Breakfast was fullfiling and tasty. We've got crossaint, yoghurt and tosties nice served, plus exellent coffie.
Room was nice, clean and comfy. Both od hosts were nice and helpful, listening to our needs.

Very friendly people, great breakfast!

food at their restaurant was great. very cosy place. the surrounding was very beautiful and scenic. we were also surprised with a free upgrade which was very nice, especially after 9hrs of driving that day.
the stairs going upstairs was a bit difficult for us and needs a bit of caution and manoeuvring. the shared bathroom upstairs was very nice but it also depended on the others whom you shared it with. Maybe a clear instruction on the electric toilet would be great.

Beautiful It was like waking up in the twilight zone,
The Stairs were very steep and room very warm, but as long as your able for the stairs I would go for it

Nice and wide room with a very comfy bed in a very quiet village, it's perfect to go biking to Gouda. The restaurant down stairs was also very practical.
It was a bit of a shame that the bathroom was outside the room.

stairs are a bit special :-)

My room was very small, and the staircase leading to upper floor is very steep and uncomfortable, especially if you're carrying luggage.
Most bathrooms are shared, but it was not clearly indicated that the bathrooms on the top floor are reserved for specific rooms. Public transport to the city is really limited, so if you don't have a car you will have to use taxis for going anywhere.

Close to wedding location and very friendly staff
The shared bathrooms are on a different floor (by very steep stairs) and in the shared kitchen. Not a huge problem, but also not great

Excellent breakfast!
There was a lack of a shower curtain and no extra towel for the floor, so we ended up with a big puddle in the bathroom after a shower. I feel like this can be so easily avoided with a shower curtain and mat to step on afterwards.

The room is clean, has enough space. The shower and toilet has to be shared, but it is clean and convenient.
There is only one small soap cube to share for two people. This is a little tricky.

Very comfortable bed and cute Bed & Wine! Everything was very clean. The hosts were the best, very kind and accommodating. I also had a very good meal at their restaurant, highly recommend, very good food!

A charming Italian restaurant with accommodation above, staffed by a really friendly and helpful couple. As a tourist, the location is ideally central for visiting the major cities (Gouda, Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Utrecht) - and the immediate surrounding rural farmlands are so so beautiful! I would recommend eating at the restaurant too, i tried a variety of dishes and they were all phenomenal. Their Calzone Speciale is the best I’ve ever had. The rooms also have Netflix…hidden bonus!

We stayed for the very first time in this place just right above the Italian restaurant and I must say that it was just the right pick if you are looking for a comfortable clean room and a good place to have authentic Italian pizza and wine. Prices are reasonable and don’t forget to ask for a wine recommendation, they have a good selection. Charlotte is really an amazing host, always with a smile and no matter how busy it is, she would always make sure to drop by to make sure you are taken care off. The surrounding area is beautiful and with friendly people.
