Enjoy endless outdoor activities such as fishing, swimming, wake boarding, or boating with loved ones. Relax on the large patio, by the outdoor fire pit, or in the game room. This property is located about an hour and a half from the Frisco/McKinney area and 2 hours south of Oklahoma City. This property does not have stairs, it is a large single story home made for fun at the lake.

'Lake Depot Place' is exactly that, a brand-new home just a few blocks from the water, you and your family will have a terrific time getting out of town! The water is a slow sloping grade on the Oklahoma side of the lake. Get ready to enjoy your stay. If you bring a pontoon boat, it can be beached close. The community boat launch is just to the east. Bring your golf cart and drive down to the water or over to the boat ramp in this golf cart friendly community. Buncombe creek marina is about 10 minutes away if you need a day slip. Our property was made for enjoying your lake stay. It offers durable concrete floors and a simple design to bring friends and family together for a great weekend on Lake Texoma. Enjoy getting out of the city for week or a weekend!
