About this cottage rental
This gorgeous cottage has cathedral ceilings, ship-lap throughout, and is nestled into a gated private lot with a wraparound screened porch. The master features a huge walk-in closet, large bathroom featuring a large shower with double shower heads and and washing machine and dryer. Well-supplied kitchen including high-end gas appliances, dining table, and bar. The living area features a fireplace, leather couch, sitting chair and a 65-inch Samsung smart television. The sleeping loft features two twin beds accessible by a ladder. Wireless internet access is included. This cottage has lots of privacy with a 6-foot brick wall separating it from the main house. Pets are welcome with a $100.00 pet fee. This location is convenient to I-10, midtown, downtown, the Florida Capitol complex, golf courses, and all three local universities!

Todd greeted me with a bottle of wine upon check-in- excellent communication and Kiki’s Cottage is beautiful and cozy with a well stocked kitchen, spacious bedroom and bathroom, cute loft and wonderful porch for coffee and reading. I will definitely be back!

Beautiful cottage! Our family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights in January and loved it. The cottage has all we needed. Kitchen well stocked with cooking essentials. Made a great spot for us as we were doing day trips from Tallahassee. Close to I-10 exit but you feel away from the highway nestled in your private cottage. Just a short ride to FSU and the Capitol. Great location overall. My 2 kids loved the loft with the two beds. Overall an awesome experience. I can see why there are so many great reviews. Host was welcoming.

What a lovely cottage! We so enjoyed our stay at this charming and beautifully decorated abode. Clean, cozy and well-equipped, we had everything we needed throughout our 5 day stay. Perfect location, close to our Dad's house with ready access to several large parks for enjoyable daily dog-walking. Thanks so much for the relaxing vacation!

What a lovely cottage! Everything was delightful and exactly as described. The cottage was super clean and very tastefully decorated. Lots of space in the closet- it was almost like having another entire bedroom. The bathroom was great and the walk in shower with dual shower heads felt like you were in a spa. We would definitely stay there again.

What an amazing cottage! Everything about this cottage is perfect - from the meticulous design and attention to every detail in furnishings to the lush greenery surrounding the cottage to the location. Private gated access in a very quiet and established neighborhood was definitely a plus. The owners live adjacent to the cottage but the houses are separated by a beautiful ivy covered brick fence. Speaking of the owners - the are very easy to communicate with and respond quickly with any questions you may have. The cottage is completely furnished with everything you need to make your stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Book this property now - you will not find a better property in Tallahassee!

My husband and I spent several days in this cottage while attending a meeting at FSU. The location was convenient and the setting was private and lovely. The cottage was spacious and well equipped. We particularly loved relaxing on the wraparound screened porch and enjoying the view of azaleas in bloom and the grand oak tree dripping with Spanish moss. Todd was a great host and made us feel very welcome. We hope to return!!

This property was amazing. It had all the comforts of home. Close to shopping and groceries. The homeowners were responsive if I had a question. I brought my two Boston Terriers and they were very accommodating. I will stay here again when we have to go to Tallahassee.

This is our second time staying at this wonderful cottage. The cottage is well equipped and comfortable. The owners are very prompt in answering any questions. The location is perfect for visiting the Tallahassee sights! Our pup loved it here since we are close to many trails for nice long walks. Highly recommend!!

We can't thank Todd and Georgia for letting us stay at their beautiful cottage! It was very clean and exactly as advertised. It was the perfect spot for our family while in town visiting my sister for Thanksgiving and the FSU/UF game. It is also situated in beautiful Killearn Estates and conveniently near a Publix, Starbucks, a Garnet and Gold store and so much more. Easy access to I-10 without feeling like you can hear the interstate. You will not go wrong with this cottage for your stay in Tallahassee!

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend when we came to Tallahassee to celebrate a childhood friend’s wedding. The place was clean and cozy. We were able to relax prior to the wedding. We plan to stay there again when we visit our friends in Tallahassee.

Absolutely beautiful cottage! The pictures don't do it justice, and the space is perfectly decorated with detailed thought put into how best to utilize every inch. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the cottage and will definitely stay there again.

The cottage is exactly as described. Great kitchen & bath, comfortable furniture, and great setting. We travel to Tallahassee several times a year and usually stay at a hotel because we have 2 small dogs. I found this cottage on vrbo and it looked perfect for us. It really is dog friendly with low maintenance floors, minimal things for them to get into, and a nice yard with easy access to a quiet street. Todd, our host, couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. We definitely plan to stay here again...with or without our dogs.

This property is a must! It was so cute and cozy, extremely clean. The wrap around porch was relaxing and peaceful. My husband and I were looking for a relaxing weekend and this cottage was just that. We were visiting our niece who is at FSU and this was not far at all from the campus. Close to everything. It was nice to have a rental that allows pets as we travel with out two cats everywhere they were in heaven with the porch. The owner Is very personable and excellent communicator and accommodating. The cottage is fully stocked with everything you so all you bring is yourself. This is my new home away from home and can’t wait to stay again. Kiki's cottage is beautiful and in such a great location. It truly felt like a home away from home. Everything was clean and comfortable, and we felt incredibly safe. The front porch was my favorite spot to relax. I almost hate to leave a review so I can keep this hidden gem all to myself!

Home Away from Home
Everything about Kiki’s cottage is outstanding & homey… I absolutely love staying here! This is my second stay with my dogs & they loved it too, especially the low windows to look out & spy on the wildlife. The hosts are top notch & very accommodating & helpful! A++
