Good location

the first night I came there was a really nice lady at the reception she helped me a lot and really tried her best in whatever questions I had.
the room was clean and the bathroom as well
the black worked perfectly
and the pool in front of the sea was great.
I didn’t use it but I sat beside it to eat some of my breakfasts.
was very quiet and peaceful
not much actually, a very nice place
maybe the fact that there wasn’t any elevator was a bit uncomfortable but I got through it

Location and good staff.

The location is great, close to the beach and the Main Street. The rooms are a good size. The water dispenser (has cold and boiling water) is good!?
Only one plug socket worked which was an issue and the shower was poor - it was intermittently hot and a very weak trickle of water.

Beach and beach restaurant
Room pillows were too big and uncomfortable
Beach 'hyeenas' (massage women, sellers)
Gym was in renovation, not in use

The Beach was beautiful and there were enough beach beds. The location of the hotel is also good, right in the middle of Lamai and close to the hotspots. We had a problem with the first room we got but after a longy discussion with the not english speaking receptionist we were offered another room.
The water in our first room was not running. I the rare occasions of it running it was brown and dirty and smelly. We were not able do shower or to use the water to brush our teeth. Also our door wouldn't look and was not sealing tight, so at night mosquitos got in. It took the receptionist, which was not speaking english, 2 days to fix this issue by giving us new rooms. On day 1 she told us, she will get someone to fix the door and the water supply, but she didn't so we had to shower in another, empty hotel room. I had to really push the idea of giving us other rooms, so she called the manager. We were able to change rooms the next day. But in the end I had to deal with this issue for 2 days during my vacation.

Very kind staff, amazing location with plenty of coconut palm trees. The hotel’s beach is most beautiful on the whole island, palm trees in the white sand, bamboo sunbeds. You can have your breakfast at their beach bar, in the shade of palm trees, overlooking to the sea.
It is a very simple, small hotel but the room was big and clean.

The staff was lovely and the property was very clean. The woman working the desk was exceptionally helpful and it is very close to the beach.
To no fault of the hotel, the building is a bit dated and there were tiny bugs in the room. Again the property was clean, I just know for some travelers this wouldn’t be suitable. The facilities are within an older building although you can tell the toilet and sink had been upgraded. I did have some breakage from the tile in my bathtub and insects around the room. Because of covid, this side of the island is post apocalyptic. Everything is bare or closed. The area around the hotel was a bit rundown. But for the price it was a bargain. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator which would be quite the hike if you stayed on the top floor.
