Your morning coffee will taste better watching beautiful sunrises and dolphins from our 7th floor, furnished, 26-foot balcony. The balcony is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. Located at 1625 South Ocean Blvd., the Crescent Shores Condominium complex offers a fantastic view of the South Carolina Coast, has a 200-foot lazy river, a 110-foot oceanfront pool, two oversized hot tubs, 1 foot kiddie pool, indoor pool and an onsite Fitness room. The indoor pool is heated in the winter months for your vacation pleasure. The rental comes with two parking passes. The parking garage height is 6 feet 4 inches which will accommodate most vehicles.
We chose Crescent Shores because we wanted to be right on the beach and keep the condo in our family. We've been coming to the beach for years when my father initially owned the condo. We love waking up to the sound of the waves crashing on the shoreline and sipping our coffee in the morning, Watching the sunset on the balcony with a glass of wine in hand is just heavenly too! We also have a fabulous local family owned business that assists us with a local check-in/check-out process, concierge services and most importantly maintenance issue resolution should the need arise. We are truly blessed to share our second home with you!

The property was very clean and had everything we needed for our week stay. Very updated. It was exactly what was advertised and more! Property owner left us a case of water, soda and even coffee pods! Beautifu view of the beach. There was a little mis communication on how to check in so make sure to check emails! The condo was gorgeous! From early mornings on the balcony to spending nights on the beach. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely stay here again whenever we come back to Myrtle Beach! ā¤ļø Eileen & Tracy were so helpful when it came to any questions prior. The only hiccup we had - we forgot to check the parking garage height beforehand so we had to park along the backside of the garage for the duration of our stay.

Everything and everyone was wonderful! I have never used VRBO before, so I was a little nervous. It was an extremely easy process. This was the best vacation rental! It felt like home and everything was there. Iāve never seen a condo so well stocked! The property manager, Tyrone, was wonderful. He answered all of my questions and was available anytime I needed something. The condo was also great for my mom who requires a walker and/or a wheelchair. There were also several really nice beach chairs and umbrellas. It was truly a wonderful place to stay!

We just checked out and are sad to leave this beautiful place. Location was amazing with a beautiful view of the beach. All bedrooms were large and bathrooms were beautifully done. SO CLEAN!! We have stayed at many rentals and large housesāthis condo has to be one of the cleanest and most well equipped places weāve even been in. Plenty of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, and even Cuisinart knives! We will definitely be back.

Eileen's condo was perfect and the description was 100% accurate. Communication with Eileen and the VRBO staff was very pleasant and helpful!!! Great view from balcony with plenty of room for our family!
The rooms and view of ocean was great. My mother in law with cancer wanted a place on the ocean with big balcony. She sat in one chair for many hours and we did put cushions on chair to make her comfortable. Loved all the silverware are kitchen area. The last day we had a dishwasher and sink issue, so called # and it was not fixed until the morning we were leaving and it was rough getting out across to the other building on a Sunday by 10. Checking out on Sunday with family who sick and disabled was very hard! Saturday was hard to get out of condo to go anywhere due to so many people arriving and it held up our last day! We overall enjoyed the condo and our vacation! We thank you and enjoyed our trip and weāll always remember your condo sitting enjoying the view with my mother in law and my kids will never forget this trip with her. I pray we can all go back next year and her cancer will be in remission! We really enjoyed our trip wish we rented for another week! Take care and thank you so much!!!

We loved this condo. It was exactly as described. Kitchen is stocked with everything you could need to cook. The master bath shower is wonderful! Beautiful view from the balcony. The storage room has every type of beach chair you could need. We loved being able to walk across the street to Mr. Gās for ice cream with the kids! We would definitely stay here again!

FAMILY AT THE BEACH
This condo is all that is shown in the photos and more. The balcony view of the ocean is gorgeous, the condo was generously stocked with everything we needed to cook in and enjoy the beach, the location is far enough away from the boardwalk that we had peace and quiet when we wanted it yet it was an easy drive to everything we wanted to see and to do. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you.

We had a great stay at Crescent Shores 707. Unit was clean and updated. The building had plenty of luggage carts and unloading parking spaces. Communication with property management was great, and they even stocked the fridge with sodas and Gatorade before our arrival.

Best condo I have found in Myrtle!
The location was perfect for us. This condo was extremely clean and had all the supplies necessary to keep it that way.
The lay out was very nice for our little group. There was plenty of room for us to be together in the dining area or the living room. The bedrooms offered nice privacy for when you needed some quiet time.
The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare a meals.
It had a spacious deck with a table and chairs. Which we enjoyed our breakfast on every morning.
One of my favorite thjngs about the condo is that it didnāt have any carpet.
You can tell that owners take pride in their place.

The location and balcony view of the ocean was perfect. The beach was never too crowded. Condo was great! arrangement There was plenty of room for all six of us. The provided chairs and umbrellas were a great benefit. And the storage for them prevented us from taking the sand they collect into the condo. The kitchen was very well stocked. The manager was responsive. Communication wasn't perfect, but it was good. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Annual Memorial Day Beach Trip
Eileenās condo did not disappoint! It truly felt like we were staying at a relativeās home. The condo is beautiful, with an even prettier view out on the balcony. Absolutely every detail has been thought out, everything is fresh and clean, comfortable beds, a living room full of furniture making it comfortable for everyone to sit together, a completely stocked kitchen, hand soap at every sink, even a pantry with paper plates and baggies! One suggestion for the bedrooms would be a luggage stand, and thatās only because we didnāt use the dressers. Our family has stayed in a lot of VRBOs over the years and this condo by far blows the others away! Eileen and Tyrone even make sure the fridge has your favorite drinks cold and ready for your arrival! Slice of Heaven
Crescent Beach was wonderful! Itās a ocean front condo that allows you to see all the way up the coast both ways! The condo was clean and spacious with lots of amenities! The condo decor was beautifully arranged. We will definitely be back! This property was everything you could ask for with every essential necessity that you could need. Eileen was easy to contact although we didnāt need to contact her throughout our stay we couldnāt have asked for a more caring and awesome host! Working Get Away
Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this spacious beach condo. I was there for 2 weeks and enjoyed walking on the beach every morning to see the sunrise and putting my toes in the sand between online meetings. The condo is very spacious and clean - it is exactly as pictured which is wonderful. The view is fantastic. I wish the entire building was smoke free but understand that is not within the owners control. The check-in and check-out process was great. We also enjoyed the drinks that were provided - that is a nice touch for sure! I was grateful to have this space to enjoy a beach view for a few weeks and clear my head a little.

Girls Trip
We cannot say enough about this wonderful condo! There were 6 of us women. Ages 32-65. We had an amazing time and the condo was perfect for us! 7th floor, elevator opens and unit is right there. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. The condo is beautiful, clean and fully stocked with all necessities. The views are stunning from the large balcony. Check in and our was simple and fast. Bob was a wonderful condo host! He checked in on us on our trip down, and checked in with us during the week if everything was going good! One of the best features was Bob having our favorite beverages ready, cold and waiting for us upon arrival! We would highly recommend this unit! I will definitely book it again on our next trip to N Mytle Beach!

We had a Great experience! The condo was comfortable and spacious. The balcony was big and the view of the ocean was amazing. they should add a place to spray your feet off at the public access due to pool closing at 10 and there is no way to spray the sand off your feet after the pool area has closed. Over all our experience was great and I would recommend this condo to anyone. Bob and staff at VBRO was very accommodating.
