About this house rental

Enjoy gorgeous lake view sunsets from the expansive back yard, where you will find a huge outdoor kitchen complete with BBQ, flat top, and kegerator. Relax after a day on the lake in the pool/jacuzzi, or cozy up at the fire pit during the winter months! The kids and adults alike will love the yard games, including corn hole, foosball and ring toss. You can even set up an outdoor movie using the Wi-Fi projector and screen on the bar. And don’t forget to snap some pics with our huge T-Rex! This is the perfect outside space for entertaining family and friends. Pool can be heated during winter for $100/day. Chiller is free during summer months

Guest Bedroom 3 – Twin Bunk beds and a pull-out trundle bed (3 total), TV, Pac-Man, and kids’ games in the closet

Living room and bedrooms have smart TVs ready for you to log into your Netflix/Hulu/Roku account. Local channels available on Locast.

Spacious, open great room with 75” TV, complete with DVD player and tons of DVDs for kids and adults

Beautiful, fully stocked chef’s kitchen with prep island and seats for 4 at the bar; dining room for 6

Laundry room with washer/dryer, drying rack for swimsuits, and iron/ironing board

Headed out to the lake? No need to stop for ice to fill your coolers – help yourself to fresh ice from our commercial ice machine in the garage. When you come back, feel free to use the cleaning supplies on our boat detail cart to wipe your baby down and get her ready for the next day!

2 car garage with 9” doors is available for guest vehicles year round

RV/Boat garage may be available for guests to use in June and July. Please inquire if you would like to use the RV garage during your stay. Outside of these dates, owners' boat and UTV will be in the RV garage. Owners' boat and UTV are strictly off limits and not available for guest use. RV garage is monitored by camera.

Tons of parking on the huge driveway, which can accommodate several cars/trucks and/or boats.

This home has no neighbor on the lakeview side and is very PRIVATE.

Only ½ mile to the desert for off-roading, 2.4 miles from downtown, and less than 5 miles to Windsor launch ramp and London Bridge.

The property and pool was amazing!! Good location as well! Any questions I had, Mrs. Armando was quick to reply and help in anyway she could. The house was clean and spacious for my family and I. If we decide to come back in the future we will most definitely book with the Arnado’s again! 10/10!!

This VRBO was absolutely amazing, this house has it all. It has all the amenities for families (kids and adults), and the pool is stunning, as well as all the other backyard features. The house was immaculate and the layout was great. I highly recommend this VRBO and will probably rent it again in the future.

This home is even better in person than in pictures. It is spacious and had everything we needed (and more) for two families of 4. Hot tub, pool, tiki bar/outdoor kitchen area were amazing. The location is great and views to the lake are nice. Brooke was responsive to questions we had. I wouldn’t hesitate to pick this place to stay!

This home will not disappoint! We usually head to the island to watch sunsets,The sunsets from the back yard of this home are breathtaking. With views of mountains and the river it was an endless pleasure! The inside has everything you need! Toilet paper, toweling, some condiments, everything you need for dishwasher, high quality shampoo and soaps. It was great not having to shop for some of them. The out door bar and kitchen are a huge plus. Beautiful new hot tub and pool too! Brooke was very good to work with from the beginning to the end when we checked out. She even warmed the hot tub up for us after a day of hiking! It was wonderful to come home and go soak or tired bodies. Don’t pass this place up!

Very clean, very nice home with a beautiful backyard. We had an absolute blast during our visit. Plenty of parking and plenty of room for all of your toys. We were pleasantly surprised once we received the welcome guide on the the day of our arrival. Garage has a commercial ice machine and back gazebo has a kegerator for guests to use. Would highly recommend!!

This place was awesome. Plenty of space to spread out, outdoor kitchen is a great place to hang out. We were fortunate to be able to use the large garage as well which allowed all of our vehicles to be indoors. Spending the day on the lake the large commercial ice maker in the garage is a huge plus.

The house was beautiful. It was clean and a comfortable home setting. The location accommodated all are needs. There was plenty of space for everything. The view from the background was soothing and beautiful We enjoyed it so much we are planning another trip and would definetly stay again. Was able to get in contact with the owners and the house keeper with no issues.. The only down fall was the internet the refrigerator, and ice machine didn't work. But there was a back up refrigerator for us to use which was nice

The place was decorated beautifully and clean. The ice machine didn't work which wasn't an issue til we discovered the refrigerator and freezer also didn't work. Since it was a weekend they couldn't get it fixed while we were there. Had those two things been working it would have been all 5 stars. The owner and manager were responsive and did their best to get someone there, it just didn't work out while we were there.

We stayed 6 days in June and had an amazing time. The home has everything you need for a great and relaxing vacation. One of our favorite amenities was the outdoor kitchen that worked so well for our group. Large driveway with plenty of parking and garage space. They have a freaking ice machine in the garage!!! Ok, now that I got that out, this is an amazing property. All of the amenities of home which made our stay very comfortable. The house is beautiful, very spacious and clean. The entire family enjoyed the backyard and almost didn’t want to leave. Not too far from the lake which also makes this a perfect place to stay. We will definitely be renting this house again in the near future. You won’t be disappointed.

She even had great recommendations for the family, places to go and places to eat. We had such a great time with our family especially in the backyard. I've been renting vacation homes all over the world for over 15 years and this home is among one of the top rentals I've ever been in. From booking to check in to questions during our stay to check out, everything was so easy and seamless. The host was very responsive and helpful. The home itself is gorgeous. It is spotless and has so many amenities to keep everyone entertained. The home is only ten minutes from the tourist center of Havasu so you're close to everything, yet the home and neighborhood are very quiet and peaceful. Fantastic backyard and both the outdoor and indoor kitchens are equipped with everything you could need. Our only regret was we didn't book longer in this fantastic house!
