About this apartment rental

Please do not request to book unless you have at least a two year history on VRBO. I am tired of the company check scams and will report everyone I receive.

MI may need 24hr notice before arrival to ensure I can be there with keys. By booking you acknowledge and agree to pay legal fees and rental fees if you overstay without paying.

The building is a historical landmark known as The Dog built in 1903 with modern electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling. This is a comfortable well lit studio. The boat slip is across the street and can accommodate up to a 20ft boat. We have completely renovated the building and furnished the units with modern appliances. Come work remote, enjoy the lake, relax and have fun.

The space
Apt 2A is a studio unit on the second floor of The Dog in Lake Bomoseen. There is a fold down couch bed and a pull out twin size bed. An intercom video door entry is available to allow guests entry in the main door.

Guest access
The third floor has a small 2-person balcony shared by the three apartments on the floor. The ground floor porch is available for sitting. The boat docks are across the street. There is a general store across the parking lot.

Other things to note
There is not an elevator. The historic building is not ADA accessible.

The unit was great! It was clean and well stocked (towels, cleaning supplies, dishwasher, extra blankets, air conditioned). The location says it is on the lake: it is across the street and about 100 yards away from a channel that leads to the lake. There is a GREAT deli/ice cream shop directly behind the property. Overall, it was in a centralized location and clean.
