Our stay could not be any better! Best hotel, best location, best food, best staff!! I went to Como with my friends to celebrate my birthday. Staff did everything to make my day special. I booked a table at hotel’s restaurant and everything was just perfect - service, food (!!!) interior of the restaurant, beautifully decorated dinner table and they baked for me and my friends the most delicious tart with fruit as a birthday cake. The room was super clean, well equipped, 3 mirrors in the room (very important for girls’ trip hehe), a view over lake (!!), biggest balcony, TV with Netflix and YouTube, full fridge with all kind of drinks and so on and so on. Literally everything was perfect!! I’ll come back!!! hopefully soon!

We arrived late and we were immediately met at our car. Our bags were whisked up to our room and parking was close by. Dinner was served even though it was late and it was awesome. The room looked out over the lake and the view .... amazing.
No issues at all. I just wish we had more time to spend there.

The decor and the view at this hotel are absolutely breathtaking. There's nothing that can be said against the sublime feeling of relaxation this location offers and the availability of amenities. Every last detail in the room is considered and the experience was overall romantic. My husband and I were on a working trip and we chose this location to try to have a bit of peace and luxury (and celebrate my birthday) even though we both had to attend several virtual meetings. The ambiance and curated nature of this boutique hotel made our goal possible. The food was of high quality and well-prepared, though as some others mention, it's a little expensive. Room service was a real treat and one we couldn't resist since we had a beautiful balcony.
A note for other travellers: we arrived right at the beginning of October when the summer season ends. The availability of ferries and accessible tourism all but disappears. The buses, ferries and attractions only operate on Sunday or holidays during this period. It makes getting across the lake to the main part of Lecco from the hotel much more prohibitive. (A taxi is EUR20+ each direction for a 10 minute ride, there was one taxi boat driver but we found his pricing exorbitant) This is not the hotel's fault, just thought others might want to know. Taxis are also difficult to come by so you need to call in advance-- though when you do, you're charged a 5EUR reservation fee. It's a pricey market.
I saw many other reviews stating that the service went above and beyond. I think we had skilled and polite service, but I must admit I wouldn't qualify it as "above and beyond." I found the service to be more reactive than proactive. In our experience, there was a "less is more" approach to communication.
As some others mentioned, I think at this price point it would be fair for breakfast to be included. It would enhance the experience and be a nice gesture of hospitality rather than itemizing very simple offerings. We're Southern Italians originally, and we can't help but compare even though I understand the economy is drastically different: in the South, guests are always offered breakfast, some complimentary items and there is much more gratitude displayed than what I felt we experienced here. It may be a cultural difference so I'll leave it at that.
The wifi did disconnect on us twice during important video calls. This was out of the establishment's control, but worth mentioning because it did cause some stress.

What stood out the most was the staff. My husband and I travel a lot but never encountered such dedicated, professional and friendly staff. The owner was there all the time and personally attended to the guests’ needs. The food was first class and the location just fabulous! Will definitely return.
It was absolutely perfect!

Perfect location, the staff were all pleasant and helpful and the views from our rooms balcony were amazing!! Would definitely like to return again and book the same accommodation!!!
Can't think of much really 😊 other than we weren't given the wifi information or advised how to use the shower window for privacy! Other than this everything was perfect!!

Amazing stay at the hotel we were welcome with such open arms and everyone was welcoming and friendly. Location was superb as it was away from the noisy side of Lake Como. I highly recommend this hotel especially if you’re driving and have means of transport.
Loved everything! No negatives

When arriving at Rockopom we where met by a warm and beautiful smile from Paolo who welcomed us at the front door. Paolo presented the room and reserved a table at Rockopoms outdoor restaurant for the evening. The dinner was well presented and tasteful.
The hotel and the room have a chic style and is a delight to stay in.
The frontview to Como lake is beautiful and the staff served us Italian breakfast on the balcony in the warm morning sunshine. For us, this was the perfect way to start a new day.
Any requests was met by friendly smiles and a will to make our stay as good as possible . Thank you for the excelent service, warm smiles and we can't wait to go back.
Rocopom is really as good as the pictures and the reviews says.
Next time, we will stay for longer than one night.
