morning.

Staff at checkin was less than friendly and seemed to let everyone else check in early except us. We were even past the 4pm check in time that kept being stressed to us, yet letting others in early . On Saturday they were checking in as early as 2pm. Not us!! Not sure why but it happened to us.

Great place to stay, very clean and comfortable. Love the closeness to attractions and dining.

Enjoyed the view from our room and the spaciousness of our room. Enjoyed the daily breakfast with amazing options. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Location was great within walking distance to attractions, shops, and restaurants.

The location of our room was convenient however it was very close to the entry door to the hallway where the rooms are located and there was a high traffic volume which made it noisy.

The location was excellent, walkable to the restaurants and bars. Room was big. Free parking and knowledgeable night manager.

I wish I would of done research on the balcony, so I wasn’t expecting a door with a railing.

Location was great. Walking distance to all of downtown. Nice fifth floor bar with scenic view.

Great way to spend a quick but fabulous Holiday vacation!

The breakfast was delicious!! My family really enjoyed playing card games in the lobby late at night! It was a great place to be! Our stay was a 10/10 for sure.

The ONLY Thing I can think of was that the shampoo dispenser in the shower was almost empty. Which made it hard to wash my hair. 😂 But that’s literally it. Everything else was great.

Room was clean and big bed

Food in the restaurant was terrible. Who uses canned chicken in an $18 salad? They should be ashamed. The cleanliness of the restrooms at the bar/ restaurant was grim. The free breakfast wasn't worth it even at that price.

In a world of declining corporate hotel standards, Hampton Inn Blue Ridge is the exception.

The grounds were immaculate as was the hotel interior, the staff were friendly and involved. The room was pristine and the breakfast was very good.

Everything. From check-in to check-out, everything was great! .. best place to stay in Blue Ridge. Bed slept well... Great tv... rooftop restaurant and bar, as well as breakfast, were excellent. Best parking lot also
