Katerina was very nice and kind to help us with everything .
The view to Parikia is incredible . The surroundings are very peaceful.
Perfect for some relaxing days !
The last bit of road can be a bit bumpy but we had a small rented car and it was fine, nothing that would prevent us to book there again ! 😊

Lovely place, very friendly host, house was cleaned daily. Pool area was clean and beautiful - would highly recommend.
Nothing!
Need a rental car with this location and the driveway is a little difficult to drive but we had no problems at all.

It’s like the pictures but better! Absolutely gorgeous, the husband and wife who run it were beyond helpful and we loved our stay!
The hill getting into the property is steep so be prepared when renting a car, it does get easier the second and third time round though!

Very friendly staff. Willing to above and beyond to make your stay fantastic! Highly recommend!
Only downfall is the driveway is in rough shape.

Everything is new, beautiful & clean. We had an apartment and were delighted to find out that it was cleaned daily, so when we get from the beach everything is tidy. Amazing view, looking from the hills to the sea. Great space for relaxing near the outside pool - it was so nice & quiet that once we spend an entire day at the pool enjoying.
NOTE: The location is remote and requires a car. It would be very difficult without it.
It has nothing to do with the accommodation itself, that's the overall situation in Greece - there are a lot of bees.

Great location , very clean and comfortable beds. The owner was very nice, friendly and welcoming.

Absolutely amazing!
The place is marvelous; new and very clean. The host is very friendly! This is an understatement: I know for sure we will visit more often. She welcomes you with homemade cake and taught me the recipe to try at home. She is literally the sweetest person we ever met.
The showers are great with hot water for a long time and high water pressure.
Beds are very comfortable; not too hard or too soft. Only if you stay with more than 2 people I’d suggest to provide more pillows. Nonetheless, I can’t do anything else than rating this establishment with 5/5 stars.
We stayed in the two bedroom villa. Really cosy and well thought about the design/accessories. It feels like home. And it has all the amenities someone might need (and more). I have stayed in so many similar places but usually there is always something missing! Btw, the host also showed me one other house and it was even more beautiful than the one we stayed in.
The pool is great too and because it’s not too big the water quickly gets a nice temperature. There are more than enough sunbeds for everyone and it’s small enough to have enough privacy because there are never too many people around the pool.
The location is amazing. It’s close to everything (like 10 minute drive to Parikia city) but it’s on the quite side of the area. Highly recommend if you travel for quietness and calmness.
Btw, Krotiri View villas offer great internet connection. The hosts have really thought this through.
Recommendations for other guests:
There is free parking on site, very spacious. You will definitely need a car to get there because the rocky road with steep hills won’t bring you upstairs if you’re renting a scooter.
Places to visit on the island: Naousa, Marpissa, Promodos Village, Lefkes, Anti-paros (€2 for a ferry ticket one way) and Parikia. Affordable and great beach club close by: Tango Mar.
Nothing.

Everything was perfect. The place is very clean and extremely nice, just like in the pictures.
The day we left there was a problem with our ferry and the host was kind enough to give us a call and let us know she heard about the ferry problems and offered to let us stay another night if we needed it. We managed to get another ferry later but it was such a nice gesture and reassuring for us to know we would have a place to sleep in case we could not leave the island.

The location was incredible. One of my favourite spots I've stayed at during my trip! The hosts were also extremely kind and helpful.

The owners were absolutely beautiful people who helped us with transfers and renting a car. It’s a great location that offers a unique view of the island, so if you rent a small car it’s so much fun to drive around the island and the hotel is super close to any area you want to get to. definitely recommend staying here for the peaceful and luxury experience and authentic Greek feel.

Katerina and her husband were the most welcoming, kind, and caring hosts that I have ever experienced on Booking.com. The accommodation was beautiful, clean and exceptionally well kept. the pool was stunning and the views were just amazing. I loved how authentic the property was to the island, with cows and goats wandering about on the hillside below. I speak for the whole group of 12 of us who stayed in Krotiri View, we would DEFINITELY recommend this place!
The accommodation was a bit difficult to get to, being located a bit further from the port and the airport. It was also located up a 6 minute dirt road, making it more difficult to book taxis and get around. I would recommend hiring a car or a ATV to get around here!

Great place to stay. Beautifully designed houses, a lot of amenities and a common swimming pool. I would totally recommend it.

the place is spectacular! super clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. the balconies were also fantastic. we especially enjoyed the wonderful pool. katerina was super helpful and kind, greeted us with cake and watermelon and even brought us laundry detergent when we forgot to buy some. we’d love to come back as soon as possible!
everything was fantastic!

Everything was new, and the location had a great view. The host was very nice, brought us homemade treats on multiple occasions. Daily house cleaning. Parking (you will need a rental car for this location, which the host helped us get). Loved the two decks off the master bedroom.

We had a lovely stay at Krotiri View. We stayed at one of the smaller 2-person studios. Room wasn’t very big but enough space to move around, very comfortable and with nice views from the private terrace. Bed was great, so was the shower. The owners were friendly and easy to contact. The location was good: just outside Parikia and very quiet but close enough (+/- 10 mins by car) to go there for meals. The swimming pool looked gorgeous, unfortunately we didn’t try it because the weather wasn’t suitable when we were there but with warm sunny weather it’s a great spot to lounge around. You will need a car to get here. The final stretch of road some reviewers mentioned is indeed unpaved and pretty bumpy, but it’s just a few hundred meters and we were able to get there without any problems with a rental car from the smallest and cheapest category. Just drive slowly and it’s no problem.
In this type of luxury accommodation I’d have expected some bathroom amenities: shower gel and shampoo as a minimum. We now used available hand soap when showering which was OK but a shampoo would be good especially after swimming in the sea or pool.
Small suggestion for the owners: perhaps have a small central refrigerator/mini shop on the premises where guests can buy a beer, some wine, and snacks. The terraces are so lovely to sit on and idle, we wished from time to time we had something small to eat or drink that we forgot to buy back in the town. Just an idea!

What an exceptional stay! Katerina is the loveliest of hostesses who makes you really feel at home. The property is beautiful - cleanliness to the highest standard, it’s all very well thought out and the craziest of views. The location is very central but the property is equipped with all you’d need for a beyond comfortable stay and all the appliances and furnishings are all great quality. Can’t recommend it enough :)

Our host Katerina was very kind and warmly welcomed us by fetching us by car at the Parikia port where we arrived via ferry. The accommodation was almost brand new and clean, perched on a hill of Krotiri Bay with a beautiful view of the bay, and is just 10 minutes away by ATV/scooter from Parikia.
The swimming pool and the surroundings were very comfortable and relaxing.
Our room was comfortable, and our private terrace allowed us to have meals in a peaceful and beautiful environment.
The small portion of the road leading to the hotel was a bit bumpy as it was not really built yet. We had to drive slowly and carefully for about 300m. We'd recommend renting an ATV as it was the best way to commute from our hotel and around Paros.

The house was amazing
The possibility of breakfast and soap in the bathroom would make it just perfect

It is brand new and very well thought in any possible aspect. Very stylish, very clean, nothing to complain about. It is really worth each penny. Worth visiting for relaxing vacation
All was just perfect. Honestly perfect

The units looks all brand new and spotless clean. Our room was small but super comfortable and very well equipped (even with a small kitchenette). The view over the port of Paros was unbeatable and the location, a bit off the beaten path, excellent for those looking for a quieter place to relax. Owner was very attentive and friendly and received us with some cookies and water.
The only downside is the road leading to the hotel. It is a dirty road in not a very decent shape, so it’ll take 5-10 mins of patient driving.Hope they pave it soon, as it would make the place a 10/10.

Krotiri View Paros is genuinely fantastic for many reasons.
1. The location is fantastic - located on the top of the hill, you can have a beautiful view of the sea and the city.
2. I had the chance to see the studios (where I stayed) and the three-bedroom apartments (where my friends stayed), and they are stunning. The decoration is something else; it makes you feel at home. More impressive is that everything is made by hand by the Host daughter Penny. She has such a talent.
3. Once we arrived at the accommodation, we had a water bottle and some welcoming cake. The service was incredible, and also how welcoming these hosts are. Every day they changed the bedsheets of the bed and changed the towels. It was a fantastic service provided by them.
4. The shared swimming pool was big enough, very clean with long chairs where we could relax and watch one of the best sunsets in town. Don't miss it, please!
5. Katerina, the host it's a beautiful human being. She took such good care of us, always there to help us, a complete mom for all. She is the sweetest person on Earth, and I will never forget how kind she was to us. We had a motorcycle accident on the trip. She took us to the hospital and managed the situation there. Thank you so much for that and all the three days that we stayed at your place.
In a nutshell, I highly recommend it, and we will be back.
From all the crew, thank you so much for taking good care of us ❤️
