Disappointing

It was really cold in the room! It is hardly 3* hotel. The facilities have hard signs of damage. Don't follow for high rating. Overpriced. And definitely not for travellers with a car.

Superb

The staff was very attentive to the guest needs. The hotel is at a great location and the facilities are really good. Breakfast was very good.

Sometimes cigarette smell would filter into the bathroom which was uncomfortable. And our room wasn't made up after the first night; however, the staff apologized and even with a gift.

The location is perfect, staff are really helpful and friendly. we opted for a room with a balcony and it was gorgeous. I can’t wait to go back

great service and location.

Excellent location, perfectly suited to our trip and well insulated from noise. Very central and close to beach, shops and restaurants. Excellent service, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were clean and modern included the essentials. we were there for 1 night.

We had a wonderful holiday!

There was a nice buffet breakfast each day. We appreciated the fruit especially. The hotel has a cool and modern look and feel. We didn't really see anyone else at all except staff. It is right at the heart of the city and only minutes from the beach and promenade and main street. so easy to explore this lively and lovely town.

It didn't feel very homely to be alone so much. There was no restaurant service which was a disappointment as we had booked on the promise of tapas. But there are hundreds of excellent restaurants all around so it wasn't a problem. The feel was weird because this fourth quarter of the square is so empty but we found out that the whole hotel will soon shut for renovation and development.

Staff mostly friendly smiley caring despite seeming stretched Lovely clean modern hotel Great location for nightlife and beach The double glazing blocked alot of the social noise Lovely breakfast and good value Housekeeper very friendly and accommodating

A/C failed intermittently Toilet constant trickled most days A bit noisy neighbourhood Staff seemed very stretched Booking a table for dinner was tricky as they don’t separate allocated tables for residents from non residents first come first served My chicken Caesar salad had almost no chicken but they brought me more when I asked Generally standards seemed less than previous years

Great hotel

The Alenti hotel was great for our stay in Sitges. The staff is super kind and helpful: every interaction with them was absolutely polite and efficient. The hotel location is perfect: exactly in the middle of the city, close to all bars and attraction and 3 mins from the beach. You do everything by walking. Despite the fact that all the clubs are literarily nearby, the outside insonorisation is great. We été worried to hear too much noise and finally not at all. The room is big and spacious. And crowned well.Breakfast is until 11am which is practical when you are on a beach vacation. Overall a great hotel and we will probably go back there if we’ll be in Sitges again.

The only minor concern was the indoor insonorisation. The wall separating the room next to our doesn’t prevent so well the noise. We would be able to clearly hear our neighbors walk, move stuff, using the sink. Just a little weird but at night, we used the earplugs and problem ended.

we stayed in the rooftop room with the chromatherapy bath. it was brilliant having the space on the balcony and the option to use the bath during the hot evenings or after a night of clubbing.

Enjoyable stay but overpriced for what you get in comparison to other holidays we have had

Location was great, very clean, design nice, disappointing breakfast, terrace nice but the hot tub was just a bath with lights that took ages to fill!

Beds really uncomfortable, bath on terrace would be better if a jacuzzi, food not great although lovely man on reception said they have problems getting a chef for breakfast
