Unique lake house in a quite private neighborhood in the DFW metroplex; Lake-front with 180 degree view of the lake from almost the entire length of the house, and from some of the bed rooms; high speed internet; smart TVs in living, family and master bed rooms; Back patio with TV and sitting areas; Fire pit (use subject to prior approval). Restaurants and boat rentals within minutes.

Please note that this property is equipped with outside cameras for protection and security, and is under 24*7 surveillance. (There is also a notice as you enter the area. There is no camera inside the house.)

Overall we enjoyed our stay and we recommend! We would stay here again. There were a few minor things that could have been better (limited number of towels/washcloths, no kitchen towels, grill was not usable), but nothing that would prevent us from coming back. Ashli was willing to get more towels and washcloths for us but we made do. Excellent communication!

The inside of the house was very nice and clean. Lots of room with windows looking out to the lake. However, the outside furniture and space didn’t match the pictures - a few items were rusted and very worn. Also the air conditioning was pre-set to 80 and took 3+ hours to cool down to 75 which was a little frustrating.

Perfect summer getaway

Amazing love this house and will be back again. Property backs to the lake made it easy access for all our swimming and boating needs. Firework show was one of the best I have seen in recent years. Great communication and plenty of room For the family. The kitchen is amazing had everything we needed to feel right at home and cook.

My family and I had a great time at this beautiful lakehouse. The view alone for me was worth the expense. It was a much needed getaway for my family and me. We wanted a place close by that was on the water and comfortable. This fit the bill perfectly. We would do it again.

Fantastic Lake House with incredible views and plenty of living space!

If you are lucky enough to rent this beautiful place, you will not be disappointed. The home has gorgeous floor to ceiling windows across the lakefront, lots of living space, great closets and built in drawers. Everything is on the first floor, no steps! It is peaceful, quiet, and the high speed internet was superb. The full size kitchen was great for eating in, and the dining area also included a bar off the kitchen, in addition to a dining room table. Plenty of lovely bathrooms and bedrooms. Best of all, the interior design decor was lovely. This is an incredible place to stay and the owner was so helpful whenever we reached out to her. Definitely a 5+ star rating!

Great property right on the lake

Property was clean and the listing was accurate. We had a couple of events going on in the metroplex and this property was a great place to relax in between activities. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

Great vacation with old friends. Beautiful lake view. Relaxing time for all. Beds were all comfortable. Kitchen was not as stocked as some houses but we made due Overall a great place
