We give a 6 out of 10 for our experience. The pools and grounds were beautiful. More shade would have been nice, but none of the umbrellas were set out around the pools, they were stacked in a corner. We were impressed with the gym area. Very large and well furnished with equipment which is not always the case. The condo we stayed in had very dated appliances. The dryer was rusted and took 3 cycles to get clothes dry. The washing machine and dishwasher also dated. The configuration of the area of the 1st bedroom, laundry closet and bathroom was very odd and cramped. If the laundry closet doors were open, you could not access (or leave) the bathroom. This is a 1st world problem, but there was no Keurig coffee maker, no spatula and limited pots, pans and serving dishes. No smart TVs and difficult to navigate options. The BBRR staff went out of their way to assist with that issue and the WiFi issue. They were friendly, helpful and spent time in the unit getting those issues worked out.

We had a beautiful 3 bedroom Condo, that was overlooking the Gulfport! The Condo was amazing, it had a inside and outside pool as well! The room was fully equipped, our stay was just amazing, minutes away from the casinos,game events, and restaurants! Onsite staff at the Condo, was very helpful, and their customer service was amazing 😍! I will definitely be staying here again!I've told all my friends how amazing this place is! I give them 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s!

Great location, clean unit. Living room furniture should be replaced, the sleeper sofa was not fit for anyone to sleep on and the cushions were rather worn out. Bring a few sets of extra towels if you have a party of eight staying with you, we had to wash every night. Be prepared to pay $25 per night for parking if you have more than two vehicles in your party. The one assigned parking spot for this unit was very convenient. Pool was great and enforcement of rules was consistent. The management company was very responsive and friendly. We had a great time.

The unit was extremely clean and spacious. The recliner was broken (it rocked but didn't recline). There is a rule about the workout area I didn't agree one under 18 can use the facility (understood) even if they're accompanied by an adult (didn't understand). We were assigned a parking space for the three night stay but the owner parked in the space on the last night and we basically had to park where visiting friends had to park....on the third level of the parking deck. There is no elevator on the parking deck so you have to walk up and down three flights to your vehicle. I'll use another property next time.

We had a wonderful time at the beach, but our Condo had some issues. When we went in the Freezer had a sheet of ice on the bottom and the ice machine was not working. There was a bucket under the sink that smelled horrible. The sink had been leaking. We called maintenance and they came right away. However the ice came back in the freezer and the refrigerator would not stay cold. My husband called about the issue and we are supposed to be credited 1/2 night for the inconvenience.

The master bed mattress set is in serious need of replacement. Two years in a row we have stayed in this exact condo and made the same comments and nothing has happened. It is awful. The pull-out couch is a joke also but, most of those type beds are so we will overlook that. Just beware don't plan to sleep very well on the couch. The kitchen utensils need to be replaced and updated. Many of the things are broken, chipped and worn out basically. We started the dishwasher and returned to find the sink full of junk. Somehow it has ran back into the sink. It also bothers me greatly that you have to pay this price for a condo and they provide you with a "piece" of a roll of toilet paper per bathroom for 10 people for 5 days/nights! I mean come on! Who wants to worry about whether or not they have toilet paper to wipe their rear ends on vacation! I did address with the office and was told "sorry" that is the way it is! It was disappointing that it was under repair and there was not one mention of it when I made the reservations. We had to exit the towers and go completely around the entire building, into the street to the outside fence to gain entrance to the pool. With small children, this was a nightmare! For the past several years, we have chosen to stay here but, we will be looking at options next year!

We had 6 girls stay in this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo and it was the perfect size! Beds were comfy and the room was very nice. We did have a problem with the air & refrigerator but they fixed it all very quick and we did not have any issues after that. The pool is very nice and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Other than a couple maintainance issues , I injoyed my stay. The condo was very clean , the staff very friendly. The staff was very helpful in sugestting a family friendly restarant. Over all a very good time. Should the occation arise again I would stay at the Legacy Towers again.

Our stay was a wonderful experience. 6 of us enjoyed the 3 bedroom rental. We did many things while visiting the area and the rental was a relief at the end of the day. The view from the balcony is wonderful. A walk across the street and right to the beach. The kitchen supplied us with enough pots and pans, dishes and glasses for the entire family. It was very peaceful.

Over all it was a comfortable relaxing experience. The common area floors are solid surface, which is nice. Unfortunately the floors are dark, which looks great in the daytime, but at night, with (!) no lamps (!) in the living room, it is like being in a cave. NEEDS BRIGHTENING UP AND LAMPS IN LIVING ROOM. Also there was a lack of seating in living room. We spent no family time in the living room because of the overall lack of end tables seating, and lighting. Could also use a bigger dining room table... unit sleeps at least 6, and the table only seats 4. OOPS. The master suite is big, but the two non master bedrooms are small. At least two of the small bedroom lamps didn't work. ALSO, BEWARE, If you are a party of more than two, BYO TP and trash can liners. NO tea kettle, so water for tea was heated in a sauce pan. It feels like the owner is only interested in making a buck, not really providing a GREAT condo.

WE HAD A GREAT TIME AT THE LEGACY TOWERS. THIS WAS OUR 5TH TIME STAYING HERE. THE CONDO WAS VERY CLEAN. OUR VIEW OF BEACH AND STREET WAS GREAT. WE WOULD JUST SIT ON BALCONY AND WATCH THE CLASSIC CARS GO BY. THE PROBLEM WAS THAT WE DIDN'T RECEIVE DISCOUNT FOR NEXT YEARS STAY WHICH WE ALREADY BOOKED. WE USUSALLY GET A 15% DISCOUNT. THE PRICES DURING THIS WEEK ARE VERY HIGH.

Was very happy with the condominium and the complex. Pools were fantastic. It's right across from the beautiful beach and close to casinos shipping and restaurants. Everyone working there very nice. Only one complaint carpet in our condo was very dirty.

We stayed at the condo for two months. During the time we were there, we had maintenance come in unannounced (they left a notice AFTERWARDS) and were charged $280 for leaving the condo "trashed, requiring 7 hours to clean". I wiped the refrigerator clean, pulled the bed sheets and towels, ran the dishwasher and cleaned the bathrooms before leaving. All that was left to do was the laundry and sweep the floors. I also had my cleaning lady come while we stayed. Fortunately, my husband has video of the condo proving they lied about leaving it "trashed" . When I challenged the charge, they were belligerent and argumentative, until my husband let them know we had video. Then they credited my account and said it was a "misunderstanding". Biloxi beach rentals is insulting and untrustworthy and I WOULD NOT recommend them. If you stay, make sure you document your visit!

This was a nice beachside property situated nicely between Gulfport and Biloxi. Nearby grocery and lots of great restaurants nearby.

The rental was great, but the funiture in the living room area was old dining chairs were okd and cushions were sunken and needed more padding and couch and oatio chairs needed replacing as well. The smaller bedroom mattress was sunken.
