Pipers’ Shore Cottages are 3 cottages nestled on an acre and a half of private beach front property in picturesque North Truro. Our idyllic Beach Point location offers 120 feet of private beach on one of the nicest bathing beaches on Cape Cod. Our beach offers spectacular views of Cape Cod Bay, Long Point Lighthouse, and Provincetown. Pipers’ Shore Cottages are ideally situated to provide guests with a quiet comfortable home base close to many of the best vacation, dining, and entertainment opportunities the Outer Cape has to offer. Each cottage has a private deck or porch with amazing views where guests can relax and enjoy time with their families and friends. Guests looking to take in the natural beauty of the Outer Cape will be able to visit the nearby Cape Cod National Seashore and Race Point. Naturalists will find the birding at Beech Forest excellent or a whale watching trip exciting. Vibrant Provincetown is mere minutes away and can offer those interested in shopping many interesting shops and galleries. Foodies will find excellent restaurants and bars within a short ride from the cottages. Those looking for cultural events, music, or theater will be rewarded by many of the performances available throughout the season. Romantics will appreciate climbing the steps at Highland Lighthouse for beautiful views of the Cape or walking at sunrise or sunset on the unspoiled beaches. Those looking for more active pursuits will find that biking, water sports, hiking, and outdoor opportunities abound. Families will appreciate the nostalgic outdoor drive-in movies, miniature golf, and evening ice cream tastings together.
For your convenience, we offer three separate cottages. These can be rented individually or together for larger gatherings. Few properties in the area allow the degree of flexibility in terms of accommodations and the potential privacy that Pipers' Shore Cottages offer.
Siren is our charming mid-sized cottage. It allows up to 6 guests to rest in two comfortable bedrooms and on a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The cottage has undergone recent renovations and has an updated kitchen, living, and dining room combination with a cathedral ceiling and double sliding glass doors which open onto your own private deck. The cottage is air conditioned and has an enclosed private outdoor shower. Siren’s design takes advantage of the property's sweeping views. The cottage is equipped with a gas fireplace for chilly evenings and a washer and dryer for use by guests.

This was our third year staying at Piper's Shores, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. The proximity to the beach is fantastic and makes life so easy especially with little kids. The cottage is small but comfortable and we were able to fit two pack-and-plays. The sunsets are stunning and the tides go out long and reveal sandbars for strolling and beachcombing. Provincetown is less than 10 minutes' drive and there are wonderful restaurants and markets in N Truro to explore too. Brice and Michelle are excellent hosts who take great care to ensure their guests are comfortable. They are communicative and responsive and we've had three great experiences with them now. We can't wait to return again next year - thank you Brice & Michelle!

Owners were very quick and responsive when we had a small issue that was corrected right away. Highly recommend

The cottage was cute and clean and just has pictured in the listing. It was perfect for my husband and I. It is small (probably around 550 sq ft or so). It was a beautiful location. We had an internet problem one day, but the owners solved it quickly.

Just steps from the beach with a 180-degree view from the back windows or the back deck, this cozy cabin was great. It was getting cool in late September so the gas fireplace was a welcome amenity. The kitchen was well equipped for the night we didn't feel like leaving. A great place in the perfect location -- the serenity of Truro but a 10-minute drive to Provincetown if you want to liven things up.

This was our second year staying at Pipers' Shore. The cottages are quaint, lovely, and positioned with expansive views of the harbor and Provincetown, and just a few steps down a boardwalk to the beach. The water is calm, the low tides are long and shallow, great for little kids to play in. The short drive to Provincetown makes it easy to visit the shops and restaurants. We can't wait to return next year!

Enjoyed the week in Truro! Great access to beaches, Ptown, Wellfleet, and more. Easy check in and parking. Private feel. Loved the mermaid theme, deck, and boardwalk to the beach. Would return! Definitely recommend for 2-4 people.

You cannot beat the location. The cottage needs a little love like fixing screens that are ripped. I usually see things like plastic garbage bags, dishwashing detergent and spices. None were present here. I understand the high price of the rental is due to the location, but it would be nice to have some basic’s available.

Right on the dunes of Cape Cod Bay, Siren cottage was the perfect place for my husband and I to relax and enjoy the Outer Cape. The cottage has the most beautiful views of the bay and Provincetown, with just a short walk to the beach. Fantastic hosts too--they've thought of everything from the great amenities (washer/dryer!) to the fun mermaid theme and decor. Absolutely will stay again!

Wonderful vacation!! The cottage was lovely and had everything we needed for an amazing Cape Cod family vacation. The short walk to the private beach made this absolutely perfect. We enjoyed walking to the beach several times each day and the beach itself was serene and beautiful. Highly recommend!!

My husband and I stayed in this cottage I. Late September and found it to be the perfect peaceful retreat we were hoping for. We enjoyed the proximity of several beautiful beaches, hiking trails, and delicious food while having a private home base to return at the end of the day.

We’ve been staying on Shore Rd every summer for many years and this spot was perfect for our family. Loved having a washer/dryer and dish washer. Loved the outdoor shower and twin beds for the kids (many rentals offer 1 full size in the second bedroom, so this is perfect for kids that don’t want to share!) The hosts were very responsive and informative and the location can’t be beat! We hope to stay again next year.

Absolutely wonderful
We will check with Siren’s cottage for availability for all future trips to the Cape. One cannot beat the location, Ptown and Truro are an easy drive, the view of cape cod bay from the cottage warms the soul every time you look out the windows, such a gorgeous view. The cottage itself was very clean, comfortable and had all the little things one ends up needing when staying in a cottage for a week. We also really appreciated the extensive area guide which was emailed to us by Brice and Michelle. Thank very much!

Great location for beach and ease of getting to P’town!
The size and furnishings were just right for four adults. Well-stocked and owners responsive. Quiet area and had the beach to ourselves much of the time. Great views from the house and the breeze was amazing.Easy and quick drive to P’town for dinner/drinks; Truro Vineyards; and trails through the dunes.

Wonderful beach getaway!
We couldn’t have been happier with our choice to rent this property! It was exactly as photographed - a comfortable, clean space with everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. And you can’t beat the location! Just steps to a private beach with beautiful views. My favorite part of the vacation was sitting on the deck with my coffee in the morning looking out over the water. Also, Michele & Brice were incredibly helpful and responsive when we had questions. I would do it again in a heartbeat!

Loved this cottage. Great communication with the owner. Absolutely beautiful location. They should provide a couple more blankets. There is one flimsy blanket per bed. Slept in my clothes on chilly nights. Owners were very responsive and kind. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.
Rusted Metal picnic table crumbled to the ground. This isn’t safe. Metal table should have been checked for stability and removed before the rust caused it to crumble.

Wonderful anniversary getaway
Private, cozy spacious for us and nicely appointed inside. Vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace, open floor plan, tons of natural light with all of the windows. The view off the deck is amazing view of the bay with P-town off to the west (an easy 2.5 mile bikeride), the beach is a nice, easy 2 minute walk down the boardwalk, and the location is quiet at night. Bring your bikes and go exploring the bike trails only a short car drive away...to stunning beaches and fabulous Cape Cod food! Owners are very responsive. We loved our 4 day/3night visit and would definitely gobagain...would highly recommend!

Perfect beachfront cottage
This cute cottage was exactly as described and pictured. There was enough room for my husband and I and our teenage son. The quiet beach was a short walk from our door with beautiful views. The location was very close to Provincetown but without all the congestion. The back deck was a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine and the beach views. A perfect getaway!

Best Cape vacation you could ask for!
This property is truly a gem. The place itself is so clean, is exactly as pictured and you cannot beat the location. The walk from the house to the beach is even shorter than it looks - so many beautiful sunrises and sunsets enjoyed from the beach and the home’s deck. The hosts provided amazing resources in advance for anything we could think of and made our week there so easy and relaxing. Despite there being three homes on the property, we were hardly aware that anyone else was around and had the beach to ourselves most days. My husband and I are so grateful we found this rental and look forward to staying again!

The communication with the owners and the check in process was great. Everything was well stocked to start us off and the area was quiet and peaceful, exactly what we were looking for. The beach and the water were both covered in seaweed from the storm the week before, which was disappointing, but it did make for great beach combing. The sandbars in the morning and evening were a lot of fun to walk out on and no seaweed there! The cottage is nicely located near what you would need or want and the sunsets were amazing. My favorite part about the cottage was the view and the double sliders that let you look out to the ocean all day if you wanted. Everything about the cottage looks just like the pictures. We had a great time relaxing, thank you!

Cannot beat the location
We just spent 2 weeks at this charming Bay front cottage and it was wonderful. We would walk on the beach every morning and evening at low tide and my son even found a great white shark tooth in the sand! The cottage is also really close to Provincetown and lots of great beaches.
The cottage has a full kitchen and we cooked almost every day. The outdoor shower was a huge hit with everyone. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Fabulous Exerience
If you love the Cape and are looking for a more intimate experience, stay in Truro on the beach. The dunes are a unique feature to the Cape and this place captures the essence of what Truro has to offer. Great place, excellent location and well maintained. Looking forward to coming back.

A True Peaceful Escape
The bayside / beach cottage was a perfect private getaway; you could not ask for a better stay. The house is clean and very well kept. It provided exactly what we needed. The view from the main room is beautiful- we enjoyed our breakfast and lunch from the patio with the view of the water and sand dunes. Just steps away from the water we enjoyed having our own privacy at the beach. The area is quiet and peaceful. Just a short drive (minutes away) from eateries. We look forward to next years return!
