About this house rental

Enjoy privacy in this beautiful, recently renovated modern home, fully furnished and equipped for a comfortable stay in the heart of Georgetown. The kitchen is equipped for a chef, and includes a wine fridge, beverage fridge, a large ice maker, along with Sub Zero fridge and Viking dual-fuel range.

This listing includes private use of the entire space, including the rear garden/patio area. I (the host/owner) will likely be staying in the basement apartment, which has a separate outside entrance. Accordingly, I will be readily available to address any issues that you may have.

Either I or a property manager will meet you at the house to provide a key and show you how the systems work in the house upon arrival.

This home was even better than advertised. Absolutely sparkling clean and stocked with everything needed and more. Mark is a wonderful and attentive host. You are close to many shops and great restaurants. Our teens loved it also. We would definitely stay again when in the area!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this incredible property. Not only did Mark go out of his way to welcome us but also recommended great spots to eat when we were just setting in. Starting our mornings with coffee in the backyard oasis was a special treat. The kitchen is incredibly stocked and watching the Euro soccer games with the great sound system made for fun late afternoons. Amazing location and space in the heart of Georgetown!

This house exceeded our expectations! Mark is so helpful and accommodating. He met us at the house even though our flight was significantly delayed so that he could show us how everything works. He even had the hide a bed all made up which we really appreciated after a long day of travel. The house is in a beautiful area of Georgetown and so convenient for eating and shopping. Also so close to DC it was great for sight seeing during our trip! Better stocked than any other rental we have stayed at-he has thought of everything! We will definitely stay here on our next trip to the area. Thank you Mark for making our stay wonderful.

Georgetown VRBO We absolutely loved our stay at this beautifully remodeled home in Georgetown! The stunning windows flood the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The location was perfect—convenient to everything we wanted to explore. A delightful blend of modern comfort and historic charm. Mark is a wonderful host who welcomes you to his home with open arms. He’s always available to answer questions and help out if you need. Can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful time at Mark's home, staying for almost a full week in Georgetown. The home was wonderful and had everything we needed. Mark has included many details, like a charging station in the kitchen, that make for a very nice stay. A great location, you can walk to just about anything you could think of in the area. There is a bike share dock right outside as well if you wanted to take a ride instead of walk. Mark was very communicative and lovely to work with. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Excellent modern property in safe Georgetown with good layout inside and out. The home is very high-end and well stocked, but with nice homey personal touches. Mark, our host, was great and ensured that we had an early and easy check-in and settled in seamlessly. Would definitely come back during our next visit to DC!

The property is very well located just off of Wisconsin Ave and convenient to shopping, restaurants and cafes. We used the 33 bus to get to all of the sights in downtown DC and the National Zoo was just a short drive away. The house is a terrific gut renovation of a townhouse, beautifully executed and beautifully and luxuriously furnished. Our host was gracious and accommodating and ensured that our stay was comfortable. 5 stars all around.

Our family stayed in this very designed and modern house in the heart of Georgetown for a couple of weeks. Maybe the best experience we've had on VRBO. the house is located perfectly for anything you want - its very quiet, has lots of outdoor space to entertain/enjoy the weather, its also right in the middle of everything you could want - great restaurants, waterfront, high end stores, local shops, historic neighborhood and great parks. and 5 minutes away from several other DC hotspots - dupont, logan circle, chinatown, etc. Our host, Mark, was super helpful on arrival and always available. At the same time, we had all the privacy and comfort you could ever ask for. Perfect home, perfect trip. many thanks Mark, for everything!

This place is in the heart of Georgetown within blocks of university, blocks from the river and in the heart of the historic district. The mall is a 10 minute Uber. Perfect for a family or anyone wanting to immerse yourself in Georgetown.. We appreciated that a Pharmacy was around the corner along with tons of food options. You will not be disappointed.

This is an elegant, spacious and beautifully designed house in a superb location in Georgetown, a glorious place to be in the springtime. The host is a wonderful man who helped us to enjoy our stay in many thoughtful ways. We spent a very comfortable and happy two weeks in his home and plan to return.

Modern home in historic neighborhood

This townhouse gave us the convenience and comfort of a newly renovated home, located in the beautiful and historic Georgetown neighborhood. Mark is a great host, and very easy to communicate with. All the rooms in the house feel open, light, and uncluttered. It is also quiet, which helped us relax and enjoy vacation. There is plenty of space everywhere—large rooms, big closets, pretty backyard. Due to Covid, we ate most of our meals at home, which was easy because the kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with a table for eight and a huge island. We were able to invite family for dinner, and they had a wonderful time. The beds were very comfortable and we especially appreciated having a duvet in the master. Bathrooms are new and beautiful with a free standing tub and heated floor in the master. Daytime temperatures ranged from 30 to 65 while we were there, but the Nest system kept us comfortable. O Street and the surrounding neighborhood are classic Georgetown. We enjoyed walking and jogging from the house and appreciating the historic homes, houses of worship, parks, and embassies. Capital Bikeshare has a station right near the house. We biked along the Georgetown waterfront, and on the Capital Crescent Trail. We also biked to all the monuments and across the Memorial Bridge to Arlington Cemetery. We are history buffs, and highlights of our visit were Lincoln's Cottage, Ford's Theatre, Library of Congress, and the changing of the guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. It was also a great location to visit Georgetown University and George Washington University. The house was truly a big plus. It was very convenient to have a CVS on the block, and Scheele's Market in walking distance. We'd love to return. Thanks so much, Mark!

We loved the location of this Georgetown Townhouse complete with parking space. Complete modern renovation. We were able to walk to dinner every night, close to shops and restaurants. Over the top electrical was daunting at first, but we figured it out. Would love to go back!

We wanted a quick vacation from the NYC area so we revived our pre-pandemic DC trip to visit a few long time friends and see the monuments with our kids. We decided to rent a townhouse instead of staying in a hotel as we had in years past since now we have two little ones in tow. We picked this townhouse as we love walking around Georgetown and it makes for a quick trip to VA where most of our friends are based. We are so happy with our pick and will definitely return when we go to DC as a family again. Mark was a fantastic host - easy to get in touch with, proactive about making sure we had everything we needed and happy to offer ideas for our stay. The property is fantastic - the kitchen is top notch, the parking is key to any Gtown stay, and the bedrooms are quiet. Assuming you’re fine with stairs (you must be if you’re looking in Gtown!) I would recommend this property to anyone. We hope to return for a warmer weather visit and make use of the back patio. Thanks, Mark!!

Wonderful stay. Mark was great! His home is beautiful and we had a wonderful time! 20 steps from Wisconsin ave, Just a perfect location. We hosted a Dinner party for our family and the space was luxurious and spacious, there are ample appliances in the kitchen for cooking. The place was spotless when we arrived, and it was easy to keep it clean! Beautiful finishes in the bathrooms with lovely master tub. Would absolutely return!!

I can not recommend this house and host highly enough! Beautiful house just around the corner from everything Georgetown! Mark was a perfect host. Everything was clean, beds were comfy, and the kitchen was stocked with anything we might need. This property will be top on our list to stay at again!

Beautifully designed well appointed spacious home with bonus roof deck to catch the sunset over Georgetown. Wonderful host, helpful in every way. Great central location but surprisingly private. Did less sightseeing than planned as home was such a treasure.
