We really enjoyed the company that Gabriel give us and all his knowledge and good sense of humor. Carlos was a really nice guy who tell us about the island and the best places to go.

Host spoke English and the room was clean.
We booked a private bathroom and got a separate, public bathroom with a note glued on saying it was just ours. Bathroom was dirty, warm and smelly. WIFI did not reach the room. Overall environment was not as friendly as desired, though the staff was certainly not to blame.

Faizal is an outstanding host, few hours after you meet him you realize you are home. Maria (the manager) just as much, she's a mom to all guests. They are just a great company.
Place is under construction but it's shaping up really well.
There's noise and stuff for construction all over, but they are working at a fast rate and they try to be respectful of spaces and times. I would recomend not putting guests with builders in a dorm, since they do have to wake up early.
Bathrooms were usually dirty after they used them.
