We really enjoyed the property and the pool room. Very good location with proximity to the shopping district. The only suggestion would be to put grab bars or rubber mat in bathtub got very slippery when showering. Thank you so much!!!

What a great house and stay! Excellent location - we walked to the downtown area for dinner, which made for a fun family experience. The pool table provided hours of entertainment for our family of 6. Everyone had plenty of space, too. We're so glad we chose this property for our spring break trip to the San Antonio area. I definitely would stay here again!

We loved everything about this rental! Very roomy and cozy with no clutter. The pool table was great! There was even an extra fridge which helped tremendously! We thought the beds were very comfortable and had plenty of extra blankets. My only suggestion would be a step up in toilet paper. A week of that super thin stuff is hard on your tush. Next time we’ll bring our own. Thanks for a great stay!

The property was perfect for a Mother/Daughter weekend. The 3 bedrooms are spacious, the 2 bathrooms are nice and the open floor plan is very accommodating.

This property is very close to downtown shopping ,restaurants and breweries. We really enjoyed the large tv and the pool table. The mattresses were not comfortable. The blow dryer in the guest bathroom didn’t work. But overall we really liked it.

We enjoyed our stay in Boerne. The code to access the home didn’t work, so we spent some time contacting Birdy to obtain a temporary access code. We used this code over the 2 days and we’re not given a reason for why the original code didn’t work. Otherwise , we enjoyed the house. It was very comfortable and worked well for our group of 3 ladies. Boerne is a delightful town with plenty of shopping and delicious restaurants. We will return!

Great stay even extra beds this year. Second year in row we’ve stayed here to host a small holiday dinner and have my mom be able to come from Morningside to keep our family traditions. Comfortable and very close to main strip of Boerne. Hope to be here again next year !

This was a great property: easy check-in and close to downtown. No difficulties communicating with the management company - which was my biggest worry going in. Would definitely recommend for a group needing some space and fun activities.

The property was perfectly laid out for our family with three large bedrooms and three king beds to spread out on. The location was about 0.5 miles from the main strip in downtown Boerne. Everything was clean and well maintained.

We rented this home for a spontaneous mother daughter trip and it was absolutely perfect! Great location, very clean, super spacious and exactly what we needed! You won’t be disappointed staying here! Boerne is a great town for a weekend visit!

This place was great for what we needed it for. Had chosen this place to put up our guests that came to hunt in the area. Close to town and had enough room for everyone to stay. We will put our guests up here again in the near future.

The house was very nice, easy to find and decorated very well. We loved everything about the place. One recommendation I would make is to take a lighted make up mirror. My only complaint is the bathroom lighting. The fixtures are beautiful, however the lighting is very dim so you can't see well getting ready. Easy fix, but the rest is just perfect for your next stay In Boerne.

The house is great: clean comfy beds, plenty of room. But a major problem at Thanksgiving is inability to watch football. Could not use Roki or anything without WiFi. Management did not fix. Though this place is made for entertaining. With big TVs and a pool table room, your entertaining better not include a movie or football. We had to change venues on thanksgiving to watch dallas game😢😩

Quiet neighborhood and only 2 blocks to town. The beds were very comfortable, the patio was nice for breakfast and the garage was fun for pool! We had a wonderful time. Would definitely stay again.

A lot of great use of space for the size. Very well maintained. A lot of up-to-date technology and features to make the visit enjoyable and relaxing for everyone. Very close to downtown. We will come back.

Loved the location, short walk to downtown Boerne. Home was very spacious, spotless and equipped with all necessities. Top of the line appliances, bedding and towels. Had not played pool in so long, thanks for all the added effort to make Our stay perfect. Quiet location, will be back!!
