Very nicely presented property close to town. Good ground coffee (but don’t keep it in the fridge). Great views to the Remarkables.
Good power points with USB chargers in convenient places. Good hangers etc for clothes.
Good magazines when I wanted a change from my reading. Great bathrobes provided (but we didn’t use them).
Loved the heated bathroom floor and sensor light for midnight visits.
Access - no mention on line of poor access. Arrived in the dark and there were no lights and had to call the owner to find our way. Luckily I managed the key box by cell phone light although I dropped it into the gap between the deck and the doorway. Access across the reserve at night is 150 metres across frozen grass in the dark. Could be tricky in snow. Luckily there is a sensor light when you make it near the deck.
Kitchen facilities limited to electric kettle and toaster. A hot plate would be good (induction ones are very good and quite cheap.)
No table provided and the chairs are low reclining with cushions that fall down the back.
Bathroom door has no catch and blows open when the fan is on with freezing draft from window you are asked to leave open. Taps are hard to figure out where hot setting is and it takes a long time to come through. (Kitchen too)
The only duvet was far too hot. A light blanket as an alternative would have been good. Didn’t like the pillows - gave me a sore neck.
Couldn’t find free to air TV channels - although didn’t spend much time there in the evenings. Pool was covered over and didn’t appear available although I didn’t follow up on that.
All first world issues I know.

Attention to detail for both the design and practicalities/comforts was elite! Had everything we needed including the Nespresso machine and pods (coffee is the way to my heart). Complete with Netflix and books/mags so which made down time in between adventures relaxing.
Slightly niggly water temp and heated tiles, but no big deal (first world problems).

lock box pin did not work. If school boy son not on premisies would not have got in.access was dangerous.foot wide gap between deck and unit.did not see hosts at all.distance from carpark to unit too far with or without luggage.Bathroom taps not easy to read. Had to ask local friends to help me lleave after 2 days. not suitable for my age.....not truthfully represented.

The privacy and views of mountains and snow.

peacefully
and quite
no on site parking was disappointing
4.1
The view, provisions (tea, muesli), tv/chromecast, laundry
Bedding was very uncomfortable, room was stuffy and dusty, room and bathroom were odorous (damp/musty)
Was not able to get a good nights sleep the whole time due to the discomfort. While effort has evidently been put into the interior design it was a disappointing experience due to the discomfort of the room.

Lots of little details. Everything you needed in the studio space. Great view.
Lovely for an overnight/weekend if travelling light.
Bit tricky to find the door. Might be good to have signage pointing the way ☺️

privacy, modern, view, well appointed . great decor
the key was lost to the indoor heated pool . Part of our stay was looking forward to a swim in the pool.
We weren’t informed until after we had been looking for it for a while.
And after that was told the pool was out of commission so disappointing on that scale but other than that place is really lovely accommodation.
