Nice house and well kept! Location was great and in a quiet neighborhood. The host was very informative. Note there are outdoor cameras (front & back) that were not mentioned in the listing. It was mentioned in a message after I've booked. Overall, we enjoyed the house and the pool.

We had adult children and grands with us we enjoyed the house and pool so much we only went to the beach once to say we went! Close to several beaches and great restaurants! Grocery stores also close. Will return! Hosts were great! Thanks for a great week!

One of my husbands best friends got married this weekend! They have been best friends for almost 25 years. We stayed at this house and it was a great experience. It was about 15 minutes away from literally everything. The location was wonderful. When we got there, the pool was pretty dirty and that was my only complaint. However, when I reached out to the owner, she apologized immensely & came over herself to clean the pool. It had stormed the morning we got there which blew some things in the pool. The owner was prompt and did everything she could do & for that I was so thankful. This experience was wonderful. Beds are comfy, home is cozy and nice. We will be back to this rental for sure. There was some amazing food too!

Rented this house for family to attend our son’s graduation. Overall very nice property with two spacious lounging living rooms, a dining room table which accommodates 8 adults comfortably, decent size kitchen for cooking with 3 bedrooms. We enjoyed the outdoor seating area with table by the pool for family meals or just hanging out. Pool was very well kept and a few people went swimming. The only bumps with this house was the bunk room, no designated closet in the master to hang up dress clothes, super small master shower and not enough baking dishes for the kitchen. The bunk room is really meant for kids and not adults. Both adults commented on the thin mattresses and not being comfortable. You have to get to the bunk room through the Master plus they share the master bath. Luckily our son could go to his place to sleep. We were also able to borrow baking dishes from him. Nice property overall and we enjoyed our stay.

The house was clean upon entry and stocked with all pantry items needed to cook at home. We definitely enjoyed swimming in the pool and grilling outside. There was only 5 of us, but this place would be great if you need it for a bigger family gathering. Super spacious and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Stephanie was quick to communicate with me when I had questions. Definitely will stay again when I return to Wilmington.

We loved this place! Our teens and preteens really enjoyed the pool and getting to stay together in the master bedroom with the twin beds off the side. Thank you for a wonderful weekend! The host was very responsive and couldn’t have been more accommodating. Thanks, again!

Property is as described, the neighborhood is quiet, close to grocery stores. I wish we could use the pool but the weather wasn’t warm enough. The beach and Wilmington downtown is about 20 minutes away. Communication with owner was great, she responded fast and promptly. Highly recommend.

The house and stay were great! It was exactly what we expected and everything went smooth from check in to check out. To give a brief story of how Stephanie is as a host. The neighbors unexpectedly removed a tree from their backyard and some debri fell into the pool. Before we even noticed this had happened, Stephanie schuedled for the pool to be cleaned early in the morning so it would not disrupt our visit. Great Service!

Eagles Nest was a perfect home for a family vacation. It was welcoming, tidy and comfortable. The kids loved the pool, bunk beds (TV in their room… bonus!) and all of the board games. I appreciated the hand weights! The neighborhood was cute and it was a short drive to everything. Stephanie was very helpful and kind.

We stayed in the house because of graduation of our daughter. All the way from the Netherlands so we stayed for 3 wonderful weeks. Clean, well equiped and spacious (although for 10 maybe a bit too snall) and perfect communication with Stephanie. Great house, would book it again for sure

The house was very nice. Lots of room to park in a nice neighborhood. Everything was just as advertised. Nice beds lots of towels. Easy to use kitchen. Plenty of room with 2 large living rooms Overall house was great. Pool is very nice many pool toys and yard games included. House is located close to beach’s I think we drove a maximum of 25mins to 4 different public beach areas. Broadwalk in the area. There’s lots of grocery and shopping close to house maybe 10mins maximum. Lots of places to order from with a large variety. I did have to talk with management we had a family emergency and they were very easy to get ahold of and replied back fast. Overall great house to rent.

We had a great trip this past weekend! We had 9 adults fit very comfortably in this home, with lots of living room space as well. The pool was a great addition for us to hang out after our day. Everything was clean and host was quick to respond about any questions I had.

The house and property were very nice .we had trouble with the internet going out one day then the next also. The bedrooms didnt have tvs so a couple people had to sleep on the couches because they cant sleep without the tvs . The kids loved it .

This was our first visit to Wilmington and the house and location did not disappoint! Perfect house for our size family. The pool was a plus and nicely maintained! Several amenities in the house helped for ease of packing less!!! The Riverwalk and 3 awesome beaches nearby made this trip amazing!

This property was very nice, very private, quiet neighborhood. My kids and I enjoyed having a nice size pool all to ourselves all week. Definitely was the highlight of our trip. The beds were very comfortable, and the host had everything taken care of seamlessly! Highly recommend!!!

We arrived to a lovely clean house and after taking a few minutes to look around we unpacked and then went back out to get some food. Plenty of spots to go eat. Stephanie is absolutely awesome should you need to contact her. We got to enjoy the pool once as the weather wasn't very accommodating to us. Overall a really nice place to stay at. Definitely recommended.

A beautiful home for our family getaway! The home was spacious and clean with all the amenities needed. The yard offered space to play and the pool was perfect for the grandkids. The pictures were accurate but the home honestly felt larger in person. The location is close to grocery stores and the beach. It was our first ever family vacation and we couldn’t have been happier with this rental.

Overall nice place but one "bedroom" is a closet with 4 beds off the master bedroom. Must access through the master and only one egress point. This is a three bedroom house with 4 of the 7 beds in the closet.

This is am amazing house that has more to offer and provide than what they even list! We stayed with our 4 kids (8, 6, 3 & 1 years old) and were all very comfortable. It is a much larger house than it appears on pictures. It provided plenty of towels for our family of 6. The kids got into the freezing cold April pool and had a blast. The yard is nice and flat which makes it easy for all ages to walk or play in. All the yard games were all there and the kids played with them all. The location is perfectly central to just about anything you want to do in Wilmington. We were there to visit our family which lives only a mere 2 miles from this house. We will stay again next year when all our families gather again for spring break! Stephanie was super helpful and responsive to all our needs, questions and advice. We had a wonderful experience!! This is a lovely single family home which is very spacious and very clean. It is located in a neighborhood of single family homes. The backyard has a beautiful pool and the side patio is covered and has comfortable outdoor furniture. It is located about 7 miles South of downtown Wilmington and about 7 miles from lovely beaches. It was too cold to use the pool and outdoor area but would be even better as the weather warms. We were 2 couples sharing the home with plenty of room, a new kitchen, a gas fireplace, and comfortable furniture. Stephanie was a very friendly, responsive host!

This property was perfect for our family to enjoy the weekend for our son’s graduation from UNCW. We were close to restaurants, the university, and Wrightsville beach. There was plenty of room for us to have our separate space as well as enjoy meals and chill time together. We hope to come back in the warm weather months to take advantage of the pool and outdoor porch area. Easy check in and out and great neighborhood for an afternoon walk. The host was responsive and helpful. Great experience!
