This mid-terrace cottage lies in the town of Skipton in the Yorkshire Dales and can sleep three people in two bedrooms.
22 Woodman Terrace is a delightful, mid-terrace cottage positioned in the town of Skipton. Hosting two bedrooms, including a king-size and single bed, along with a shower room, this property can sleep three guests. There is also a kitchen and a living/dining room with gas fire. To the outside is an enclosed garden with seating, whilst there is off-road parking available on a first come, first served basis. 22 Woodman Terrace is a charming retreat for couples and small families looking to explore the Yorkshire Dales. Please be advised week long bookings can only start on a Friday at this property and short breaks can only start and end on a Monday or a Friday to coincide with the owner's change over day.
Amenities: Gas central heating with gas fire. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, Smart TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking. Enclosed patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.5 miles, pub 0.3 miles. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £250 for this property - This money will not be taken upfront, however you may be issued with charges up to this amount if there are any damages sustained. Please be advised week long bookings can only start on a Friday at this property and short breaks can only start and end on a Monday or a Friday to coincide with the owner's change over day.
