You have found one of the best vacation rental condos on St. Simons Island. This condo is a comfortable and welcoming 1,100 sq ft, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom in South Island gated complex and is just 2 miles from the beach and Pier area. Perfect for as little as 1 guest or as many as 6. This condo is kept very clean and fresh. Along with king in the master, the 2nd bedroom has a new queen full memory foam mattress. The living room has a sleeper sofa. Pool, fitness room, fast Wifi, free gated parking, laundry in house. Lots of natural light! This condo is up 1 flight of stairs.

Our 46th anniversary trip was perfect! Didn't speak with the property manager because there was no need too! Great area, quiet, well kept property, navigated the island with a golf cart. Will definately be back! R&W

We really enjoyed our stay @ Island Square. The location was perfect with many things within walking distance. We had the privilege to meet the owner Cindy, a very friendly and kind individual. Can't wait to go back !

We had an amazing time! The property was beautiful! Our dog - who we did crate when we left - did bark for a while and annoy the neighbors. Even so, the person we rented from was gracious!

We were in young to visit our rather large family. The condo was a perfect retreat, a great place for small dinners and close to everything we needed. It was clean and quiet. We’ll be back.

Property was very clean and well stocked. Check in was a breeze and the location was very convenient to stores and restaurants. Cindy promptly responded to my request prior to arrival regading my daughter which made for a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice property and Beautiful on the inside. It is on the second floor so if mobility is a concern it might be something to think about but it was great for us. Only negative at all was that the only place to walk the dogs was a little inconvenient. If you're stay without pets then there would be NO negatives at all. Would definitely stay again.

We were unable to enjoy the St Simon condo due to one of the people in our party contracted covid and the rest of the party were exposed. Cindy quickly responded and was very understanding of the situation. I will definitely book this condo with Cindy in the near future.

Usually "pet friendly" is code for *dog* friendly, but luckily this property's pet policy also extends to cats. This was the purrfect place for me and my little tuxedo girl, Clara, to take a few days off. The condo is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. Clara did a twice-over when we checked in and then settled in for the weekend. She loved it there (as did I). The condo is centrally located and just a short drive from all of the amenities of St. Simon's and the Golden Isles. We're both a little bummed to be home, but we would most certainly come back!

My husband, 2 year old son, sister and her fiance (plus their dog) stayed here for our vacation to St. Simons Island. This condo is a perfect getaway that has everything you need for a home away from home. Our communication with Cindy was always prompt and she was very accommodating. We came into a very clean condo with everything we needed (cooking, linens, cleaning). We used the gym and the pool our condo was associated with and both amenities were clean and ready for use. All of the instructions were clear for any access codes and normal maintenance for the condo. The condo was close to everything we wanted to explore like museums, beaches and walking trails. We all had a lot of fun and we will be keeping this condo in mind if we're going back to this area again. If you're looking for a place to maintain your routine, and have a place to relax for vacation, book this condo!

Great property with lots of extras. Cindy is a great host and has equipped the property with things that just make it feel like home. The property has access to a pool for those days you just don't feel like going to the beach. The location is great! You are no more than 5-10 mins from anything you may need or want to do. We always hate to leave. This place feels (for us) like home away from home.

Wonderful vacation rental! Close proximity to beaches and shopping with several restaurants within walking distance. The condo was immaculate upon arrival. All of the furnishings were very comfortable. I should also note that the coffee mugs were comfortable as well…something we coffee lovers all understand. =) We had some bad weather days during our stay but we felt so at home in the condo that we didn’t mind a bit. There was plenty of space for each of us to relax without feeling cramped. We had the best time and will definitely book with Cindy on our next visit to SSI!

Our family had a great time for our spring break week. Locate Smack dab in the middle of St Simons, 30 seconds from great food options (Southern soul bbq, Jimmy John, Larry’s subs, McDonalds, etc, ), 5 minutes from beach/downtown (more great restaurants). Condo has a great layout, was super clean, and updated. Quiet community and the only issue was 2 days of rain ;)! Cindy was on the ball with communication and would recommend for family or couples just looking to get away and enjoy the island!

This condo was exactly as described on the website. It was nicely decorated with comfy furnishings, very comfortable beds and everything we could have needed during our stay. Cindy really thought of everything down to the emergency and sewing kit she provided. The location is very convenient and the community is well maintained. The fact that this condo was dog friendly was a plus for us. There is a specified pet area just a short walk down the side walk which was very convenient and well maintained. I would highly recommend Cindy's condo if you are in the area.
