About this villa rental

Come relax in our spacious villa located a short walk or bike ride to the beach. This is a second-floor villa with a one-bedroom king size bed. There is a Large screened in porch for relaxing. Full size fully equipped kitchen with a coffee pot as well as a Keurig. High Speed internet and you tube T.V. available. Walk or bike to the beach! Bike rentals are available and can be delivered to your door! No need for a car. You can bike to shopping and dining. Our home is in walking distance to the tennis courts, pickle ball. and the elegant Sanctuary Hotel and Spa. It is also conveniently located near the Conference Center and Night Heron Park! There is a queen size pull-out sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress to accommodate 2 other guests for a max occupancy of 4 guests. This villa is on the second floor (roughly 15 to 20 steps) and there is no elevator. Easy check-in process using a digital Secuity doorknob. Only 2 parking spots available. RBL23-000220

Clean, comfortable condo 8 minute walk to the beach. The included beach chairs/beach trolley/ boogie boards were a nice addition. Everything met or exceeded our expections. Would recommend to others and would stay again!

Was the perfect location/size for our family of 4. Easy walk to the beach & drive to other parts of the island. Listing was as described & even had a beach wagon, which made the walk much easier with little ones. Thank you!

This condo was the perfect spot for a birthday getaway for my husband and me. We enjoyed all the amenities Kiawah has to offer including a short walk to the beach several of the restaurants on property. We will definitely be returning!

This is a nice condo in a quiet area. We enjoyed the screened in porch. It was close to the beach and bike trail. Jackie was very kind and patient as I had made an error with my reservation dates. I would recommend this for a couple looking to get away.

We were only able to spend 1 night at this great little villa, but we truly enjoyed it! Close to the beach, tennis courts and The Sanctuary. The place was spotless and very tastefully decorated.

We loved our 2-night stay and explored the environs as much as we could. The only thing we missed was coffee pods for the Keurig or fresh grounds for the coffee maker. Otherwise, it was a perfect condo with keyless entry, convenient parking, a comfortable bed, screened-in porch with a wooded view, and even a washer/dryer in one closet! We give it 4.75 out of 5 stars. Thank you!

Despite the rain, we enjoyed our time on Kiawah. Walking the beach, playing games were a fun part of our stay. The Condo was in great condition and had everything we needed.

Great location. Minutes from the beach and pickleball courts. Clean bright apartment. Nice screened in balcony. Full kitchen. Bed was a king but had two body-size depressions in it (Maybe needs to be turned). Overall, a great place.

This property is tastefully decorated. Comfortable King-sized bed, comfortable furniture and screened-in porch. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots/pans. Would suggest some curtains on sliding glass doors for privacy/warmth on cool evenings. Bedroom could use more drawers for clothing. Info on where to find places of worship, groceries and pharmacy would be helpful. Also instructions for the Rocu TV system.

Very nice place with a quaint walk to the beach!! Bed was quite comfortable. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available to use and that was a great bonus since we flew here. Bring in the gated community allowed for the area to be quiet and feeling of safety!!

I enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable and the unit was quiet. AC was a little noisy but not a big deal. Having a keypad was nice so that I didn't have to worry about carrying a key or a card around. The unit was pretty clean. I didn't use the kitchen as I was out pretty much all weekend. I enjoyed the walk to the beach. Mostly I appreciated the quiet and that the check-in and check-out instructions were nice and clear.
