موقع الفندق عجييب كل شي حوالينه مطاعم راقيه وبسيطه وسريعه ومقاهي وتسوق وخدمات وسوق البازار كمرلاتي مشي ٣ سوبر ماركت حوله سوق ملابس أفراح ومحطات العباره ساحات ومواقع أثريه تاريخيه برج الساعه والمسجد الخدمه والستاف شي مووو طبيعي خدوومين ومحترمين وحبوبين بالإستقبال دنيزا وكريم وغيرهم كلهم محترمين العزيزه المرحه الخدومه sedaa رائعه جدا شكرا للكيكه والبالونات وحسن الإستقبال كانت إقامتي الثانيه في هذا المكان

اتمنى تغير نوع السرير والمخاد التنظيف للأسف بعض الأيام وخاصه ترتيب الأدوات والنواقص في دورة المياه غير جيد

من أجمل اماكن السكن في ازمير

موقعه الافضل في كوناك الموظفين كلهم يهبلون وحبوبين سيدا شخصيه مفعمه بالنشاط والحب والمساعده دينيزا بالاستقبال كذلك وكريم كلهم خدمتهم محترمه سأعود له بالتاكيد

المواقف غير مجانيه كذلك نوع المخدات غير مريحه وتنظيف الغرف ليس بمستوى الفندق يحتاج التنبيه عليهم خاصه بإعادة تعبئة خدمات التواليت

Wonderful anniversary trip

Location was very good. Central and easy to walk to various areas. The staff are wonderful and always helpful. Room was quiet and the view over the bay was amazing. The mattress could probably do with replacing.

Meals are very expensive if not included in the room rate.

Fell far short of expectations, leaving us profoundly dissatisfied with the overall value for money

We commend the staff for their unwavering positivity and helpful attitude throughout our stay especially the car valet people. While the staff's positive demeanor was a silver lining in an otherwise disruptive stay, the overwhelming noise from the nearby construction and the subpar amenities detracted significantly from our experience. The management has not advised or informed in advance of this which would have made us reconsider our stay.

The stay was marred by significant noise disturbances, making it difficult to rest properly. Our room was located adjacent to what can only be described as a colossal, relentless industrial drill engaged in foundation work for a new building nearby. Throughout the night, the relentless thundering and grinding of the drill reverberated through the walls, creating a dissonant symphony that left us sleep-deprived and frazzled. As dawn broke, the intensity of the drilling only amplified, rudely jolting us awake and shattering any hope of a peaceful morning. The hotel's amenities left much to be desired. The pool, touted as a relaxing oasis in the city, was disappointingly small and scarcely usable, more akin to a glorified bathtub than a place for leisurely swims. Moreover, the lobby, where one might seek refuge from the relentless noise, proved to be an unpleasant experience in itself. The air was heavy with a pervasive scent of body odor, creating a distinctly uncomfortable atmosphere that lingered unpleasantly.

Overall, it was a good experience. Staff especially Ms. Deniz Degerli also kindly assisted us with our requests.

Location was great, wifi was good, staff was helpful. Comfortable bed, complimentary free water is plus. Photo machine was also entertaining. In room dining food was good as well.

You need to ask for bathroom amenities (such as shaving kit, toothbrush and etc) from in-room service which is not provided beforehand and there was only one bathrobe so we had to ask for extra. Toilet glass that shows body silhoutte is also unpleasant for those who value more privacy. Breakfast lacks variety considering the segment of the hotel.

Es war wieder sehr schön und angenehm

Sehr freundliches und nettes Personal, sehr gute Lage, wunderschöner Meerblick. Außerdem habe ich gleiches Zimmer so wie meinem letzten Aufenthalt bekommen und somit habe ich mich wie zu Hause gefühlt

Da letztes mal Mehlspeisen nicht frisch waren, habe ich dieses mal ohne Frühstück gebucht. Also Frühstück kann ich sagen.

A great hotel with a great staff

The staff at this hotel is some one the best i have ever experienced. They truly care about their guest and are extremely attentive. I would especially like to thank the young lady working at the M.Club for her outstanding friendliness. There are many things around the hotel and in the room that show you that they really want to make your experience special.

Location was good, right next to the see and good location for shops

Staff werent as attentive as I expected. For 4 days my room was cleaned and changed only once. Service staff in the restaurant were not attentive, I left after 15 minutes of waiting for an order to be taken.

Mariot Izmir niet geschikt voor vakantie

De airco was uitgeshakeld dus de kamers waren ' s nachts 24⁰, te warm. Klagen hierover hielp niet. Het dakterras met ligbedden mocht niet gebruikt worden ondanks mooi zonnig en warm weer. Door klagen hierover mochten we 1 dag van 14.00 tot 16.00 uur de ligbedden gebruiken. Dit is een 5* hotel onwaardig.

A pleasant week visiting my son, who lives in Izmir

Breakfast was fine, with an extensive buffet selection. Dishes cooked to order were good. The location was ideal, being on the waterfront and close to many restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the sea view from my room spectacular

The air conditioning/heating: it was not easy to maintain a constant temperature. Bedroom doors tend to slam shut unless held back, so guests leaving early in the morning or arriving back late at night disturb other guests. No drawers in wardrobe, desk, or bedside tables, although enough hanging space. Bread at breakfast was not good quality and was often not very fresh. Plenty of excellent bread available elsewhere in the city.

Goede kamer. Fantastisch personeel.

Prachtig terras maar de drankjes extreem duur. (Glas wijn 19,50) Perfect ontbijt maar storende factor.. de manager en dame van de gastenservice stonden het perfecte werkende team vervelend op de vingers te kijken en te corrigeren. (Was absoluut onnodig!) en erg storend voor de gasten.

YOU MUST PAY EXTRA FOR THE ROOM CLEANING AND YOU MUST PAY EXTRA MONEY (ABOUT 70EURO) ON CHECK IN AS GUARANTEE AND IF YOU DONT USE ANYTHING AT THE HOTEL THEY RETURN TO YOU ON CHECK OUT. ALSO THE BREAKFAST IS VERY GOOD, BUT EXPENSIVE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE FAMILY.

Wonderful stay 10/10

Great location, wonderful and friendly staff, great customer service by Denize and all the other staff. Ee felt very special. I would have to say it was 10/10 on all aspects. Walkable to restraunts and shopping and views of the ocean. Rooms are supplied with all amenities required. Breakfast had a big range and was scrumptious. Overall wonderful stay.

Cleanliness, location, view, staff, roof top pool with the view was amazing. Everything was amazing, I really recommend it. For us it was really convenient as it is located in the city center, most of the attractions in walking distance. The hotel is located next to the sea and I highly recommend the rooms with sea view. Alsancak district in walking distance.

Smoking smell coming out of the bathroom fan. The bar was on the roof top and menu options were limited, no draft beer.

If I had the chance we would have extended, exceptional !

The service and facilities were exceptional, the staff were super friendly especially Beyza who helped us navigate Izmir and made us feel right at home. We also traveled with an 8 month old and it was a lovely touch they include a baby care kit which I haven’t seen at any hotel before. Well done Marriott, we hope to be back again!

Great location, Great staff and Hotel

The staff are are extremely helpful and supportive. I had a great experience specially with Duty Manager Ms. Beyza (Not sure if the spelling is correct) All experience from the beginning from reservation, check in and stay was perfect. Location is great. Thank you to all of the team

The hotel roof top has a great potential to be a nice bar or restaurant. I think the potential is not properly turned to opportunity.

Perfect days with a Baby

Breakfast and all other foods and drinks were absolutely great! The Staff was really kind, honestly kind, which is rare in the hotel sector. We travelled with a baby who was also really satisfied:-)
