The living room with separate sitting and dining area and a spacious open kitchen offer plenty of options and space to enjoy with family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, refrigerator (2), Coffeemaker and Senseo and a combi microwave with oven function.
There are 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor. The villa has two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The first bathroom has a sink, bath, and toilet. The second bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower. There are also 2 double bedrooms on this floor. The beds can also be made up as single beds.
From the villa you walk through the patio doors into your garden where you can enjoy the outdoors under the spacious covered terrace with patio furniture. The private pool in the garden has a large terrace. The villa also has a washing machine, ironing facilities and WiFi internet. At the villa itself there is space for 2 - 3 cars to park.
This villa has a lockable gate to Villa and is therefore possible to rent this together for larger groups or families who want to have a cosy holiday together.

This villa is located on the Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardeche park. The park is in a beautiful location, on the river l'Ardeche. At the park you will find several communal facilities including a large swimming pool with children's pool and tennis courts, which you can use free of charge.
Although the environment of Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardeche is mainly dominated by the rugged natural beauty and waving vineyards, the area has many picturesque villages. The lively Ruoms, just north of the Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardeche, once started as a monastery. Around it slowly grew a village that is now a popular holiday spot. During your stay at Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardeche, a visit to the city of Alès should not be missed. Do you prefer to stay close to the holiday park? Then go for an afternoon to the cosy Vallon Pont d'Arc, a historic town and centre for cultural tourism.
It is not surprising that so many nature lovers opt for a holiday at Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardeche. The large variation in altitude and climate guarantees a rich variety of trees, plants and flowers. It is an excellent area for spotting all kinds of birds and, against dusk, deers, roe deer and wild boar appear at the forest edges. In the many caves, countless bats keep their hibernation.
Rough natural forms manifest themselves in the famous Réserve Naturelle des Gorges de l'Ardeche and in the nearby Bois de Païolive. The rocks in this forest sometimes seem scattered by a giant hand. Through erosion they have acquired all kinds of bizarre forms. The many caves in the Ardeche are also worth a visit during your holiday!
