About this house rental
This charming 130m2 single-storey Canarian finca located in the Orotava valley, is surrounded by 11,000m2 of vineyards and fruit trees. Just 2 km from the town of La Orotava and 10 minutes from the tourist town of El Puerto de la Cruz, it is an excellent area where to spend a fantastic and relaxed vacation enjoying clean air, silence and local products.
The rustic-style house with a modern touch has been decorated with taste and care, achieving a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It has 3 furnished double rooms, 2 complete bathrooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen and a living-dining room with a fireplace and flat TV with satellite channels. It also has private parking, garden, and two large terraces of 40m2 and 100m2 with built-in barbecue and fantastic views of the sea and the mountains from where you can enjoy the sunsets and the nature that this place welcomes in all its corners.
Own vehicle is recommended.

Buena casa bien equipada con espectaculares vistas
La casa es una pasada. 100% en zona rural y tranquila. El acceso es un poco complicado y tuvimos dificultades para encontrarla pero el propietario nos atendió con amabilidad y nos ayudó a dar con ella. Muy bien equipada en menaje con detalle de bienvenida.
En mi opinión falta un poco de limpieza profunda, sobre todo pequeños detalles como telarañas en el baño en zonas de fácil acceso. Por lo demás ha sido una buena estancia y si tenemos la oportunidad de volver, repetiríamos en este lugar.

Ruhig mit Ausblick
Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles wie beschrieben vorhanden. Trotz kühler Nächte im November war das Heizen mit den mobilen Radiatoren völlig ausreichend. Der Kamin unterstützt natürlich bei Bedarf kräftig. Das Duschwasser war heiß, die Betten bequem und das Internet bemerkenswert schnell und stabil (Streamen problemlos möglich). Der Kontakt zu Alex war unmittelbar möglich, sehr freundlich und Problemlöser schnell zur Stelle.
Einzig, wie schon mehrfach beschrieben, sind die letzten 300 Meter der Anfahrt für Manche sicher eine kleine Herausforderung, aber problemlos machbar.

Wir waren 3 Nächte bei Alex und es war toll, nur das wetter hat nicht mitgemacht :0
Das Haus ist riesig und angenehm. Die Aussicht ist super schön und perfekt für ein leckeren Glas Hausgemachter wein zu genießen.
Alex war sehr nett und war immer erreichbar für fragen.
Das Haus ist super ausgestattet für Kinder und die Küche hat alles was mann braucht zum selber kochen.

Geweldig huis, boven verwachting!
De route naar de woning is over een steile weg, maar het uitzicht is dat meer dan de moeite waard. Prachtig huis, schoon (!) en goed onderhouden. Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor de noordkant van Tenerife.

Excellent séjour
Tenerife est une belle destination. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison : elle est fonctionnelle, la vue depuis le salon est magnifique. Elle est très bien située la plupart des points d'intérêt de l'île (de notre point de vue) étant localisés dans le nord

stadtnah und trotzdem ruhig
Fernab der Straße haben wir uns von der Arbeit erholen können (Orgel-Demontage in Orotava). Durch die 3 Schlafzimmer hatte jeder seine Privatsphäre. Gleich am ersten Tag erhielten wir einen dritten Hausschlüssel, den man uns erst kopieren musste. Toller Service!

Great views all around and excellent amenities
Situated in a vineyard on the side of a hill, the views are fabulous
You walk down the hill to the main road and have a wide selection of places to eat or the kitchen has all you need to make your own meals.

Estancia perfecta
Estuvimos unos días alojados y la verdad es que estuvimos muy a gusto. La casa está muy bien equipada, con unas vistas espectaculares y lo mejor, la tranquilidad y el silencio. Marina muy amable nos atendió con todo lo que necesitamos. Volveremos seguro!

Bon compromis entre rando, plages et tourisme. Les gens sont tres acceuillants.
Très bien située, près des villes et avec une belle vue dégagée, elle est aussi près de plusieurs départ de randonnées.
Grande maison, confortable un peu fraîche en fin de journée, au début avril.

Calm place with fantastic views.
Communication was very excellent! He sent us a very good map how to find the house. We arrived very late and we found it right away!!! That was perfect, as we were traveling with two little kids! Alex an Marina were very kind and answered always very quick! We had everything we needed in the house! They even had a children chaire and a childrens bed for us! The house is exactly as it is shown on the pictures (or even a little better). Its a really big house! We felt as friends! Thank you very much Marina &Alex!

Grande maison exposée plein Nord, donc très humide
Pour 6 personnes : 100 litres d'eau chaude par jour !!! Nous avons été informés de ce fait la semaine précédent notre départ... Maison très humide et dans laquelle il manquait beaucoup d'ustensiles de cuisine.
Notre attente fut veine...
La troisième chambre est pas digne du superlatif de la maison .
Ne parlons pas de l'accès : 500 m en première sur une route où il y a de place que pour une petite voiture .

The house is as described in the adand the pictures are correct .
We liked the large living room with the chimney and the nice view .
As it was quite cold , rainy and not much sun during our stay we had difficulties getting the house warm with the heating provided . Also the house was not as clean as we had expected , especially the fridge and the tableware .

And if you like to cook a lot for yourself, just be aware that there is no dishwasher - as described, of course, just do not skip this.
And, one final thing: The initial contact to Alex is very nice, but when you're there, do not expect too much service.
Not even the promised bottle of local wine was there, well I don't care much as it's only worth 5€, but if they tell you so they should just do it.
Nevertheless, we liked the place, and if you like to hike a lot it's a place from which you can reach Teno, Anaga, Orotava and the Teide plains in a short time.

The upper part of the vineyard is not maintained. The second bath was smelly - may be due to the fact that we didn't use it. The WiFi works fine but the amount of data transferred with high speed is limited. When you exceed this limit the internet works very slow.
We liked the rented object, the environment and Tenerife and can recommend this. The communication with Alex (the owner) was excellent. He gave us all the information we needed to make our decision.

The house is beautiful and the view from large windoes across the valley are awesome. All comunication with Alex was quick and easy, little details like the wine bottle from their vineyard on arrival together with the impressive views of the land and see made our stay really enjoyable. The house has all things you need and location is perfect for hicking and easy drive to get everywhere around the island. Thank you Alex, Rossi and Marina for this truly Canary experience.
