Welcome to the Americana Condos 10th street, One of Ocean City Maryland’s condo rentals, located downtown at 107 10th street, just a minute away from the famous ocean city boardwalk. The Americana Condos has a private parking lot and is a secure building, with key-card entry and video monitoring. The ground level area is for used for parking. We have and indoor pool on the second floor and a sun deck on the third floor facing the ocean side whilst the condos balconies are facing the bay with its beautiful sunsets. Enjoy a luxurious open floor plan in this newly built 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, Ocean City condo with ceramic tile floors all areas of the condo. The kitchen features full granite counter tops and a fully-equipped kitchen. This unit includes a full size washer and dryer and central air and heat. The building does not allow smoking or pets. The kitchen looks into the living area with a nice comfy couch and coffee table facing a 42'’ high definition LCD TV. Picture your own private balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean city bay side. Have a seat on one of the balcony chairs and set your drink down. Now your vacation begins! The master bed room features 2 queen sized bed, a private entrance to the balcony, walk in closet, master bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, The 2nd bedroom features 2 queen sized beds, a nice sized closet, and a second full bathroom right next door. The 3rd bedroom has a full bed with a bunk on top+ a trundle bed. The condo also offers free WIFI a full set of linens and towels and a laundry room. Now that you are all settled in, it's time to go out and have some fun...enjoy your vacation!

Upon arrival to our room, the front door was wide open. I proceeded in, searching the unit to make sure no one else was in there. As it turns out the door was open because it wouldn't stay shut. I had to slam it many times to get it to latch. (slam with all my force!) and the extra security bar latch was broken off! Not secure at ALL! The unit was like a hospital room. Absolutely zero decor, tile floor and beds, that's it. No TV in the bedrooms, the floors were sticky, bathrooms dirty. This room has to be the most unwelcoming unit in Ocean City. My wife and I walked in and immediately knew we could not stay in this place. Its very unwelcoming, bare, cold, and actually depressing. The fact that the doors were not secure in and of itself, was enough for us to find another place to stay. This room is terrible and needs to be overhauled before others have the same experience. I am requesting a full refund, and can provide you with the bill from the Hilton if you'd like.

The location was amazing and the layout of the condo is great for large families. The photos on the listing shows two bunk beds however this had one. The photos don't match the description. We still had plenty of space for 11. The biggest issue we had was the cleanliness of the kitchen and floors. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and the fridge was covered in something sticky. The floors seemed swept but they need to be mopped or cleaned differently.

Over all we loved the location, the property is great, cleanliness etc. Kind of confusing with the check in process but after checking in the only other thing that I didn’t realize is we could only have one car on the property and had to park off the property. But over all we had a great time the location is perfect for beach trip and boardwalk.

We enjoyed the condo. Great location and very clean. Says it has 2 sets of bunkbeds but there was I only 1 set, but that was fine, because we didn't need it. If u are cooking dinners u might need to bring supplies, but we didn't really need them. Great place for a long weekend get away for anyone

Bigger than I had expected, excellent amount of space, 8 beds which was perfect, quick walk to the beach/ boardwalk, should highlight the jacuzzi tub in master bathroom.

We choose this place for the space in the condo to have a wheelchair. Also for the pool with the lift chair. The pool chair did not work. It was rusty and had cobwebs. No way is it ADA COMPLIANCE. You have to maintain the lift, which clearly is NOT being done.

Very spacious. The sofa could use an upgrade. I had a party of 12 but was only allowed 1 car in the onsite garage. Only 1 television in the home. Close to the beach. Overall good experience.

Overall great and would stay again, awesome location! Only areas of improvement - need more/updated furniture. TVs in room would be nice. Only one parking spot on premise - I did not know this ahead of time, maybe I missed it?
