About this house rental
You can hear the ocean and smell the sea in this very large, renovated beach house with an ocean view and short walk from Smiths beach but away amongst bushland. Upstairs is ideal to relax, entertain your friends and enjoy the views with cathedral ceilings, wood fire and huge ocean facing deck with BBQ and dining. Downstairs is a rumpus room for big or small kids and outside has room for boats or boards. Ping-pong, X-Box, Wifi, firewood, and Netflix are included. Contact us to remove 7.5% levy.
Recently renovated in Hamptons style with new super comfy beds, large double bedrooms and plenty of room for big and small kids to roam. Also includes a desk, monitor, mouse and keyboard in case you need to get some work done.

We (x 10) stayed for two nights in Winter and found the set up to be great. Very comfy beds, lots of rooms, great fire, new kitchen with plenty of appliances, and a great and private balcony set up. Highly recommended location.

A lovely, clean home located in a nice quiet spot with easy access to the beach. The host provided efficient and responsive communication and the house had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Had the most amazing time, booked for two nights with friends. The space was way more spacious than we thought, massive rooms and entertainment areas.
The kitchen was well stocked with utensils/pots/pans, massive plus with the dishwasher!
Would defiantly recommend this stay, the beach is an easy walk and very close to the corner store!

I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay on Phillip Island. The house can accommodate large families/friends with a range of amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen and modern entertainment systems.
The proximity to the beach was a definite highlight, allowing us to enjoy leisurely walks along the coast. Away from the hustle and bustle, the tranquility of the area provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing holiday.
Communication with the host was quick and efficient.
Overall, it exceeded our expectations and provided a memorable Easter getaway. Highly recommended.

The home was very well located, had some of the best facilities and had a very good selection of cooking items.
The only thing I could suggest is that the step to the back yard and cloths line have a new top step tread as it is quite dangerous with such a small tread on the top

We had the most fantastic stay at this property - 5 old friends who have an annual get together. The house was spotless, the beds extremely comfortable and every little thing has been thought of. We were so comfortable!! Thank you Jeremy - I really hope to stay again!

I recently used this property for a vacation rental and I was extremely impressed with the experience. The booking process was easy and transparent, and the property we rented was even better than we expected. The host jeremy made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The communication with the host was excellent and they were very responsive to our questions and requests. I would highly recommend this stay for your next vacation rental.

Great well equipped comfortable house short stroll from the beach. The kitchen has an abundance of the latest appliances with lots of crockery and cutlery. The bedrooms have very comfortable beds. A lovely secure family oriented property and very safe for our four legged friends.

Loved our stay! House was lovely, beds super comfortable, ample room for the family and dogs, everything that you could need was there including freshly ground coffee. Host was more than accomodating. We will be back!

This is a lovely property with plenty of room for everyone. The property is generously appointed in particular the kitchen. This is the best kitchen we have had in a rented property. All the rooms are large so you feel very comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. There is a huge deck around the back half of the house where you can sit and relax and enjoy an ocean view. The property is also a short walk to the delightful Smiths Beach. I couldn’t recommend this property enough. We hope to revisit again

This was an amazing experience! The beds were very very comfortable, the towels were soft, fluffy and generous. The whole house was lovely and clean and contact with our host was quick and efficient. The fire place was huge and heated the room really well and there was plenty of firewood provided as well as loads of kitchen supplies. There was also some lovely welcoming chocolate which us girls devoured! Would definitely stay again - thanks Jeremy

A wonderful large holiday home with all the contents you could wish for. Well appointed kitchen, large living areas and great decks. Comfortable beds and tastefully renovated bathrooms. A lot of thought has gone into making this a perfect choice for a wonderful holiday on Phillip Island.

A large well positioned property, walking distance to Smith’s Beach and a short drive to either Cowes or San Remo. The property was well equipped with modern amenities, and had everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Such a fantastic stay.
The house was well furnished, had great, large spaces and a beautiful deck looking out with ocean views.
The kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor barbecue was fantastic, many a grand meals were had!
Fire place made it all nice and cosy and the internet speed was sufficient.
A very short walk to a cafe and the beach.
Would highly recommend.

We stay for 3 wonderful nights while we celebrated a wedding. The beds are heaven sent and the kitchen a dream with all the modern commodities. A great host who was clear in all his directions and quick to answer all our enquiries. Would love to return soon.

Great location with plenty of room
We stayed over the March long weekend. The property is walking distance to Smiths beach. There's plenty of room for kids to have their own part of the house and adults in another. Highly recommend.

Great Smiths Beach holiday home.
We had an amazing 5 day stay with our family. 5 generous bedrooms, great living areas and nice balcony. Recently refurbished, will definitely like to stay again. Highly recommend.
