Hotel-like experience with all linens and towels (bath and beach) provided and professionally laundered. You will arrive to all beds having been made by our housekeeping team so you don't have to spend hours of your vacation making beds. The cleaning company uses environmentally friendly cleaning products. 24-hour concierge service is provided by our outstanding property management team.
The property features a full eat-in kitchen with gas range, a screened-in porch, two master suites on the second floor, a huge second-floor deck overlooking the ocean, three bedrooms on the main level (two twin beds in each), as well as a lower level with a bedroom (queen bed), full bathroom, family room, game room, and access to the backyard. There’s plenty to do in the house, including ping pong, foosball, and air hockey tables as well as an arcade machine in the game room, a piano in the living room, 4 TVs, and a whole-house sound system. The property also features a huge backyard with picnic tables, badminton/volleyball net, horseshoes, tether ball, and a putting green.
The house is a few minutes’ walk to the rocky shoreline and about a ten-minute walk/2-minute bike ride to your choice of two Wells beaches (Moody or Crescent). Moody Beach connects to Ogunquit Beach. The house is centrally located and is just a 10-minute drive to Ogunquit and 15 minutes to Kennebunkport.

Lots of great things about this property. Accommodations for all ages of guests (infant to Adult). Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal while you stay there. Basement offers lots of options for the kids to pass the time if the day is a rainy day. Recommend for families looking to be close to beaches to walk to, but also close to the areas where there are larger beaches (Wells & others). Ample parking for cars.

We had a great time in Maine. The house was perfect for what we needed and had lots of things to do in the house and yard that the kids enjoyed. I would definitely stay there again! Loved it😀

Great large home with a great play room! Everything was great and we all enjoyed the spacious home. We know it was early in the season, but we hoped that we could use the backyard, but the lawn hadn't been cut... turned out to be nice enough to do things outside , but could not use the lawn... other than that fantastic stay!

Amazing weekend getaway to celebrate my sons second birthday! We went into kennebunkport to enjoy the Christmas celebration and this house was perfect! Comfortable for everyone in our group! Ages from 2 years old to 80! Would definitely go back. Highly recommend!!

This is a spacious, lovely home. There was ample room for 8 adults, 2 teenagers, and 1 toddler. Everyone had a great time. There is plenty of room to spread out on 3 floors, and there is a large yard as well. I would love to book again sometime.

Very nice location and home. With 10 people and cooking every day it was quite crowded in the kitchen. Suggestion: Leave plenty of TP for 10 people. Owner is very nice and accommodating.

My family and I had an excellent time at Villa Nova. The house was neat and clean. Plus had plenty of space for the 10 of us, ranging in age from 6 - 80 years old. We absolutely loved the spacious back yard and many games, inside and out. I would recommend this rental to anyone who wishes to be near the Ocean.

We had a group of friends/colleagues come to Maine to bring ashes of older colleagues home. It was a nice group of people and the house was perfect for what we wanted. We didn’t get to enjoy the back yard much because it was cold and raining most days. But walks to the ocean were still great. And views of the water were beautiful.

Our family had a very special time at "Villa Nova". The house was very comfortable for all of us. 5 bathrooms make everyone happy!! Jessica, the host, was so helpful and responsive. Thank You for making our Thanksgiving very memorable.

Did have a few problems, tho. Recycling bins were not emptied and there were flies in the trash bins. Gas fireplace was not working. That said, the above mentioned did not stop us from having a great time!

This lovely beach house had more than ample space for my 5 siblings and our spouses. The 12 of us cooked ,ate, slept, took walks on the ocean front roads, read sat around talking singing, playing games in the game room and in the back yard. It was clean, appointed very well in the kitchen, with plenty of fresh towels and linens for each of the 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. We each thought it a perfect place to congregate! Highly reccomended to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy life without worries.

This place was perfect. We had my sister and her 9 friends stay here for a weekend leading up to her wedding. So many beds, such a fun backyard (volleyball, putt putt, tetherball) and just short walk away from the ocean! Such a cute little neighborhood and just a short drive from downtown Ogunquit - full of shops, restaurants, and a few bars. The porches / decks around the house were the perfect hangout spot to enjoy the weather. Can’t recommend this enough!!

Girls Weekend
11 of us girls shared the house for a fun summer kickoff weekend! It was the perfect size for the number of us and in an excellent location. Super close to the water and about a 5min drive into Ogunquit. The house was super clean and organized with very clear instructions. Would totally recommend to anyone who wants an easy weekend away with a large group of people.

Family trip for 70th birthday
This house was absolutely perfect for my family's stay in Wells for a 70th birthday celebration. There were 12 of us in total including grandparents, kids, and grandkids and there was plenty of room for all of us. Very kid friendly - the bigger kids had fun playing in the yard and in the basement, and the house was equipped with a pack n' play and a high chair for our toddler. The owner was super responsive to any questions, and the location was perfect to beaches and a quick 10 min drive to Ogunquit. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend!

Convenient, cozy, a great stay
We were looking for a place with plenty of room to house a group of friends for a birthday weekend. The amount of space that this house offered was perfect. There was room for everyone to comfortably have their own space and the common areas were the perfect size to comfortably fit everyone to hang out and relax.
Jessica was super easy to reach out to before and during our stay. After arriving, we realized there was no hot water and we were able to get in touch with her and remedy the problem within a half hour.
Everything in the house was super easy to find, and having the game room was great even if we didn’t use it as much as we anticipated we would.
The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, bowls, etc along with all the basic necessities.
Overall, we had a great stay. Would definitely book again!

The Golden Girls Annual Fall Vacation
Our group consisted of 12 women with ages ranging from 60-92 years old. The majority of us have rented another property not far from this location and unanimously agree that our stay at your home tops the other by far.
The house has been well maintained and beautifully furnished. It met all the amenities that were listed on Vrbo.
We had a wonderful weeks stay.
The Property Manager responded to questions and concerns which were few and the issues were resolved quickly and professionally..
We plan on returning to this home again.

Fantastic stay
We had a wonderful family weekend stay at VillaNova. The house was clean and well taken care of. Backyard was amazing for kids to play and inside basement game room was a huge bonus. Location was terrific with a brief walk to the water and easy drive to main road. Highly reccomend!

Fantastic spot
This is a really great property, well maintained and with lots to do both inside and outside. There's a fun game room downstairs and lawn games in the spacious backyard. There were 9 of us who stayed there for the weekend - kids and adults - and everyone was comfortable. It's a short walk to a rocky beach, and a slightly longer walk (maybe less than a mile?) to a sandy beach. There is also beach parking nearby. Short drive to restaurants as well. My only criticism is that the outdoor grill should probably be replaced. The igniter didn't work and a few of the burners were out, so we had to light manually and cook indirectly, but not a huge deal. Overall a really nice spot, and the owner was great to deal with as well.

Summer Vacation
This is a beautiful house and Jessica is a great host. We stayed with five adults, two children, and an infant. The house has wonderful accommodations for children, including dishes, high chairs, etc. The game room was amazing because the first few days of our trip were rainy. We played a lot of ping pong, Pac-Man, and air hockey. The backyard is awesome, with a putting green and badminton. Jessica was very responsive and answered my questions that came out throughout the week. The sandy beach is a bit too far to walk to with kids, especially because there are no sidewalks, so you do need to drive. Luckily it is not far and we did not have trouble finding paid parking in the lots. Would recommend for families for sure.
