First of all it is NOT cleaned to CDC standards as it states. after talking to the cleaning lady the only thing that gets done in between guests is the sheets changed and the towels washed and sweep/mop. If you want dusting or a more in depth cleaning that is an extra 600 dollars. Second if you are in a wheelchair you need to know the doors to all of the bathrooms are only 24” wide and that was from door frame to door frame. You also have the door in the way so they are even smaller. My husband is a quadrapelgic and the only room he could get into was the master bedroom. There is a window in the room that looks out over the valley with no curtains at all. The sliding door that leads from the master bedroom to the deck had about 3 of the panel blinds missing so anyone who was in the kitchen, dining room, or playing pool could see straight into the master bedroom. I had to put a sheet up so we could have privacy. Also the wall plug in the master bedroom does not have a plug cover. We ended up hanging our clothes in the bathroom because the closet smelled so badly. The back deck is covered in spiderwebs and I would suggest not sitting on the furniture outside on the deck. My father-in-law sat in it and fell through bc the seat was rotted. He is maybe 150lbs. We rented this place bc we needed to be able to get my husbands lift under a bed. Definitely not worth it. For the ones in the disability community here is my email [email protected] I have pics and videos.

Great time in Chattanooga but wish I’d known the rental was in such a bad/industrial part of town.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. My family had a small, intimate family dinner here celebrating my Grandmother’s 93rd birthday. There was more than enough space for us all from the beautiful kitchen to the dining area. Although the space was open, a sliding glass door separates 2 of the larger spaces with TVs, so it was easy to watch the kids and keep them entertained while the rest of us had dinner and relaxed. I loved how spacious and open it was. It being on one level meant that the most senior members of our family didn’t have a problem getting around. Parking is definitely sparse as there isn’t any street parking. No more than 4-6 cars can fit, but our family was able to carpool so it was no issue. The view was wonderful. The back balcony was our favorite space, and the fire pit was the cherry on top. Another unexpected favorite thing about the stay… They had a Kamado Joe grill, and it worked perfectly. My ribs tasted even better than usual lol. 😂

My first impression of the house was that it was a very cool mid century and that it was clean. We arrived on Wednesday and were very comfortable until freezing temperatures hit on Thursday night. We froze Friday and Saturday because the heating unit could not handle the freezing temperatures. We contacted Ryan about the fireplace not working and discovered the propane tank outside of the house had not been filled and was empty. His response was sorry for the inconvenience. The master bathroom has no heat at all. We love visiting Chattanooga. Rock City Christmas night was amazing.

We stayed in this home from 12/16-12/28. The home is upgraded and nice. We had issues with the heat though. The bedroom behind the garage and the room with the pool table both have wall units, and neither were working. The fire place and outside fire pit also didn’t have propane. We weren’t told that the propane was out and there was a delivery issue until we were already there and found out on our own. The wall units were supposedly working before our stay, but were only recirculating cold air for us. The property manager, Jen, was wonderful. She searched for us to have a space heater our first night so my son didn’t freeze out in that room. Two more heaters were finally delivered on the 27th in the afternoon. I just wish we had been told about the lack of propane before we came, we would have canceled and just stayed in our home in Atlanta that has a working fireplace and heat.
