Absolutely nothing this was far from deluxethe close was disgusting smelled very strong of urine ripped carpet which is a fire hazard rubbish everywhere.Once we finally got into the apartment after very poor communication in tell us what apartment we were in the bed was broken place wasn't clean properly not enough utensils like bowls I would have had to take it in turns to give my children breakfast. oven was disgusting and would have needed cleaned before the tv was broken and there was sockets hanging off the wall. Also this was false advertised as stated on the website 2 bathroom as I went my with girls and my friend. This was why we booked it. In the communication with the owner, they actually admitted that it was a problem on the platform and needed to sort this. I called them our saying false advertised and all the other problems, and this is where all communication stopped there where reading but not responded this place was far from deluxe .my 6 year old was so scared of the place the smell made her feel sick she would not settle. We had to leave we werent in the flat long what so ever. I was out of money for a second hotel and food for 4 for the whole weekend as we had taken food etc to cook that we couldn't use as had to move to a travel lodge which was more deluxe that this apartment and had to bin most of the food we took with us. I have message the other and booking.com as I want a refund the place was not for children and disgusting appalled with the communicating, service and the cheek they have to call this deluxe. I have all the videos and pictures I will attach the worse one and sending all the booking.com as there's alot wish I could include the video I took showing all faults and the outside in the close
Absolutely nothing couldn't stay there and so disgusting and unsafe for my kids

Close to city center
There was no bedding for a sofa bed, which was advertised. Took 4 hours to get bedding from a different apartment.
No second bathroom, which is advertised,
1 toilet roll for 2 people for 4 days.
1 large towel, 1 small towel for 2 people for 4 days with no hand towels.
Homeless people sleeping outside access to apartment.
Would not advise staying here.

Layout of the apartment was nice and well furnished.
The entrance, stairwells and hall ways are disgusting with Bin bags, rubbish, old beds and empty beers cans & food everywhere! The bathroom floor was extremely dirty as was as stains on the door. NEITHER TV works (not tuned in, the bedroom one had no Ariel either) and the wi-fi wouldn’t work with password on the bottom!
Communication was terrible, all week leading up to visit INCLUDING No entry code for the property until after 6pm on the day!!!

Nice place
I’ve booked this property about 6-8 times now. Twice I’ve had the booking cancelled and 4 times now I’ve been accused of damages and everytime it’s £429. the last time I didn’t even stay and I was accused.

The heating was very good - more than enough to heat the whole apartment. Although the heater in the bedroom didn't work, it travelled through from the kitchen with the door open.
Big fridge
Spacious apartment.
This review is long, but please take the time to read it. I sincerely don't want others to get swindled by this company.
It was difficult to get to, but I concede we aren't used to driving in the city. When we walked into the lobby/ reception, the smell was indescribable, the floor was absolutely filthy. This put us on edge straightaway. The keypad used to allow access to the building didn't work, nor did the 'press to exit' button, anyone could get in and out. The lift stopped working whilst we were there, thankfully we weren't in it at the time.
Upon opening the apartment door, we were blindsided by the stench of stale smoke - strong enough to get into our clothes hung up on the freestanding rail by the second day.
The carpet of the apartment was covered in what I assume/ hope were food stains. We would have definitely left and found somewhere else if our child was still crawling.
Minor point - only 1 bowl to service multiple people, my partner ate cereal from a teacup on a morning.
Families/ couples with toddlers should be aware that there are steps leading into the bedroom and from the kitchen to the living room area which aren't mentioned. Potentially dangerous for children of that age.
Advert states dishwasher and tumble dryer... there wasn't.
The bathroom was grubby to say the least: shower screen not clean (old soap scum/ staining), extremely mouldy silicone. The toilet brush was incredibly rusty and stank of stale water with a good 2-3" of manky water in the bottom.
The sofa was uncomfortable with a deep lean to the middle from each side.
There is a door that leads on to the balcony overlooking the street, there was no key to lock it. If there was, it wasn't provided/ location disclosed. We had to block it off with the table to stop our adventurous 2 year old from potentially getting out and climbing out of one of the exterior windows.
The 'luxury bed' was anything but.

On the plus, there was a smart TV, the apartment was warm and the apartment was wonderfully located.
We booked another apartment, it didn't match the description and the photo. I wrote to the owner, to which he ignored my message. There was no Wi-Fi password, I also asked for it in the letter, it was not sent either. A very murdered apartment, in the bathroom flowing from the shower head, when we came in with a small child, there was a pungent smell of cigarettes in the apartment. In the instructions, they didn't specify the floor, I had to go up and search at random. We booked an apartment with 2 bedrooms in the end there was one, with one bed, and the child probably had to sleep on the floor. We were very upset.

Clean, central and comfortable.
The reception area was untidy. Didn't make very good impression on arrival, but the flat itself was clean and comfortable.
The area had alot of loud people outside and some homeless people hanging around right outside as you come out. This is not the flat owners fault but I found it a little unsettling.
3.2
A very clean, comfortable apartment. A real home from home, Natalie from crib surfer was fantastic, great communication. I would recommend this apartment.
A great kitchen, with all the amenities to cook some food or microwave a ready meal
3.2
Modern clean and good location
Told there was parking on site non available had to pay 13 pounds a night at nearby car park plus had to wait 30 minutes for key when he said would be down in 5minutes for apartment

The apartment is situated in the centre of Doncaster but during my weekend stay I slept like a log. The building is quirky and the flat itself very spacious and comfortable. Good CH and a fan. Great shower & bath. I went to the back entrance by mistake but the friendly cleaner managed to find me.
The toilet seat is still broken. It would be nice to have some information about the area in the flat and some history of the building there are some old photos of the original Co-Op downstairs but that’s it.
3.2
the property was amazing for the price I paid more than enough space for myself
it’s not really property fault the corridor leading to the apartment smelled of weed so bad that at night the smell would come in through the bottom of the door into the apartment so if I need to use the toilet all I would smell is weed
3.2
excellent apartment , spacious and clean and has smart tv
nothing not too like

It was very close to the Frenchgate Shopping Centre & the apartment itself was nicely decorated, but the below comments are what let the property down & subsequently made it a low score.
It had no opening windows, the TV stopped working & the entire 1st floor smelt like weed, the smell was so overpowering in the apartment it made me & my friend feel psychically sick & made us both really light headed. We ended up stuffing bath towels under the front door as there was a massive gap, this didn’t help much with the smell though. The property managers were very difficult to get hold of & didn’t help with any of our issues during our stay.
3.2
interesting space in an old building, very nicely decorated
3.2
Everything about the accommodation was perfect close to all amenities
There was nothing that I didn't like
3.2
Comfortable bed- kitchen had everything
Really bad check in didn't know I was booked in made me stand outside the building for1/2 hour while they got their act together !!! began to think i had been scammed Broken washing machine broken toilet seat bedroom is an internal room with no opening window intense smell of airfreshner in whole place - which you must unplug
3.2
The appartment was very nice and spacious,it had all the facilities you need, good location for ameneties, quite , home from home, secure once you are in,lift to all floors...
Not very organised on arrival, had to wait 50 minute for someone to fetch the key to us,so with dark nights approaching its not good to be waiting outside, there are a lot of beggers in doncaster,a bit un nerving..
3.2
From the look of the outside of the building where the apartment was situated I really wasn't expecting too much but to my surprise the apartment itself was exceptional, very clean and it felt like a luxurious experience. I would definitely recommend to anybody.
The communication could have been better for signing in on arrival and leaving as we had no idea where to leave the keys, there wasn't a whole lot of help apart from a guy who came down to give us our keys but apart from that there wasn't anything else to complain about.
3.2
Spacious apartment.
Good location in centre.
Fairly clean, this was our first time in apartment so not sure what the cleanliness is usually like.
Sofa bed not comfortable.
Broken toilet seat, kept sliding.
Shower looked like it wasn't cleaned.
Could have done with extra towels.
3.2
nice clean interior and decor is modern
toilet seat not properly fixed and doesn’t hold both seat and cover up at same time, overflow plug in bath not properly sealed to bath
3.2
it was very clean great location
3.2
Nice apartment. Comfortable and had good facilities like cooker, full fridge freezer etc.
Very central so 5 minutes from the rail station. Supermarket right next door
The area is very central and quite rough. Not somewhere you would go for a stroll around as a lot of dubious characters around outside both in day and night times. Delay checking in so had to stand outside, lady who eventually got the keys to me could do with some lessons in customer service, not rude but not exactly interested or apologetic for the wait.
Apartment could do with a deeper clean in the kitchen as fridge and microwave still had bits of food in them and the cutlery bowls had to be rewashed before use, looked like scrabbled eggs on the sides.
3.2
Great central location. Room was clean and very comfortable. WiFi was good. Parking at the local civic quarter car park was great and not to expensive.
There was a strong smell of weed coming from one of the neighbouring apartments. We arranged for a few plug in aroma smells which really cleared it up for the duration of our stay.
3.2
Really spacious apartment, very modern, great location,
Just needs a frying pan, no other negatives
3.2
location is excellent all facilities bars shops restaurants on doorstep
apartment excellent
the only fault at all was I couldn’t find any normal tv channels on the tv .
3.2
The location was really good and there's lots of disabled parking on the same road but unfortunately was taken up by roadworks during our stay. There is other parking a few minutes walk away for £6 for 24 hours but it can get full quick
The outside of the building looks awful and the inside communal area (stairwell and lift up to the apartment) needs some work but the apartment itself was nice and cosy.
3.2
The apartment was very nice inside, kitchen had everything that would be needed. Location is great, right in the centre. Wifi was good
It would have been nice to be able to collect the key from a lockbox and given the code before arrival. We made great time on the journey over, which meant we were there earlier than Sarah who was to meet us with the key but someone let us in and we were able to wait inside. Reception is a mess but you only need to walk through it to get to the lift to head to the apartment. If you happen to go in a car don't park in the Frenchgate rooftop parking as it will cost a small fortune
3.2
Great Central location. Was quiet even considering it is in the town centre. Enclosed balcony was big and nice to sit on. Although, the windows do not open, so must be really hot in the height summer. Spacious apartment
Bars and restaurants are in walking distance. Had a lovely weekend.
No parking at the property, even though on the blurb on Booking.com it says there is. Parked in the train station carpark which costs only £12.50 for a long weekend stay.
Didn't like McDonald's is directly opposite so when customers are sitting upstairs they can see into the apartment.
3.2
Great location. spacious comfortable apartment with all you need for a great stay
nothing
3.2
How spacious it was
The entrance is a bit of a shock until you walk into the apartment, smells of garbage a bit
3.2
VERY close to the station. Modern clean apartment. All mod cons. Quiet apartment block.
For me the bed we far too low. It was very comfortable just too low. Arrived in Doncaster 1pm but couldn't get the keys till 5pm. Would have liked to get them a bit earlier. Not a lot to do in Doncaster and you could only sit in a pub for so long. Although it has a TV it had Pluto Tv which was rubbish. Didn't really need the TV as wasn't there much, but it would have been good to get a bit of local news etc.
3.2
Location
Waiting in the cold and rain for over an 1hr before being shown into the property. Rude staff and dirty accommodation
