Beautiful Brand New suite in one of the best neighborhoods in North Delta. Super clean and quiet. Less than 30 minutes from the airport and close to Highway 91. Just about one kilometer away from a quiet shopping mall with all kinds of shops. Walking distance to Sunstone park where the neighborhood comes to relax . Less than 15 minutes walk will take you to the famous Burns Bog where you can go for a stroll through the dense forest.
(An ideal place for mandatory quarantine too)

Clean quiet. Too far from where we needed to be in Vancouver, so we canceled second part of stay. Sheets were not available for sofa bed that night. Otherwise, no issues.

We let VRBO and the renter , “SONY” know that we were affected by the GLOBAL IT outage due to Microsoft going down in the airports and had our flights cancelled. Not only did we have our flights cancelled 3 times in 4 days at 2 different airports we had to drive to that were 3 and a half hours apart from eachother, but Sony said he would refund us and then never did. He stated that he didn’t want to keep our money, but then told us that he watches the news, and said that since we were getting refunded by the airlines, that he didnt morally or legaly have to refund us. Do not book with this person, he lied to us, even though we called as soon as we found out we weren’t flyin in anytime soon took our money our

The apartment is located in the basement of the building, so even during the day you have almost no daylight. You might want to keep that in mind when you book it. I would have expected such a fact in the description of the accommodation. The apartment itself was quite clean but the fridge seems not to be cleaned before we arrived. It had fingerprints out the metal outside, some marks of food in the inside and a thick layer of dust on the top. In the coffee machine there was a used pod left behind. The apartment was in a good condition however it had marks of usages and based on the age of the reviews you can read here it seems not to be brand new (like mentioned in the description). If you want to visit Vancouver - it took us more than an hour by car during the rush hour. We never had an issue to find a parking spot on the street close to the house.

It was a great property. Everything was very comfortable and clean. It was easy to check in and leave. There's two separate rooms so that's really nice. There's a big sofa. I think there might be laundry but we didn't use it. I would definitely recommend this place. The only thing is it's a little far from downtown Vancouver so you have to factor that in and avoid traffic times.

Friendly host with a suite that was exactly as described online. We spotted a few ants in the living room / kitchen and there was a lot of dust along surface edges, but neither were to the extent that they made things uncomfortable.

The rental was very very clean!! It was in a nice neighborhood that was very quiet! Perfectly situated where we had access to the main roads with plenty of places to eat and shop! Loved that the washer and dryer was in an adjoining room to the actual rental! The host was very very kind and friendly! Overall Great place to stay!!

This property was in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. It was a good place to stay for New Years. My only complaint is that it does not have a hot tub or washer/dryer like it said in the listing.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my wife and mother in law. The unit is very nice and clean. Beds were very comfy. Only negative is it took a while to find the entrance. The vrbo instructions gave the access code but didn’t specify the location. Entrance is to the back of the house. Would recommend and would come back.

Stayed just one night. Basement flat was clean, comfy beds. Photos accurate showing modern decor. We had a car which we parked on the quiet street outside the flat. Easy access to major highways.

We arrived in the later evening. Check in was simple. We had what we needed to eat a late dinner and head to bed. The suite was perfect! Simple, modern, cozy, and clean. Comfy beds and ample pillows:)

Quiet, clean basement suite. Minimal, with a bit of typical kitchen things for cooking, an eating nook, a smart tv (prime thinks we’re located in a non English country, so limited selection to watch), a nice bathroom with linens and simple sleeping spaces. It’s a nice spot to lay your head after a day of adventuring or shopping. Thanks for your hospitality!

Clean and quiet environment . Accomodation was okay for 1 night, but unfortunately, the advertisement on VRBO says 3 beds, but the third bed did not had any bedding and this was on our request also not provided, only 1 extra blanket without sheets/pillow. It is not very close to Vancouver city centre, it took us 45 minutes.
