Pick the key before 6pm otherwise you have to pay.stove was broken and they didn’t fix.

Great view, staff need more communication training.

Great view and motel.

The staff was very rude. The location of the reception desk (Q STAY) was extremely difficult to find. Upon arrival after the reception location was found - staff was extremely rude and a smart ass.

You couldn't use the facilities of the hotel! When I booked it was made out that there was a pool to use but that wasn't the case!

Great location, poor apartment

Location was great and secure parking on site. Great x3 pools.

On arrival, we rang qstay as there were x2 locations on gps for 'ferny ave' so asked her to text us through so we could get the right one. She sent us the wrong one causing us to go the other side of the city which then made us 10 mins late to check in and still charged us $50 despite it being a result of her directions. She also was sighing at us on the phone. The place was filthy, dirty dishes in the dishwasher making the place stink and I don't think the air con vents have ever been dusted so we were sneezing the whole time. They did offer to get housekeeping in but this was the next day so I had already cleaned so we could use the place. The air con stopped working and couldn't have someone out to fix it until the next day - it was so hot so we had to google how to fix it ourselves. Only 1 face cloth provided for four people and the spare blankets in the cupboard stunk and had other peoples hair on them. They looked unwashed and smelly. The entire place needs a really good clean.

Perfect

Fantastic location right on the main street and very close to the main beach. Car park was easy to use. Beautiful apartment with a great view!

Great room but substandard communication

Location was excellent and the views fantastic.

The communication regarding the trip was slow and ambiguous, which led to me being out of pocket on car parking expenses. I also had a cleaner at my door at 10am even though I had a late check out to 11. I would have expected better given there is a staffed central office. It had a seriously negative impact on our experience.

Just needed a little tweaking to be spot on

The unit was very well appointed. With everything we needed for our stay. The view was also lovely

So much paperwork, emails going back and forth signing consent forms etc. Also the carpets in the room were wet when we arrived at 10pm and not just damp. Therefore for the entire time of our stay the roomed smelt very bad. We had booked a larger room than our adult children and it would have been nice to have a gathered there occasionally but they didn't want to for the smell. Also the toilet was leaking on the floor from a broken flush pipe rubber so not clean water going on the floor. Lastly my daughter picked up our keys and mopped the kitchen before we arrived, as they weren't left right and the cleaning equipment was dirty

the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and had springs coming out of the mattress. blankets were quite thin but was manageable. Not many cutlery and other essentials for cooking like chopping boards but was manageable.

We always stay in this hotel when we travel to the Gold Coast - first time booking through an offsite agency. We love the lose location and views you have staying here.

On this occasion we stayed for my daughters birthday...knowing we would have full kitchen facilities i took down my own bakery cooking facilities to make her birthday once we had arrived. Very frustrating to have to ‘guess’ and hope you selected the correct oven setting as they were all completely worn off...turns out my ‘guess’ was incorrect and it burnt my daughters birthday cake 1cm deep on both the top and bottom! Completely ruined her cake :( Also having ceoliac disease - which means food allergies to gluten - it was not possible to simply just ‘pop down to the supermarket’ to get a replacement cake :(
