Stroll or bicycle to the private beach or luxuriate in the California Sunshine at the sparkling pool and patio. A first floor master and 3 additional bedroom sites including a 2nd master in the main house. A 5th bedroom and bath is located in the pool area with separate entrance. The versatile floor plan has a Chef's Gourmet Kitchen, huge family room and large office. A formal living room with fireplace leads to a dining room looking out to the garden. The indoor outdoor living makes this the perfect home for entertaining. Nearby tennis courts, schools and 32 miles of equestrian and walking trails make this unique enclave the perfect location for a luxurious lifestyle.
