Good hotel at a beautiful location

Outstanding location. Hotel is at the edge of one part of the village, so there is no pass through promenade - feels nice. Amazing beach - not huge but there was always enough space. Most of it benefits from a relatively "flat" access to sea which is perfect if you are traveling with a small kid. There is also a pier to the side of it with some wild sea life (crabs, fish, a few sea urchins). A separate complement for a wide roofed terrace with restaurants near the right beach - great place to hide from the heat. Very tasty food in all restaurants including the basic/main one. A la carte restaurants very good as well (aside from Sushi one, which is average but that's fair). Steak house (where you need pay) is worth its buck. Some of the room facilities have been recently renovated, which is nice. Overall, hotel layout makes sense and is comfortable.

Few strong negative thoughts but a few observations: Some of staff members have been really kind and nice but overall, there could be an improvement on that front. When you make orders frequently you need to wait long times and not immediately clear that e.g. staff at the reception is keen to help. Once there were also no towels available at the beach. Hotel could extend the renovations/upgrades to cover e.g. the children playground, showers in the rooms, etc. Room cleaning could be more thorough at times. Final small thing - terrible coffee at breakfast (and for some reason no ability to order proper espresso or Turkish coffee - only the machine-powered powder one).

Very good overall. We will definitely go back.

Staff were great Place was clean It was all included of food, drinks and activities. Amazing spa facilities all included such as indoor & outdoor pool, steam room, Sauna and Hamam room except for massages.

Not enough choice for vegetarians although they offered to make some additional vegetarian dishes from the following day which I thought was very nice and accommodating my special request.

It was a good holiday experience for us and especially for our 4 year kid.

The staff was amazing. They really care a lot. We want to talk about some small issues about the food they served at common restaurant, the chef, relationship manager, and the general manager wanted to meet us to hear out. Their attitude is really constructive approach.

everything was great. They can make some small events with the kids at the mini club like baking bread or cookies, some small group plays...

The approach of General Manager and his staff. Whole team very supportive. Mezze’s were really great! Sea is great! Silent, so not too much activity which is also great

Food and dessert quality needs improvement, especially in the main restaurant. Kids club need more activities and attention for the kids care!

Excellent pastries. The Pastry Chef should be commended !! Great Job.

Breakfast was good. Location kind of out of the way. The Guys at the Photo shop were great. A lot of Knowledge about Turkey and the general area.

The Lamb, and the Sea Bass. I would pass on both.

Superb

Overall, we loved our stay at Paloma Pasha. The food quality and the availability was fantastic. The whole team was super professional, kind, friendly and helpful.

They had several days of fly problem , especially in the eating area. It was really bad but they took control over the issue after a few days. Overall, the hotel seems to be ready for a renovation. The furniture and the common areas were very clean but also clearly very old. Overall, activities for kids were also underwhelming and disappointing.

Exactly as described in the pictures or even better!!! Facilities were very clean, room was cleaned daily, and the food was excellent. The staff was extremely friendly and professional and made my stay memorable. I went alone this time but I’m definitely coming next year with my children. beautiful venue!!!!! and people!!!!!!

The facilities were all close by. The room was very clean.

There was some chaos during open buffet due to covid restrictions. Everything that we asked for was delayed the first day of our visit. The service got better during the rest of our stay.

The staff was extremely friendly. For instance, the cleaning lady on the top floor, Beser, was very kind, friendly and helpful. The beach is nice and quite. The sea is also very clean but the water is quite cold. It is a perfect place for family with small kids, the sea is pretty shallow and kid's pool is quite good. Most visitors are also families which gives you cosy and safe feeling.

Two things need to be definitely improved: 1) Food: the quality of the meat is not that high. Most of the time the left over food from the previous night is served. Dessert menu has the lowest quality. We found some bugs in the salad and complained about it. They told us to consider the feedback. However, after 2 days, we faced the same problem again. 2) Internet connection is horrible. It was not working on the third floor. The beach has the same problem. It works only at the reception and sometimes at the main restaurant.
