The former factory villa has a far-reaching history. In the post-war period, high-ranking politicians such as B. Sir Christopher Steel and the closest staff around Germany's first Chancellor Konrad Adenauer met here for talks about the future of Germany.
The entire property has an area of around 20,000 square meters, the house with its terraces awaits you on around 1,000 square meters.

* 4 floors (elevator from basement to attic)
* Meeting area in the attic up to approx. 20 people with bar, large fireplace, conference technology (temporarily under renovation)
* 3 spacious salons on the ground floor (with fireplace and large terraces)
* Generous wellness area on approx. 200 square meters with indoor and outdoor pool (heated, with counter-current system), sauna, steam bath, experience shower and relaxation room. The outdoor pool is refilled with fresh water when rented. Due to temporary renovation, not all facilities in the wellness area are continuously available (restrictions expected until mid-November 2019)
* 5 guest rooms each with a bathroom, including a master suite with two bathrooms, living room, dressing room
and panoramic terrace
* Luxury care products from Bulgari and Bogner in all bathrooms
* Private heliport (8 minutes by car)

* Internal fiber network, latest generation LAN & WLAN connectivity
* Security fence around the property
* Latest-generation active radar-based surveillance cameras (with night vision function)
* Tempered glass in all exterior doors and windows on all levels

* In-house ironing and laundry service upon request (additional charge)

The house is rented as standard with 2 people service staff and a house technician (each available 24 hours).
The host or a confidant are also available 24 hours a day for questions.
Our family's staff such as butler, top chefs, chauffeurs, certified and specially trained security staff etc. can be taken on for an hourly or daily basis or can be provided by the tenant himself after prior agreement.
On request and at an additional cost, a 24-hour driver service is available (standard with Mercedes S-Class or BMW 7 Series, other vehicle types on request).
