My husband and I were in the area to watch our son play baseball. The apartment was clean, very cutely decorated, and perfect for the 2 of us. Neighbors were friendly as well.

I came here from Dallas to see my college boy play in a baseball tournament that’s just a 15 minute drive from here. The unit was a perfect spot with everything thing you need or want to do within a short drive. I’ve read reviews of people saying it’s to small but it has all you need and to me that was good enough.

Clean, compact place within walking distance of a good restaurant and a small park. We stayed a week and enjoyed it. We would stay here again!

Very quiet area. We had everything we needed. Gladys was very pleasant & helpful. The side yard was lovely and I enjoyed watering the plants ,shrubs & trees. The villa was great for 2 people for a couple of weeks to relax and visit friends in the area. Thank you Gladys. Graham & Florence Lassen

The good things:
Everything was newly remodeled. Loved the large convection micro. We had multiple neighbors and they were all great and quiet.
Things to improve: shower is awkward and drains slow. Typical studio. Very small and got smaller after 3 weeks. Neighborhood was a little junky but seemed safe as we went for walks. Local pier was less than desirable and not a selling feature.
Overall, a cool little backwoods town and decent value for the money.

It is a small space, however the owner has made use of the area in a stylish useful way. Good for a short stay. Manager responsive to requests and repair need. Near grocery store/ some restaurants.

Location is near food, gas, and antique shops. The town closes at 6pm. Very clean has everything u need. Loved the shower! No weird smells or loud partygoers.

I definitely can not wait to return to this property✨loved all the small details and thoughtfulness! Incredible time! The only little thing that I can mention is the door keypad, in the middle of the night 2-3 times it made a clicking noise, not sure how come. The bed made it easy to fall back asleep though 😴

Dependable Management
The place was clean and neat. The freezer went out and the manager replaced the whole refrigerator the next day. We were treated in an exceptional manner. Thank you!

Excellent property, beautiful, quiet and cozy. Only part I don't like is it was advertised for a great rate! However, when it was time to finalize, there were so many extra costs that to me is almost dishonest. Anywhere you stay is cleaned before the next visitor so to have a "cleaning fee" should automatically be part of the nightly rate. I'm big on upfront cost per night, rather than get hooked in then see the other fees that were added. That made the nightly rate quite a bit more than it shows online. Other than that, this place was great.

The only thing I wish was different was all the light coming into the apartment at night. There are big beam lights right outside the door that are so bright and as soon as you wake up, the light is shining so bright through the bathroom barn door. Other than that, it was great!
