Bad experience!

Honestly, nothing the place was located on a bad neighborhood and homeless people were everywhere

Homeless people every where and the location was very bad, as soon as we checked in and take a look of the hotel we definitely checked out,.

Run,Run,Run away

We were in a time bind and it was in the heart of town

Where to begin? The lady at the front window, yes, window, not counter or desk, did not seem to understand there was a room booked online, not on the phone or a walk-in. She had to get help from the back and he even had to call his boss on the phone to give us our room. The room was way in need of repair. The vinyl baseboard molding was hanging off the wall for several feet, the air conditioner face was falling off, the room looked like it hasn't been kept up for 30 years, there was 1 pillow on the double bed, luckily it was only one occupant anyway. There was no TV, fridge, or microwave. We only took this room out of desperation as we were out of time and had to find a room for a transient man we know. When we picked him up (he stayed 2 nights), I noticed the toilet wasn't flushing and opened the tank to operate it by hand and the insides were all mickey-moused by somebody who doesn't know what they are doing or just doesn't care. As I look back, I think this room gets rented more by the hour than the day.

Vary bad experience

The price

I was locked in my room for two hours because the door lock was jammed. I had to jump out the window and then back in to in jam it myself. There was used soap with body hair all over it in the shower. Nobody was at the front desk for over forty minutes while o was tired and waiting to be checked in

Real bad place to stay rooms are really really bad not cleaned at all towels are nasty no TV

A $100 for a cold night that I didn't sleep well.

The location was close to the GI-Excellence facility where I had an endoscopy scheduled.

Everything -- the heater didn't work. There wasn't anything that qualified as a blanket on the bed -- the thinnest coverings I've ever come across. There were holes in the walls. The bath water nozzle was ajar and the knob for switching to shower mode was missing. No trash can.

I will never come back to this place

I do not have anything nice to say only that it was in a great location.

It was so dirty. The walls had black marks all over it. The bed was beyond not comfortable and the blankets made my skin itch so badly. The bathroom was disgusting. It looked like it wasn't even cleaned at all. The staff didn't know any English. I was told no guests at all, however the other guests had multiple guests. There is a door that is locked for some reason. That makes no sense on why it wasn't allowed to be opened. The window in the bathroom was broken and covered with a piece of cardboard. Smh.

The location was the only thing good about that place.

I called an hour and a half before I checked in the room that they had the shower was stopped up on the bed and the floor was dirty they change me to another room an hour later and the bathroom sink was leaking all night the hotel is under renovation and they was installing a floor that they were banging all night long until around 4 a.m. in the morning it was my worst experience ever and when I specially brought it to the attention of the staff they were rude and disrespectful I feel I should be compensated in some type of way damn near again would not be an option I feel like I wasted my money and they were cockroaches everywhere no trash cans dirty towels

Awful

Had to listen to what sounded like chirp abuse in room next door. Bed and roo. We’re full of dead insects including cockroaches, and my socks turned black when walked on the floor.I have pictures. It was filthy, and looked like there was evicidence of bedbugs

AVOID AT ALL COST

The motel was in a very seedy part of town. When we arrived two hours after check in there was a couple having a domestic dispute in the room we were supposed to be getting. We were told to come back in half an hour. When we came back the room still wasn't ready and we were told to wait again. The whole thing was making us very uncomfortable and we said we wanted to leave and asked for our money back. The staff member told us we would receive a full refund. That refund never came through and I am getting the run around from booking.com. This property scammed me out of my money. I highly doubt I will see that USD 224 again and I am not going to use booking.com in the future if I don't. I've had to call customer service twice about this and been told to wait 2 weeks for the refund which again..I didnt even receive. Worst hotel booking experience I've ever had.

Traveling man's last minute room!

I liked how everything worked. The shower is a good size for someone under 6 feet tall. Check in was quick and easy. The front desk people were very courteous and respectful to me despite asking to check in early.

There were no trash cans in the room. I used my own trash bag ($.10) in California but it served it's purpose.
