We really loved the location of this cottage, it was perfect for our family including 3 young children. We loved being on a very quiet street, walkable to the beach and to the donut shop! Our only negative was that the beds were a little on the small side for adults. Otherwise, perfect!

Cute house, great location
First time I've stayed in Eastham. Property was close to the beach and plenty of things to do. Really enjoyed ourselves.

Cute property, needs improvement
The house is in a fantastic location, on a quiet street close to bayside beaches, shops and great food. The enormous downside is the very strong odor of what seemed to be mold and cat urine. We cut our stay short because allergies couldn’t tolerate the exposure. If carpets, couches and linens were replaced, we’d happily stay here again. Unfortunately, as is, we’ll look for another property next year.

Good but could improve
After a long drive up to Eastham, we happy to arrive at a very cute and well located house! On arrival all seemed clean and there was decent room for everyone. The walk to the closest bay beach is totally doable for adults and older kids but ended up being a bit far to do with kids and all the beach stuff. But it was quick drive and after purchasing a weeks beach pass in town we were happy to pop over to multiple bay side beaches or to the ocean in Wellfleet. The house was well stocked with board games and cookware. After sitting in the living room at night we noticed that the and carpet and furniture could have been a lot cleaner, they had a pretty bad odor which multiplied after a rainy day. I suspect that there was some mold downstairs as well as multiple people c/o allergies flaring up and the basement had a very strong smell. Although everything basic was provided, some additional amenities would be a big improvement, such as a gas grill and a dryer. (There is a clothes line but we had some rainy days so we had a lot of damp stuff!). The deck and outdoor shower were great but needed a good refinishing. Overall it was a nice stay and the realty company was very communicative and responsive, especially after given the wrong WiFi code to start off the stay. Overall, we had a great week with only some minor complaints!

Secluded spot for a beach week
The property was clean and comfortable and had a great back deck for hanging out and it was only a modest walk to the beach.
