Beautiful setting, wonderful hosts and fabulous stay in Hermanus for us.

Linda was an amazing host and couldn't do enough to ensure that we had the best stay in Hermanus. Breakfast was the best we have had in SA so far. Room was lovely with our own balcony and chairs to ensure the view over Hermanus. We didn't have a hot tub in our room and wish we had as we came back earlyish and would have enjoyed siting in the hottub with the view/or not if sun had set. Overall we had a wonderful couple of days.

Ein toller Aufenthalt mit Blick über Hermanus

Riesige Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick! Geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit vielen Pflanzen im Zimmer. Alles funktioniert hervorragend. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die absolut bequemen Betten! Außerdem ist das Klima in Hermanus so angenehm, dass man endlich mal ohne Aircon (sowieso keine vorhanden) und mit offenem Fenster schlafen kann. Linda und ihr Mann sind super freundliche Gastgeber und bereiten ein tolles Frühstück auf der Terrasse zu.

I would strongly recommend a stay at this property.

We had a lovely stay at Ridge House, everyone was helpful and friendly. The room had everything you needed. The breakfast was varied and excellent. It was only a short walk into town or to the Saturday Market. The views across Hermanus were breathtaking.

Leuk voor gezellig verblijf in zeer populaire plaats Hermanus. Winter en zomer.

Heerlijk verblijf in luxe b&b. Zeer goede ontvangst. Veilige omgeving. Net ver van centrum met vele restaurants. Werkelijk prachtig zicht op zee.

The room were spacious & clean. Absolutely loved the bath tub with that beautiful view. The room had cute extra's like bath salt, candles & rusks.

Would have loved if they gave us more options for breakfast. They had a set menu that were lovely but i would have preferred to choose.

A perfect place to get acclimated after a long plane ride. Serene, peacefull snd relaxing.

Beautiful property. Quiet and set on a ridge above town which is still just a 3/4 mile walk away. I walked in twice a day.

Amazing stay in Hermanus!

The hot tub on the balcony overlooking Hermanus was definitely the highlight of our stay at Ridge House! However everything else was equally amazing, from the room, to the breakfast and the friendliness of Linda and Martyn. Highly recommended!

Sehr persönliche Betreuung. Die Gastgeber, Linda und Martin, sind sehr um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht. Fantastischer Ausblick über die Stadt und das Meer.

Absolutely enchanting! From the moment I stepped into the room, I was greeted by an atmosphere of sheer luxury and tranquility. Thanks for Linda and her Team The highlight of this exquisite retreat was the magnificent Jacuzzi and fireplace combination. Oh, what a joy it was to sink into the warm, bubbling waters of the Jacuzzi, enveloped by a sense of relaxation and serenity. With the soft crackling of the fireplace nearby, it was as if time stood still, allowing me to truly unwind and rejuvenate. Cleanliness is paramount to me, and I was overjoyed to find the room impeccably maintained. Every corner gleamed, and the meticulous attention to detail was evident. The decor was nothing short of a masterpiece. Each element within the room seemed carefully curated to create an ambiance of refined elegance. From the tasteful color palette to the thoughtfully chosen furnishings, it was evident that the owners had poured their hearts into crafting a space that is both visually appealing and emotionally comforting. And comfort, oh, the comfort! The bed seemed to be custom-made for a night of restful slumber. It's rare to find accommodations that strike the perfect balance between aesthetics and coziness, but this room achieved just that. But it wasn't just the physical aspects that made this stay extraordinary. The staff's warm and welcoming demeanor added a personal touch that made me feel like an esteemed guest. They were attentive and responsive, always ready to assist with a smile. The food was delicious, Linda every morning text me to knhow what breakfast we wanted, just perfect. In conclusion, my time in this room was an absolute delight. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful location and property. Our room had everything we needed and was beautifully designed! We really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend.

Great views, spacious accommodation and great hosts!

The room is enormous and had everything that any traveller could want. Twin balconies, one with views to the sea and containing the wood fired hot tub, which had been prepared for us on our arrival, and the other balcony with views to the mountains and containing a braai and eating area. The owners are very friendly and couldn't do more for us. Great breakfast too! Easy access to the centre of Hermanus but high enough to get views.

Once in a lifetime experience to experience again.

Breakfast out of this world and Linda and Martyn are the most down to earth and wonderfull hosts you will ever meet. Location is top notch and the hottub is something to remember for a long time. Everything in the room is exceptional and deserves a 5 star rating. Thanks Linda and Martyn...will definitely be back!!

Beautiful

As soon as we arrived, we knew that it looked a lovely place , the owners came out to greet us Linda and Martin such nice people. When the door was opened to our room , the view and the space just blew us away . The next day Susan and Memory made us delicious breakfast. We would definitely stay again, and would highly recommend this amazing apartment.

SUCH a great stay!

Everything was wonderful!! From the staff to the room (we had the botanical themed room and it was filled with big, beautiful plants which I just loved!!!) to the views to the breakfast. And the room was spacious and felt very private, and the grounds were enjoyable! Our unit had a hot tub on the patio that overlooked the town and had excellent ocean views. Hosts were extremely kind and sweet. We really enjoyed our time here. We felt super lucky to have been able to book this room!!
