Beautiful Seasons at Avon unit. Complete remodel of 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, 4th floor with beautiful mountain views of Beaver Creek slopes, across street from Gondola, next to Avon Rec Center and Avon Library, ice skating rink and Nottingham Park. Underground parking, elevators-no stairs, gas fireplace, large flat screen TV, DVR, apple TV, DVD player, high speed internet, washer-dryer, gas grill on balcony, all modern well equipped kitchen. Beautiful queen mattress in Master bedroom, and large wardrobe. Large master bath with shower and deep tub. Second bedroom has bunk beds plus full size Murphy bed. The condo is located within a hotel with on-site staff that are available for any questions and recommendations. Walk on the riverfront path, a three-mile walking and biking path that runs along the Colorado river, or walk to Nottingham Lake and Park just outside your door. Just across the street, you will find the Gondola to Beaver Creek Slopes and the Westin Resort with famous spa, outdoor saline pools and great food and cocktails. Right next door is the Avon Rec Center with a large pool with water slides for kids and fitness equipment (they offer great daily and weekly rates), as well as the Avon library. Starbucks is a short stroll and City Market grocery store is just a ½ mile away, and walk to many great dining options. The property was recently updated with some more modern amenities (kitchen, bathroom), and has an excellent view of the Beaver Creek ski resort. Location is second to none as you are located at the Avon transportation hub, so you can catch a free bus to Vail, or walk to Riverfront Village (300 ft/100m walk) to catch the free gondola to Beaver Creek. Great restaurants are within walking distance as well, so all the resources you need up in the mountains are very close. The property manager was very accommodating, to which they had the condo opened for us when we first arrived, and checked with me through the stay to make sure we were satisfied with the accommodations. I recommend this property for anyone who wants to get-away in the mountains for skiing, hiking, kayaking, etc. - the comfort, cleanliness, and management made this a very good stay!

Nice spot that is nicely placed within short walk to gondola at avon base of beaver creek. Also good for steps from shuttle bus to vail. Avon eat spots and shops within short walk and avon rec center directly behind the building if you want to hot tub/sauna/steam room after the slopes. Rec center was $10 for use at night 7-9pm. Condo was nicely furnished. Could be comfortable for 4 people. Know that the master bedroom is quite a bit larger than the guest bedroom. Master bath also quite a bit larger than the other. Overall, good spot in Avon that doesn't totally break the bank.

This is well maintained and very well stocked condo in the middle of Avon, CO. Walking distance to the park/lake, pool and restaurants. The condo is clean and comfortable, was enough room for two adults, two kids and a small dog. View of Beaver Creek mountain from the balcony. We did enjoy our stay.

Comments above are accurate, but there were a few things that you would expect to be better considering the price to stay there: 1. Master bedroom mattress (foam mattress starting to breakdown) 2. 2nd bedroom’s Murphy bed when pulled down from the wall was not level; with the foot of bed lower than the head of the bed 3. The biggest issue was the light clicking and clanking noise you would hear emanating from the heating radiators when they were heating the bedrooms. This noise goes away when the room hits temperature, but as soon as the temp goes down, the radiator noise continues. Light sleepers beware…

My family and I had a fantastic stay here. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. Between the bus and the riverfront gondola, it was so easy to get to the mountain to ski. We went to the Avon recreation center one afternoon, which is directly behind the building, and our kids had a blast at the pool. Overall, this place had everything we needed for comfort and fun. Can’t wait to come back.

The unit is right in the middle of downtown Avon next to the Lake. You can walk to the grocery store and the park. Dog friendly, there are plenty of nice walks nearby. Clean & comfortable with nice views of Beaver Creek Ski Mountain from the living room & deck.

We have stayed in many VRBO places. This is one of the best. Outstanding location close to a walking park, the river for fishing, restaurants and shopping. Quite & private condo setting.. Great condo-beautiful kitchen

This is a two bedroom condo located in The Seasons. The Seasons is conveniently located right next to the Avon transportation hub and a very short walk across the street from the Westin, where a free gondola ride takes you to Beaver Creek Landing (where there’s a ticket office) and you can catch a lift into the Bachelor’s Gulch area of BC. The most outstanding feature of the condo is the kitchen. It’s beautiful. If you’ve ever rented a condo, you know they usually don’t have much cabinet space to store groceries and they are usually stocked with the bare minimums. This kitchen had so much space and so much stuff. The slide out pantry was great. The living space is fairly small, but there are a couple of comfortable chairs and a good sized couch. There is no separate dining table (it’s got seats on the extended end of the kitchen counter). We were a little disappointed with the fireplace, which doesn’t put out much heat and is controlled by a thermostat. The smaller bathroom is off the hall. There’s a good amount of closet space in the hallway and a stacked washer and dryer. The smaller bedroom has a Murphy bed and bunk beds. It also has a good sized closet. The master has a comfortable bed. There is no closet or dresser. There’s a wardrobe, and I wish that storage had been better. The master bath is great with a tub and separate shower. The toilet has a Toto bidet type lid with remote control. There’s no hot tub on the property (at least not that we saw) but the Avon Recreational Center is across the street and they have indoor pools and play area for kids. There are good dining options within a short walk. Bob’s Place is a bar/restaurant and Ticino’s is a very good Italian restaurant (make a reservation). Overall, this condo was a very good value in a good location.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Just a short walk across the street to the gondola leading up to the slopes and in the heart of Avon, the location couldn't be better. The condo is modern and very comfortable with a great kitchen. The owners were prompt to answer any questions that we had. When we come back to the Beaver Creek area we will be sure to book again!

Our family of five stayed in this unit during Christmas week. It's a lovely unit with everything you need. One drawback = if you are a cook you might find existing 3 pots not enough. Convenient short walk to the Westin Riverfront Express Gondola, short drive to City Market, Walgreens, restaurants, etc. Owner is responsive.

This was a very nice condo, very nicely decorated and furnished. Short walk to the gondola for access to the mountain in the bachelor's gulch area. Close to groceries, ski rentals, and restaurants ... our favorite was Montana Smokehouse. The owner of this property was very responsive and ensured we had all the details for the unit as well as ski storage, etc. The large movie collection was a bonus! We really enjoyed our stay!
