We had a wonderful weekend get away at this cozy beach house. Beautiful views and very spacious home. The kitchen had all of the items needed to cook and the back porch has an amazing view of the bay. Will definitely be back!

We had a perfect get-away before classes start for the fall. We had plenty of room for everyone and we were all very comfortable. The big dinner table was perfect for family games and dinners. This was our first visit to Dauphin Island, and we really enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood is. We loved having all the seating options and the swing on the decks. It was great having a view of the water from all angles.

Lovely home with happy colors, comfortable beds, across the street from the Gulf and located on the Bay beach. Our family always chooses Dauphin Island and enjoyed our stay in this home so much we hope to rent it again.

We loved this rental so much we will definitely be back! It was all we wanted and more! If you’re looking for a spot this is the place! Island food wasn’t good at all we ate out the whole time we were there and was disappointed at every place except for islanders that was delish and amazing service! Beach was so nice bay had tons of mosquitoes:(

We love this place they allow pets and the house is perfectly located for us, love having the bay behind the house to enjoy in the evenings and the gulf is a very short walk. Absolute perfection for our family

Our family of 5 adults and one dog stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and had a wonderful time. We had everything we needed to prepare our meal, and the house is so welcoming and comfortable, we felt right at home. We had amazing views of the water from the front and back of the house, and we left feeling rested and rejuvenated. We will look for this house again when we book our next trip to Dauphin Island.

Very nice location if you are looking for a relaxing location that isn't in the thick of everything. Close to beach and short drive to shops and restaurants on the island. Good room in the house and plenty of outdoor seating.

This house was the perfect size for our family Christmas. It is the on the best part of the island, sound side with a short walk across the street to the gulf. The kitchen was complete with everything we needed to make multiple family meals. Our fur kids loved both decks and the yard in the back. Be careful of nettles on the path to the beach that tend to stick in their paws. We loved how laid back the environment is without crowds since one of our boys loves to run on the beach off leash. When we arrived, due to an overnight freeze, a pipe had burst and we had no water. Kelly the property manager was great about communication and arranged to have it repaired as soon as possible due to the holiday and provided an appropriate refund amount. Something to note is that this is a residence not a strict rental property which we prefer because there are personal touches but if you are a pristine rental person, just be aware that there are some of the owner's personal items in the house. We would absolutely rent this exact house again when returning to the island for a family or friend trip!

Great space. We really enjoyed making use of all of the seating on the two decks. The kitchen was well stocked with various cooking supplies. Easy walk to beach and bay. Just what we needed for a weekend getaway with three generations. Thanks so much!

We went with our kids and grandkids. The 4 bedrooms were perfect for 3 couples and the children having their own room. The kids absolutely loved playing with the boogie boards along with the beach toys that were at the house. The house was very clean, and the porches were nice. It was a very short walk to the beach from the house. My grandkids loved the bay view, especially at night.

We had a great time. You can tell they are working on updating but still have a few things to do. We were disappointed not to have tv's in all the bedrooms as we all like to end the day with a little tv. Loved the screened in porch and roominess of this home. I would definately stay again.

The home is lovely! This inside of the home is very nice. Right on the beach, easy access to the water, great views. Right across the street from the Gulf of Mexico as well, as the home is situated on the Mississippi Sound side. Beach was clean. Property manager was great. Easy to contact and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The home has had some work done since the renovations, pleasant surprise! Everything was perfect, clean, large, perfect location and the screened in porch is priceless! This is the fourth house we've stayed on this street and it was by far the best. Location cannot be beat on the island, we highly recommend.

We so enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home named “Southern Living”. There’s several things I really enjoyed about this house, one was the front porch swing. It was so nice sitting out there just feeling the breeze and listening to the ocean. Also it was nice having our own little beach area. I felt comfortable letting my six-year-old granddaughter‘s swim during the day and crab hunt at night. The house was clean and the beds were pretty comfortable. The screened in porch was missing half the screens, so I didn’t want to spend time out there without it being fully screened because there were some mosquitoes. I was told by a friend beforehand, where ever we stayed on the island to bring mosquito spray just in case. Mosquitoes and missing screens though did not put a damper on our stay. We so enjoyed the island and would definitely come back and definitely stay here again. Oh and the house has changed colors, it is now an Avacado color.
