We had the pleasure of staying at the amazing en-suite double room with own entrance facing the garden in an Art Deco house. The first thing which stands out is the quality of the building, facilities and overall cleanliness, it really is out off this world. What really sets the accommodation apart though is the exceptional lovely and accommodating Natalie. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome.

Wonderful Room, Excellent Service
We really liked the look of this property just from the web page and we were not disappointed. Set in a lovely garden with table and chairs and its own entrance gate. It is only a bedroom and shower room but the owner has made suberb use of the limited space and we were not left wanting for anything. It was beautifully decorated and clean and inviting.
We were within walking distance of Tankerton and Whitstable and an easy drive to the surrounding area.
I would like to thank Natalie for the wealth of local information that she provided before our trip which proved very useful.

Relaxing hideaway
The property is in Tankerton about 20 minutes walk along the seafront to Whitstable. This was very pleasant and it was good to get away from the biz of Whitstable.
The property was well appointed with a nice comfy bed and tea making facilities.
The hosts were lovely and friendly and helpful with any queries.
We would certainly return.

Great stay at Limes
We really enjoyed out stay at the Limes. Spotless room, very tastefully decorated, comfy bed and Natalie &Mike were lovely, the perfect hosts. There was ample parking and we had a space right by our gate, which was very convenient. Outside our french doors there was a beautiful garden where we sat in the evening with a glass of wine. We are already talking about about our next stay.

Fabulous and friendly
The property was absolutely lovely and spotlessly clean. It had lovely tea and coffee facilities with a mini fridge which we found, milk, water and wine in when we arrived. The position of the property is is good, not too far to the sea and nice and quite. Natalie and her family are lovely and very helpful, we would definitely stay there again, only sorry we didn’t manage to see them and thank them before we left.

Wonderful place to stay
Excellent hosts, Natalie and Mike, with a separate access to the self contained part of their home. The accommodation was beautifully fitted and in a perfect area (Tankerton) that we wished to visit. The fridge contained a welcoming bottle of wine along with milk and cooled water. Our stay could not have been better.

Lovely location
Lovely stay with great accommodation and friendly hosts. All furnishings and equipment top class. A bit of a shame about the building work going on but would certainly think of staying again.
