This spacious interior set-up with coastal/modern interior decorations creates the immediate feel of vacation making your beach experience even more enjoyable. This beautiful living room kitchen combo offers communion throughout the whole unit with comfortable seating, a large kitchen countertop, and a 65" flat screen smart television while overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The living room also offers a Queen Size pullout couch.
The Master bedroom offers an elegant KING size bed and a large flat screen television. The Master also has its own closet, vanity mirror, walk-in shower, his and her sinks, and personal access to the balcony from the bedroom.
The second bedroom offers a spacious KING size bed, flat screen television, and access to second bathroom.
The third bedroom has 2 queen size bunk beds and a flatscreen TV.
The sleeper sofa in the living room pulls out into a queen sleeper.
Majestic is located in the center of Panama City Beach and is close to some of our favorite eats such as Dee's Hangout and Fishale Taphouse and Grill. Right down the street the family can enjoy Shipwreck Island Water Park which offers fun to all ages.
The Majestic Beach Resort offers guests stunning new facilities. There are 5 pools! Two outdoors pools, one of which includes a kiddie pool; or, relax inside in one of our two heated indoor pools. Onsite, the Majestic Theatre shows movies every Friday and Saturday night. The onsite Majestic Market is open seven days a week from 7 a.m. till 7 p.m., and features Starbucks Coffee, fresh breakfast pastries and muffins, gourmet sandwiches, tossed salads, and pantry items. This unit was absolutely beautiful! I gave cleanliness three stars, simply because some dishes were not clean and kitchen drawers had crumbs and food stains inside. One thing I didn't care for was the refrigerator smelled like bleach when we got there; not sure if it had just been cleaned, or what that was about. There were no pot holders, and only two kitchen towels, which is an issue when cooking.There was also dirt and crumbs under the chair in the living room - nothing that a GOOD cleaning couldn't fix. The bedroom closet to the entryway was super hot. Luckily my daughter just slept on one of the (AMAZING) bunk beds - so cool!The unit was beautiful and very spacious! Being a family of five and having multiple sleeping options, we would stay again... and just bring more towels and pot holders. Ha!

The condo was amazing with a lot of space and everything you need. The views were amazing and in a great location at PCB. The down side is getting unloaded and moved in is a slow process. The garage elevator is slow and the workers you get the carts from are in no hurry to say the least. Our check in time was 4pm but the room wasn’t clean until 5pm. The upside of this place outweighs the downside and I would definitely rent here again.

The condo was really nice. One of the nicest condos I’ve stayed in. Nice comfortable furniture. We had a total of 10 people and had plenty of room. Balcony was big with very nice furniture. The photos need to be updated bec living room and balcony is alot nicer than pictured. Only negative is pots, pans, knives (very dull and worn out) need to be replaced. Bring toilet paper, paper towels, laundry det, garbage bags, dish soap, coffee filters. Only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom is provided and 1 garbage bag. This property is managed by a company and you can tell. Could’ve been cleaner but I brought Clorox wipes and went behind the cleaner. Be sure to read email regarding 2nd payment in bec that was confusing.

Absolutely the best stay we have had in PCB! Everything was clean and beds very comfortable. My kids loved the bunk beds. Favorite part was definitely the balcony with its comfortable seating and views. We have already booked again for September.

First of all we love the majestic, and specifically Tower 1. This unit was extra great because it was an end unit. There was so much space. My kids loved the queen over queen bunks. Each had their own area with outlets and lights. The living room and dining room had enough space for the whole family, and a separate little table we used as a puzzle table. The pace was clean and cleaning supplies were left (vacuum, mop, and broom) which was really thoughtful since we were staying for over a week. The balcony furniture was so comfortable and there were beach toys. There was a cot and pack and play and play. There was an infestation of ants when we checked in. I let the management company know immediately, but didn't let them know the unit #. I responded quickly back and didn't hear anything back for the remainder of our stay. We went to the store that night and got any baits and set them around the condo. Within the first two days they were pretty much gone. You're welcome. However, we did have to spend $15 on traps. I did give the management company a break since it was Christmas, but was annoyed. The other drawback was the noise. It seemed to be a noisy unit.... Which is no fault of the renter, just the location. There was a loud humming noise that would go on and off every 5 minutes. Also, the sliding doors from surrounding condos sounded so loud in the master suite and woke me up every morning and night. With all this being said, I would totally rent this space again.

We had a wonderful time staying in this condo for our family trip. The condo was very spacious and had all the amenities needed. We had 6 kids and they absolutely loved the bunk room. The view was gorgeous and being right on the beach was so nice. We had cold and rough weather with red and double red flags but the indoor pools and movie theater were so nice to have. Location was great and close to lots of restaurants and shops.

Very nice unit. Kids bunk room was really cool and kids really enjoyed it. Location is nice because you can take the stairs very easily so you don’t have to wait for elevator during busy times. Will definitely stay there again.

This condo was the absolute best one we have ever stayed in! It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need! They even provided extra towels and wash cloths which never happens👏👏 Beds were all soft and has the BEST bunk room ever! You guys did great on everything with this condo! Thanks for our great stay!

First family trip in the books with all our kids and their spouses and our grandkids! It was great! We all enjoyed the room it was very nice and spacious. The absolute BEST was it being on the 4th floor and an End Unit :) This was huge with all 3 grandkids 3, 2 & 1years old. You could take the stairs if needed from the 3rd floor which has the walkway, so convenient. Also being on the 4th floor, there was hardly any wait time on elevators!! We will definitely try and get this unit again for future stays!!!

The Condo was beautiful! Big, spacious, well taken care of and amazing balcony facing the ocean. Three families all met up and shared this condos space. Everyone had their own bathrooms and plenty of entertaining space when outside of our rooms. Being only one floor up from the parking garage level the busy elevators didn’t bother us as we took the stairs. The resort offers movies throughout the week as well so our little kiddos were able to watch the new Mario Brothers. I have zero complaints on the facility — however making the final payment was not the easiest. If communication was better we would have had the absolute PERFECT stay! Leading up to the vacation with little to no guidance we were nervous but everything turned out way better than expected. I would hands down recommend and will be booking this condo again!
King size beds in both bedrooms were comfortable. The queen size bunk room gives you 4 queen memory foam mattress beds. Living room has one pull out couch bed that was decadently comfortable and there was even a hideaway twin bed in the master bedrooms closet. Each bedroom has a closet to hang clothes & the condo is pretty well stocked with dishes. Don’t forget to bring toiletry items/laundry stuff-there is a full size washer & dryer. Mini bar fridge was a very nice addition to keep our drinks cold. Balcony has plenty of seating for 8+ people to sit and enjoy tbe views together & is directly above one of the outdoor pools. Parking is LIMITED! So be aware.

Everything was great! Condo was very clean when we came in and everything was as pictured except there is no sectional couch, it was a sofa and loveseat when we walked in. Beautiful views and amazing balcony space! The only things to address would be the bathtub drain in the two smaller bedrooms did not drain very well (no big deal at all, just want to let you know). And for whatever reason, the bedroom off the kitchen didn’t seem to get as cool as the rest of the place. We had the ceiling fan, box fan, and another small fan (we brought) and left the door open the whole time, and it never cooled down. Again, it wasn’t the worst thing but just wanted to let someone know! Oh, and the kitchen could use some pot holders! We didn’t have anything to use to take things out of a hot oven. Even despite those things, everything else was perfect!!! We would absolutely stay here again!

What great memories!! This weather has been crazy lately and what a blessing that this condo was a place we could enjoy. It was very clean and so spacious. The balcony is large and has awesome furniture and was more than enough for us to all hang out with blankets 🥶. We did get to enjoy the beach for a day and 1/2. Close to all the fun places to eat and hang out. Would go back for sure ☀️🏖🏝

Had great vacation, Condo was clean, actually had cleaning supplies, which was refreshing! Most condos have nothing to clean with, was so nice to have a vacuum, mop and broom. There were food crumbs on the counter and in the fridge. Dishes were dirty, we had to wash before using them. The floor was dirty, could use a good mopping. The master bath shower needs a good scrubbing! There was beard hair on the sink and hair in the shower. The condo really needs a good cleaning!!!! Other than that we had a wonderful time!! I would stay here again, only if they give this place the proper cleaning it needs! For $240 cleaning fee I would expect spotless! The resort is nice and all the amenities are nice. My husband and I used the gym while there, it’s pretty nice. All in all a great vacation!! BUT, PLEASE CLEAN THIS PLACE PROPERLY!!!!

The condo was very nicely decorated and an amazing size with a beautiful and large balcony! We enjoyed having all the pools to choose from and the short distance to the beach. Upon arrival there were a few issues. I pulled open the curtains in the back bedroom and the rod and curtains fell right off the wall. It was very heavy and completely unexpected. I also went to use the bathroom in that bedroom and the toilet paper holder fell off the wall. There were also some area of the condo that were not cleaned very well. My mother found nail trimmings on a table in the master bedroom, which is pretty gross. We went to sit on the balcony and my mother put a tiny bit of weight on a chair, and it completely broke under her. I emailed multiple addresses and times with this concern and with a picture showing the damaged chair with absolutely no reply. There was conflicting information on whether or not beach service was included with our condo. Communication with the renting company was my biggest issue, but the other issues also need to be addressed.

Perfect in Every Way!
Me, my Mom, and my daughter had a Girls Trip wanting the peace and quiet during "off-season" (November 15-21) and it was everything we could of hoped for. We each had our own suite/bathroom and plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was amazing and had everything you could possibly want to cook delicious meals. We spent our mornings shopping locally and then hit the beach everyday which was so convenient! We enjoyed lunch on the balcony and dinners at some incredible local eateries. Our favorite was Hook'd where we ate outside and watched the sunset. Speaking of sunsets...they are perfect from the balcony and sunrise was amazing every morning in the Master Suite which I was able to enjoy. I would love to come back this time every year! This place is highly recommended!
