This home was professionally furnished with your comfort and enjoyment as a priority.
We also own and host another very similar townhome in Seaside Villas if you have a larger group that would need a second place or your dates aren't available.

You are going to love this almost brand new 3 level luxury beach townhome that features 3 bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom! Each level features a serene, private, spacious covered outdoor area to enjoy the sunrise AND the sunset-a rarity!! The backyard is FENCED in with a privacy fence! The entire home is professionally furnished and decorated with high end furniture and decor. LINENS and towels included-Wifi, garbage bags, paper products, detergents and basic soaps to make your stay easier!
Oversized WASHER and DRYER in the hallway of 2nd floor
Bunk Room: Great hang out area! This BR is huge with a twin bed, custom full (double) over full bunk bed that's suitable for kids or adults (sturdy and plenty of head room on the bottom). There's also an extra fold up twin bed. A large walk in closet allows you put your clothes away and not live out of a suitcase. Full bathroom with tub/shower combo, a sliding door which leads to large covered balcony with seating. Retreat to this deck and gaze at the twinkling constellations under a cozy blanket. We have installed black out curtains to allow you or your children to enjoy a long nights sleep. Kids love to have movie night on the Roku TV in this room!
Queen Room: queen bed, peekaboo view of the ocean, Roku TV and full bathroom with shower/tub
King Room: Enjoy the sunset and sunrise from the HUGE second Master BR with a King bed, sliding door (with child lock) leading out to a third covered balcony with seating. The bathroom is spacious with a double sink and walk in shower. Enjoy a late night show in this very private room on the top floor.
You will be given a custom entry code for ease and security-don’t have to worry about your code being the same code that’s been used for years!
The Resort like POOL and open-air clubhouse are tentatively open April 1st-Oct 15th (weather dependent and subject to close at community discretion)
Adjacent to BEACH ACCESS just across the street for easy access (short, easy walk from unit with a crosswalk that has button to stop traffic) taking you directly to the beach with amazingly calm and shallow water since it’s southern facing. You are welcome to use the beach stuff (beach wagon, beach chairs, toys etc.).

We really enjoyed our long weekend trip to Atlantic Beach! The townhouse was exactly as described and had lots of room (especially in the bedrooms and bathrooms). I thought it was nice that the sheets and towels were soft and pretty good quality - you don’t always get this with beach rentals! I also loved that we could bring our dog with us. The location was great - just a short walk across the street to the beach, although a few in our group chose to drive and park in the public access parking lot. We visited the pool one afternoon and it was very nice and well maintained. The only negative thing I would say is that the living room seating was not great - it could benefit from rearranging the furniture and getting something that is more comfortable and will accommodate more people. Same for the outdoor area - it would have been nice to have a couple extra chairs out there in addition to the bench swing! With that being said, this was a great rental and we would love to stay here again in the future!

This property was exactly as advertised online! The master bedroom was HUGE! I was able to put the moveable twin bed and a pack and play for my 2 children to sleep on and still have more than enough room to walk around!!
The owner had left trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, etc for us to use, which was extremely nice! Our code didn’t work on our door but she had already given us an alternate way to get in and was very quick to respond with any messages sent! I would definitely recommend this condo and my family and I will be returning here again!!!

We enjoyed Atlantic Beach and this property. The entire community was very well maintained and quiet. We used to host a VRBO property in Carolina Beach and found this beach even better. We were able to park right across the road to make the walk to the beach even easier. The pool was great for our granddaughter.

Everything with this property was fantastic, start to finish. There was a minor issue regarding the listed beds on Vrbo versus what was present, but the property manager made it right immediately. Everything was clean and true to form based on the pictures.

We were in town for a wedding at Crystal Coast Country Club and we couldn't have found a better spot! We were within steps to the beach, fun bars and great food. The property was very clean and the pool was amazing.

We stayed here for a night over the holiday weekend (4 adults and 2 children). The location is very close to the beach, the property is very nice, and the host was very responsive with texting. There are restaurants and stores within a 5 minute drive, and it is 5-10 minute drive to the aquarium. I would definately stay here again.

I decided at the last minute that a getaway to our favorite beach was the perfect gift for my wife’s birthday. I was willing to accept almost anything that was available but we hit the jackpot here. Reasonable rates, convenient location, fully stocked and with a fenced patio area for our small dogs. Three bedrooms on the second and third floors, each with a full bath, TV and variety of bed sizes. We have rented beach houses for over 30 years and have never had one that provided as many essentials as this one. Paper towels, TP, washing powder, dishwasher soap - even sharp knives! I always travel with my own because of poor quality found in most rentals but I never pulled mine out. The swimming pool is huge and maintained well. The five-minute walk to the beach is easy, made more so by the beach wagon provided by the owner, Michele, who is readily accessible and accommodating. We would love to return for another visit ASAP.

This home is even better than the pictures. It was extremely clean on arrival. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The short walk to the beach was easy and the pool was clean and well-maintained. Our kids and niece and nephew loved the bunk room and walking to Dairy Queen. I also love that it’s pet friendly. Wonderful stay
We were pleased with our stay. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The beds slept well and it was nicely decorated. We had an easy walk to the beach and the kids enjoyed the park and pool. The host was very easy to communicate with and shared lots of information. We would definitely stay again!

Family Vacation
First, I’ll start by saying Michelle was THE BEST to rent from! She was always quick to respond to my questions and was more than accommodating with the couple of hiccups we had during our stay.
The house itself was the cleanest of any of the rentals I’ve ever stayed at! Kudos to the cleaning girl who worked her behind off to get it turned over for us so quickly! Anything you may need in the kitchen is there: utensils, casserole dishes, wine stoppers, etc. We also enjoyed the fenced in backyard for our kiddos to get hosed off after the beach!
Amenities of the property were great! The pool is usually busy late afternoon so if you’re looking for more of a quiet time go early morning and stay until just after lunch. We never had an issue with parking, we could always find a spot somewhere. The kids enjoyed the little playground so much! And just a short walk to the beach!!
All in all, we had a wonderful time! It was a much better experience renting from an owner than from a large company! 5 star!
