Location was great, close to everything.

Good location & plenty of space
Parking access & it seemed a Reno was in progress. Decor is quirky, some people will like that.

I liked that there was a living room and good kitchen. Everything you could ask for was there. Plenty of bedding if it got cold and fans in every toom which was a bonus. Also air conditioning in living and bedrooms. Balcony overlooking the street and one at back of building.
It was hard to find where to park as no signage. Also hard to get out of parking area as a car parked other side of laneway, but it was manageable. The host, John was delightful and talked me through how to get into carpark. He was very helpful.

Nothing
I booked the Potters Warehouse trusting the 8.3 rating & 4 star description. This place was a literal dump. I can’t believe it was even on the website. The entrance was a mess and my elderly mother had to get up steep old wooden stairs. It was dark, big and old. Ok for backpackers or family’s that need space and can tolerate it but it’s not worth the price.

In the Main Street in town, walking distance .
Aircon to keep the place warm
Old furniture, dirty and cluttered veranda
From old buckets full of water to lots of possum excrement all over back area
No self check in or instruction and when we called and arrange to meet at 2pm
He was 20 min late

We were met by the owner very shortly after arrival, which had been made very easy from the detailed instructions provided. A very warm and personable greeting that set up our visit.
John also provided suggestions for places to visit, places to eat - all of which proved to be excellent.
Wouldn't change anything

Great host, great location, groovy apartment in general. Location couldn't be better being right in the centre of town. Even still, it was quiet and one still feels like one is having the Bellingen experience.

The Potter's Warehouse is a quirky, somewhat alternative place, conveniently located in the heart of Bellingen.
The additional cost for the extra people was added late and not expected, making the total cost for the stay a bit high.

John was a great host. Easily contactable, responsive and even ran a 2 hour pottery class for our two kids one morning.
The bathroom could do with an update, but was clean and functional.
